"The boarding process was uneventful and normal. The plane was on the smaller side and a tight fit. Most people had to plane side check their luggage. The pilots seemed pleasant. We waited about an hour from leaving the gate to actually taking off with no information from the crew as to what was taking longer than normal. The flight attendants were informative but aggressive about the mask policy and spoke on the PA system often and for long periods of time. The attitude of the flight crew about several issues made the passengers tense. We arrived about 30 minutes behind schedule but safely."

Arrivati trafelati al gate abbiamo scoperto che il volo era partito mezz'ora prima e si erano dimenticati di aggiornare lo stato del volo sui monitor......................... Dopo un'ora di attesa al banco dell'assistenza ci hanno mandati in hotel e dato il biglietto per il volo del giorno successivo. Parte dei pasti li abbiamo pagati di tasca nostra visti i pochi dollari di buono per mangiare (7$ per la colazione, 10$ per pranzo e 15$ per la cena, spendibili esclusivamente all'Holiday Inn dove la sola colazione a buffet costava 17$ + tasse..."

Punti negativi: "My fiancé and I packed a suitcase together and it was 3lbs over the 50lb limit. They refused to let it slide and when we asked how much it would be if we left it they said it would cost us $100 for an oversized bag. We already paid the $25 so it makes no sense for it to cost $100 more. They were completely unreasonable and not helpful. Not to mention the flight was an hour late. Our flight on the way out was completely cancelled all together and no one bothered to tell either of us. Then they rerouted us on completely different flights! We had to basically throw a fit to get on the same flight, which ended up being 8 hours AFTER our original flight was supposed to leave. The entire experience was a disaster and I will never fly united again."

Punti negativi: "Booked two seats at same time and they weren't by one another. Plane was not full so asked ticket counter if they find two seats together but did not want last row because seats don't recline. Clerk said those were only seats together so she she said she'd move us to exit row (still separate middle seats). However, seats were not actually exit row and they did not recline. So we simply got moved to separate middle seats in a different, a row that didn't recline."
Punti negativi: "I was in Group 5, and by the time boarding was complete with group 2, there was no more room in the overhead bins for carry on luggage. This meant that Groups 3-5 needed to gate check carry on bags and then pick them up in the Baggage Claim at ORD. This added unnecessary time to the end of my journey. I'll look around at other airlines before I fly United again. Jet Blue, on the other hand (from ORD to FLL) was great!!"
Punti negativi: "Worst experience of my life's flies. United missed mine and my parents luggage, delivery after 5 days, made us to loose good part of our appointments. Very disappointed with United."
