Upon arrival to airport my status was ignored and I was refused when asked to speak with a manager. The crew from the previous flight didn't mention how to find connections or where to go and when we asked airport employees, they took one look at our ticket and said they didn't understand what Gate ABC meant. We saw a board and discovered it was Gate B65---a 45 minute run/walk away. We ran through the airport. We heard our flight being announced as final boarding so we ran even faster. When we got there, the attendant asked us if we were transfers and we confirmed. She then said that she was about to call our names. We were relieved we made it in time. Then we got on the bus to get to the train and waited 35 minutes!!! Why were we rushed through the airport only to wait on the bus?? Other people boarding after us did not look rushed at all. Also, the female crew member kept telling my mom to move her purse. My mom explained that it was attached to her outfit and that she wore it through takeoff but the attendant didn't listen because she just said again that my mom had to stow it. But it was part of her clothes! It couldn't detach! My mom explained again but the attendant said back "it is our policy to store purses." It was frustrating bc she either wasn't listening or didn't understand even when my mom showed her it was attached. She just stood there looking at my mom. It was attached to her jacket so my mom finally said whatever and had to take off her entire jacket (scarf was also attached) and put it in the overhead bins all because the woman seemed like she didn't understand English."

Il cibo un altra pecca, con tutto rispetto ,ma forse si mangia meglio alla mensa della Caritas. Nota dolente, finito il pranzo manco il caffe ci hanno offerto nonostante il sacchettino con il cucchiaino e zucchero fosse presente. Come detto prima la maggior parte della crew sono altezzosi e depressi. Il comandante parlò al decollo e non si è più sentito dopo un viaggio durato 12 ore, tratta fatta di giorno quindi una parolina la poteva sprecare durante la traversia, che ne so il tempo, il volo, turbolenze ecc."

Punti negativi: "Having arrived at the airport 2 hours ahead of the flight, there was a chaotic 1 hour wait to check in, with no queuing system and then an IT cock-up which closed the flight exactly 1 hour before departure, with passengers still in the queue. This left us rushing through the airport to the very furthest gate. Boarded 20 mins late, then the flight left 1 hour late. Very expensive ticket price too!"

Son riusciti a servire le file da 1 a 10, spiegando ai passeggeri quanto era corto o lungo un certo tipo di caffè latte, quanto era salato o dolce un tipo di snack, come erano i succhi, birre e vini. I due terzi dei passeggeri dalla fila 11 in poi sono rimasti a digiuno perché bisognava prepararsi all'atterraggio. Ridicoli. Inadeguati."
