Seating is so compact it’s physically impossible for me to fit, I’m 6’3” then it took an hour forty five minutes to get our checked luggage in Lisbon. Everyone was furious. No explanation from the airport or airline. We missed our hotel shuttle, missed our hotel checkin. Just terrible."

I was finally told, after multiple attempts and many texts messages back and forth with a representative, that I could only reserve my seats during check-in at the airport because my ticket had been purchased via another airline/ service (I had connecting flights). This was very frustrating. Also, the seats on the plane were very uncomfortable, there's no room, and I'm not a large person. When they offered something to drink, I asked for water and had to pay 2.80 for it, there were no snacks. I would not fly this airline again."

I told her I didn't have any cash on me because I had used it to pay for the water that I bought at the gate that they wouldn't let me bring on. She said "Oh well. Guess you're out of luck." She was rude, hateful and such a disruptive part of my flight. I would NEVER fly Transavia again!!"

raynair valido solo per il prezzo pagato
Sarebbe potuto andare meglio che il volo fosse in orario, negli ultimi 2 mesi ho viaggiato 3 volte con Rayanair e su 6 voli 4 erano in ritardo. Il personale dovrebbe essere più preparato quando controlla i documenti relativi all' emergenza covid

After waiting 40 minutes in line to check in, we were made to go to another office to get boarding passes. Even though we arrived 3 hours before the flight, we barely made it. Ryanair tries to put as many obstacles and charges in your way before you fly. You have no recourse as you would miss your flight if you don’t pay the extra charges. During the flight, the whole purpose of the crew is to sell duty free goods. This airline is the worst! I’d pay more to another airline, just to avoid Ryanair."

There was no clear guidance for queuing, so the speedy boarding we paid extra for was close to useless, staff then scanned boarding passes without a care for passports. Once on the plane the flight was delayed for 2 hours and only after 45 mins of sitting around waiting for an explanation were we given one by the captain."
