Due to a mistake by an Emirates agents who was processing the visa application in Dubai, it was denied and an immigration head officer came and appologized to me and spoke to her. Emirates did not compensate me at all. They could have granted Emirates lounge access, meals, or simply book me a room at the airport hotel. I ended up sleeping for 14 hours on a chair due to their employee's fault"

New regulations will make me reconsider using Turkish airline for US bound flights, although it's a great company, unless they find a more comfortable and organized way to do the security check."

She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

When we checked in - they asked us to both check in our carry on luggage. The reason why is because they said they don’t think they have enough space for our carry ons. I told the crew member checking us in that other people that was checking in with the same hand carry size luggage with us had no problems taking it with them. For being about to be on a 17 HOUR FLIGHT we should be ALLOWED to have our carry ons with us! We take carry ons for that reason! I had to argue and prove my case to the crew member to atleast keep 1 carry on with us. I thought that was an UNACCEPTABLE reason for us to check in a carry on luggage when we had a 17 hour travel time ahead of us. Not a happy costumer here."

"The company did not know how to handle COVID bureaucracy efficiently or even correctly. We were asked to fill in four forms when only one is needed or even checked at all. I had to come in early to the airport, take a COVID test and then wait in the airport departure lobby for almost 1h to check in while waiting for the test results. Given that I spent a substantial amount to get a business ticket, I expected my time to be respected and to have business facilities made available. Once reached, the lounge now has an ordering system instead of self-service. The food was honestly disgusting, cold boiled rice without any salt and some "Spanish chorizo chicken" that had no chorizo and tasted like boiled chicken dropped in reheated tomato sauce. The plane departed one hour late. The business class seat was small, but comfortable. The company sent a boiler plate email apologizing which is something you appreciate the first time and it becomes grating when you get more than one per week."
"Canceled my trip never flew. They were rude and uninformed. Caused me grief wanting another covid test even though I had one plus I am vaccinated. No excuse. They should have had a test station by their ticketing counter. Had to hunt for transportation which was very difficult since it was 10 pm. Rented car for 350 to get home. I would think twice before booking through Kayak and with BA. kayak should have had more assistance and not just sell the ticket. Both receive an F ."

Letting customers use the bathrooms in business class and receiving the same airconditioning would have been humane."

In the end, we had to put in a little plastic bag everything valuable we had in the baggage, though on the plane there was plenty of space available in the overhead lockers."

Having got through all the hurdles including incomprehensible up, down, up again down again escalator rides and security pat down for my wife we got to Concourse 5 where we learned our plane was leaving from C gates, but not which C gate. So we looked for directions to C gates. The only signage was for C gates 52 to 57. Common sense would lead one to believe that C gates 1 to 51 existed somewhere in the terminal; but no they do not and not many people are aware that they don’t. There has to be a better way. Perhaps before Brexit becomes a reality you could lean on Germany’s vaunted efficiency to help clean up this nightmare scenario."

I checked-in online before I got to the airport and I mistakenly went to terminal 1 instead of terminal 2. So by the time I realised and got to terminal one, the baggage collection stand had closed because I was there by 15:18. To make the long story short, I got through the security where I was delayed for 20mins searching through my things and when I asked about time, the security said the flight won't leave with out me and they would inform them about the delay before I get to my departure gate. Anyway, I got to the gate with some time left and this extremely rude woman whom I was told is the manager insulted the living day light out of my life and turned me back. So I didn't fly with BA in the end. No matter the situation and despite me being late, I believe things would have been handled better. And even if the manager felt I was lying, she should have been more diplomatic about it and speak to me in a good manner. I won't be recommending flying BA from Nice to anyone. That woman was so hurrible, that experience haunts me psychologically."
