Checked the route through Brisbane, and those flights we're all there, departed and landed all on-time... so wondering what the reason was for the change of the itinerary without a cause (no cancel or delayed flights through Brisbane)"

When asking her why she didn't provide us a snack she said that this is a plane and when the captain says we have to land that she doesn't have to pass out snacks. The interesting thing is that all the other passengers around us receive snacks and bottled water except us. When we were leaving the plane after it landed my mom had to stay behind while I went to the front of the plane a good wheelchair assistance. The same stewardess said why did your son leave you and my mother had to correct her and say that he went to the front to get wheelchair assistance. The lady was very rude and didn't know proper manners."

When I went to the Air France counter in the airport, the staff has gone for the day and trying to get a hold of telephone rep took 2-3 hours and I by the time I found about my new connection, I was already late. Somehow I managed to get to the Terminal 1 and when I spoke to the lady (indian) at the Check-In counter, she has refused me to Check-In because i slipped the line up. The people in the lineup didn’t have any objection and they let me go first for Check-In as I’m already late to my flight. I wante to say something to her, but I’ve controlled my frustration. Luckily the other person in the Check-In counter offered to help me Check-In. Here is my word to the Indian lady staff “F**k You B***h” - learn some people skills."

Came within 4 minutes of missing flight despite being at airport 3 hrs early. SN had not released ticket to Air Canada so they could not check me in. Had to call SN customer service after AC could not check me in, then wait and wait as they had to try to correct the mistake 3x before AC counter could issue boarding passes. Terrible experience going through this with 2 small kids waiting. It’s as if the two airlines’ systems don’t communicate but passenger is responsible for resolving."

The in-flight entertainment worked well on our iPads (no need to rent one) and the stewards always had smiles on their faces. AC was non-commital and not helpful at all... waited for incoming flights at the airport MSP for 8 hours... no bag... finally, Delta gave us vouchers for dinner and put us in a hotel... when it as really Air Canada's fault... etc, etc..."

I woke up so god damn early to get there because of news spreading the worries of people waiting at customs immigration to the U.S. it only took us 40min to get through and the flight delay notice was given an hour and a half before departure. We couldn't even sleep on any benches because they were all designed for individuals to sit. It wasn't until our gate location moved to the end of that area was there any carpeted floor space to sleep on. On the flight, economy seating was very tight with limited leg room, and best of all our seats had no window, literally every other row in our section had a window. Air Canada handled this stressful event very poorly, once they figured out bringing a new air craft hours later, and everyone moved to the new gate area, all the attendants had left from their gate post until 40min before the flight which was hours later."
