Would have less waiting for people in front of you to get settled. Wish the last snack had a piece of fruit or something with a bit more healthy aspect."

Please stop using the Boeing 767 jets and only use the Boeing 777 for flights across the Atlantic. I would like to fly American more frequently but not if I think I'm going to get stuck with the planes from the 1980s where there's no personal TV, no place to plug in my phone or electronics to charge unless you carry around a car charger, which I definitely don't, and there's no WiFi on those planes either."

Punti positivi: "I had to buy new clothes after lost bag and since bag had been lost twice during my trip, I was reluctant to check the bag. It was of size to cram into my carry on so I did that, but American staff demonstrated concern, had a sense of humor and helped me get a comfortable seat to sort of take some of the sting away. All that was great of them I was aware of being in an upgraded seat. No complaints, but it stung a little because I was deeply aware of the reinforcement of class. The small, extra comforts were wonderful and I wish everyone had them while risking their lives together over the ocean - especially the extra room At times, on the way over I felt a claustrophobic panic. But to stay positive, they were kiind, sympathetic, funny, sweet. I appreciate them."

When we landed, the weather was fine so no one knew! Many people missed connections or had to run through the airport by time they got their bags. Better communication would have been easy to do to keep us informed."

So my bag couldn't be checked through, and they wanted to charge me for it even though it was a connection to the international flight I had just taken. A truly dreadful experience."

The gentleman that helped us was lovely but system issues kept us at check in a very long time and unfortunately that together with the crazy insanely long distance to our gate- then only to take a bus- we did not have time to pick up any food or make any stops which we counted on and had arrived 2.5 hours ahead of time to check in to allow for."

We were booked on a flight that was delayed, turned out there was a flight about to depart (it had been delayed 2.5hrs due to weather), but was departing prior to our reg scheduled flight so they put us on standby. No doubt the crew was also columbus based and eager to get home...as they did. Couldn’t be more pleased to get home"

I inserted it on the online form multiple times until I was blocked from doing so, and there was no link to communicate online in real time with anyone who could solve the problem. This was extremely stressful and unnecessary, as well as time consuming. It was not how I wanted to spend my final night in Italy. Furthermore, I had to wake up at 4 am to get a very early bus to the airport in order to check in early enough in person. NOT cool. The food was mediocre. The entertainment options were about the worst I've ever seen. My seat hardly went back at all."

These guys became loud - as drunks do. It was annoying as we couldn't hear the movie we were watching because those guys were so loud. Any alcohol being served out of meal time either should be charged or put a limit of two max."

The crew handled this excellently by making sure that we were made comfortable and the pilot gave us several updates as he got the information about take-off for Toronto. On the flight to New York on September 28th, I experienced my first landing where not even a tiny bump was felt when the plane touched the ground."

She ignored the situation and went in the back behind her curtain to knit while I sat sideways the entire flight with my feet in the aisle. People going to the bathroom were forced to step over my feet, but at least they were sympathetic"

I got to my gate 40 min. before takeoff (it was 15 min. delayed). Upon boarding I was told my seat was given away. They assumed I would miss my flight. I had to wait another 4 hr. to board a flight to Vancouver BC leaving 11pm. I had to go to a hotel at 2 am and take a 8:50 am flight to PDX. Before boarding I was again stopped because my ticket didn't have the proper security stamp. The agent there was extremely rude and condescending. This was a terrible experience!"

We waited through 3 engine replacement tries in the hot Italian summer inside a hot cabin with approximately 150 passengers. Almost an hour later, engine was replaced but damage was done. Many transfer flights had to be rescheduled for later flights. Where was the reimbursement???? Just a million thanks for our patience. Time is money"

Punti negativi: "Where to start?! Air Canada is by far the worst airline I have ever flown on. initially there was no information on what gate we were supposed to go to. The timeline of when the gate was going to be told ended up being 45 minutes later than initially projected which turned out to be an hour before the flight was supposed to take off, which didn't leave much time to make it through passport control and to the correct gate. The flight was then delayed over an hour before we were able to board. Once we boarded the flight, we were delayed again an additional hour. We finally took off and landed in Toronto to be delayed yet again before we could go to our gate. Once we go to our gate (close to 30 minutes after landing) the gate would not work and we were stuck on the plan an additional 30 minutes. What was supposed to be about a 9 hour flight turned into almost 12 hours of misery. I will never fly air canada again. The best part about air canada is how every canadian I talked to say "oh yeah, they are such a "terrible" or "shitty" airline."

Punti negativi: "First of all, the flight schedule was changed on June 3rd, after the passenger had already left the country for her trip. The flight leaving Milan was moved up BY 6 HOURS!!! When we called the 3rd party used to book the flight, they were not helpful in trying to find a more reasonable option that was similar to the original itinerary booked. So, the passenger got to the airport at 4 am for their 6 am flight and was not able to check in because the 3rd party agency had not confirmed her seats on that flight. No one was available from Air Canada to assist with this issue. The passenger had to work with the Milan Airport information desk and they were able to find out that the 3rd party had never cancelled her seats on the original itinerary so her seats could not be confirmed on the 6 am flight they had "rebooked" her on. As there were no airline personnel to assist, by the time this was found out, the passenger had missed her flight. The person at the Milan airport information desk had to help find a different flight for her to travel on a different airline. This was the WORST experience I have ever encountered!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

The system for check-in is the stupidest i have ever seen - we were asked to scan passports and boarding passes then stand in a crowded area to wait for names to come up on an electronic board that could only be read from the front of the room. Who thought of that????"
