Baggage check-in process was simple and easy. 2. Meal preferences was good - I'm a vegetarian and on the onward journey forgot to specify the meal preference but the crew had enough inventory to meat the requirements. 3. Every seat was provided with a small plastic pouch/packet/goodie bag that consisted of a eye mask (very thoughtful), pair of sock, toothpaste+brush (very thoughtful), hand cream. This was very useful and effective. 4. Entertainment - options were good and current."

It would have been good, as part of the online check-in, if the users reminded to specify the meal preferences, etc. I forgot to specify the meal preferences but thankfully the crew had enough of what I wanted. 3. Take a relook at the packaging of the toothpaste tube in the goodie bag. It was sealed in such a way that it was difficult to open it w/o a sharp object. This should have been easier. 4. Seats were the worst part - poor legroom. Worst, the seat cushion is the worst. I think it was just a fabric over a metal seat with minimalist of cushion. ATL to DOH leg was the worst (and the longest leg of the trip). Unless you have open seats next to you it would be a back breaking and painful trip. Seat comfort wise, I would rate Qatar as the worst. Luckily on the return leg (DOH-ATL) next two seats to mine was empty, so was able to stretch and sleep well. DOH-MAA or MAA-DOH seating was little better (think its a older plane; newer planes have worst seats) 5. The website was damn slow while accessing from overseas. Even in the US, at times the website hangs-up, freezes or spins often. 6. Food was ok -dinner and lunch but minimalistic; I didnt see any specific breakfast menu or any coffee served separately (was part of beverage option during lunch or dinner) 7. There was no alert, communication, notification, reminder of upcoming trip via email or text, etc. Many airlines does this very often but Qatar was totally silent on it (they did have my email during checkin). Not sure why."

Ci dicono che ci daranno informazioni al gate. Può capitare, naturalmente. Solo che: - le informazioni non le danno al gate, ma allo Starbucks dell'aeroporto, senza avere aspettato e neanche avvertito tutti i passeggeri - ci dicono che nonostante i mercatini natalizi ci hanno trovato comunque un hotel, facendolo un po' pesare, mentre è loro dovere, siccome il volo è ritardato al giorno dopo. Peccato che l'hotel è a 120 km e loro non hanno trovato il bus per il trasferimento (incidentalmente, anche questo è da norma di legge un loro dovere...) - alla fine come assistenza in termini di generi di conforto commisurata alla durata del ritardo, 10 ore, il tutto si è ridotto ad una bottiglietta d'acqua e un kit toilette per il mattino. In ragione della distanza degli hotel disponibili siamo stati invitati pressantemente a passare la notte nel terminal, ma: - nessuna assistenza. Dopo i controlli di sicurezza neanche una bottiglietta d'acqua, neanche un voucher colazione, neanche qualche coperta o cuscino per dormire meglio sulle scomodissime sedie/divano. E neanche uno scusate. - nessuna reazione alla possibilità di apertura della business giunge: è chiusa e non la riapriamo per voi. Neanche per farvi dormire un po' meno peggio. - nessuna specifica informazione ai passeggeri sulla evoluzione della situazione - siamo stati abbandonati a noi stessi, in sostanza Violazioni multiple e ripetute del regolamento CE 261/2004. Ma pagheranno, eh, se pagheranno..."

I wish I would have gotten my Russian transit visa prior to my trip. I knew about it, I just didn't want to pay the $200. SVO airport is great and open 24hr, but having a 20hr layover is tough. p.s. Don't let a hotel/Airbnb tell you you don't need a visa - you do! I watched 2 girls have meltdowns in the airport because they had hotel reservations, but no visas. Sad, wet eyes does nothing for Russian airport officials."

Once we landed Moscow for our connecting flight we had 3 hours at the airport, on my boarding ticket the gate was 26, i came for the boarding to gate 26 but no one was there!!!! so i startes to asked people around where is the gate and since they dond know any English they are lying!!! some told me gate 33 some told me 28 and some told me a different terminal! this airport is huge! the the people that work there are not nice, very rood and angry and English it's not a language they will understand. Therfore, i missed my flight, running around trying to search my gate they changed on the last minute, in the end someone told me it was on gate 22! but they slready took off. SO i went to the operation office to get a new ticket- I met the most repulsive man which should provide a good customer service. He told me that was my mistake for not taking care to check why no one was at the gate/// WHAT?! Just mentioned it wasnt just me missing the flight, they were another 5 people with me and another 5 from other flights! the next flight was 13 hours later. he said maybe he can get free ticket for me, but he's not sure. I laughed and said not only I'm not supposed to pay for the flight, you should compensate me! So he took the ticket he gave me, smiling, and said "if you don't want it, it's OK' don't take it, bye bye" I WAS FURIOUS!!! I took the damn ticket, waited 13 hours to my next flight (which BTW the gate was also changed) and came home. I was alone traveller, came from Thailand after 10 hours flight, and went all this nightmare ALONE (i'm a women)! WILL NEVER FLY WITH AEROFLOT, will never do a connecting fight in Moscow and most probably will never visit this country full with cold and angry people!!!! FYI- will post this in every flight web!"

When we arrived to Moscow they said that we had to spent the night at the airport because their hotel was full. We verified at the hotel and they offered us rooms if we wanted to pay for them. The airline employees offered no help and we spent at least 5 hours looking for a solution. We decided to enter Russia and found out that the airline had another hotel in which we spent the night after finding the answer ourselves, because nobody explained anything to us. We wouldn't recommend this airline to anyone. They had passengers sleeping in the floor of the airport with little kids because they didnt offer them a room. They simply dont care about their customers."

He could not get hold of them by phone from Berlin, so we had to call from the United States. It turned out that we could not call S7 directly at all - instead we had to call Vyama. They told us that by missing the outbound flight, he also missed the inbound flight. Therefore, we had to buy a new ticket and pay whole price again for the flight two days later. This is not the practice that is used by other companies - which offer at least some credit."
