"The company did not know how to handle COVID bureaucracy efficiently or even correctly. We were asked to fill in four forms when only one is needed or even checked at all. I had to come in early to the airport, take a COVID test and then wait in the airport departure lobby for almost 1h to check in while waiting for the test results. Given that I spent a substantial amount to get a business ticket, I expected my time to be respected and to have business facilities made available. Once reached, the lounge now has an ordering system instead of self-service. The food was honestly disgusting, cold boiled rice without any salt and some "Spanish chorizo chicken" that had no chorizo and tasted like boiled chicken dropped in reheated tomato sauce. The plane departed one hour late. The business class seat was small, but comfortable. The company sent a boiler plate email apologizing which is something you appreciate the first time and it becomes grating when you get more than one per week."

In general I would just move on, but we heard the customer service agent reference that they over booked the two flights to Rome. I guess we were the u lucky customers x two flights because we didn’t get a standby seat in the next flight then the prior agent gave us positive hope that we would get on. Lesson- make sure you have at least 3 hours between connecting flights."

There was only one cafe in the area after security check and they did not accept the food voucher for actual food. They would only redeem our food vouchers for water, juice, sodas, desserts and, for some reason, only tuna sandwiches. A lot of passengers were visibly upset because the cafe only had one person on staff, the line was over an hour to order and then we were told it was not redeemable for sandwiches, salads, beer or wine. Also, the boarding process was chaotic and they did a poor job communicating which sections they were boarding and people started to form multiple lines. The in flight entertainment was pretty bad. Movies were very limited compare to other airlines. Overall, the whole experience was disastrous. I don't think I will be flying Norwegian again. I would rather pay a bit more for better service."

They did not coordinate well and were slow to track down our bags. After they did find our bags and rerouted them to Reykjavik, they missed their flight AGAIN! What is more, they refused to guarantee any compensation. Hence, I had to pay for clothes, food, and lodging without assurance of reimbursement. I will never fly Norwegian Air again."

The first words should be “sorry” but instead I got “it’s just water” “it was empty” However, it was hot water and no one likes things dropped on their head"

Imagine this sound and vibration 109 plus times on an 11 hour flight. Fresh food and several kinds of liquor sold out in first 90 minutes of takeoff what was left was chips, candy an instant soup. Bottom line: I’ll buy a more expensive ticket on a traditional carrier from now on"

Once we got on the plane, there was an option to bye food however most of the food was unavailable on our flight. The only thing we could purchase on a 7 hr flight was chips and corn nuts."

Flight is twenty hours away and since my wife has a Thai passport we are stranded inside of the terminal for the entire time. Airline didn't help with this issue. Also, $260 for two underweight checked bags is ridiculous."

Punti negativi: "I expected a meal - and even more at least some water!!! Was shocked to find out that I needed to order it all in advance. Very rude of hosts to ignore one entirely - they could at least have offered a cup of tea or a glass of water."

Punti negativi: "There was a mechanical issue which delayed boarding and since we were quarantined to a small area without enough seating, no restrooms or food services which made me very upset. Once we were on the plane there was a possible terrorist threat which delayed us even longer and scared everyone on the plane after police entered the cabin. We were not given any services for the 12+ hours we had no access to purchase food. The food service system was no working on the plane. It also took us 20 minutes to find a gate. The plane was very warm and everyone was angry. The check in process was also horrible with the staff being rude. The flight attendants were also not very nice and after experiencing the scare of something going on they should've been a bit more accommodating. I will never fly Norwegian again or fly out or into Gatwick Airport."

Besides the good flight itself , I like how KAYAK communicates with me, keeping me feel looled after ! I will deffinitelly use KAYAK again in the future, thank you !!"
Punti negativi: "Showed up to my flight an hour before and was told I was late and booking closed... was told by another airline three hours later that an hour before I was able to change my flight for another time but was never told by Norwegian airlines employee. Not only did I pay $542 for a flight home that I actually never was on but had to pay an additional $1400 to get back home and getting home the following day. I would like a refund of my $542 since I was told the wrong information and was on time for boarding."
