"The company did not know how to handle COVID bureaucracy efficiently or even correctly. We were asked to fill in four forms when only one is needed or even checked at all. I had to come in early to the airport, take a COVID test and then wait in the airport departure lobby for almost 1h to check in while waiting for the test results. Given that I spent a substantial amount to get a business ticket, I expected my time to be respected and to have business facilities made available. Once reached, the lounge now has an ordering system instead of self-service. The food was honestly disgusting, cold boiled rice without any salt and some "Spanish chorizo chicken" that had no chorizo and tasted like boiled chicken dropped in reheated tomato sauce. The plane departed one hour late. The business class seat was small, but comfortable. The company sent a boiler plate email apologizing which is something you appreciate the first time and it becomes grating when you get more than one per week."

"British Airways desk was not structured enough in Nice terminal 1. No sign before the registerer indicating that the Locator Form must be completed before reaching the desk. The previous day I couldn't complete it as the British Airways website didn't allow me to registerer online an attribute a seat number. I have waited 2 hours to register and was denied as the Locator Form was not done and assumed that I could complete it at the desk. The officer closed the register in front of me not even giving any assistance. This irritated my respiratory system immensely. They also had children helping out the flight attendants which was cute, until the one girl who had just served water to the entire plane broke out into an awful fever. They were putting ice packs on her head, giving her meds, & eventually she had to get carried through the airport. This was 5 minutes after serving water to an entire plane of passengers. I ended up getting extremely sick & missed almost a week of work. Not sure if this was the cause, but it makes sense. I will make sure 100% to never fly air canada rouge again. For $400 a ticket... doesn't make sense to experience this."

Moreover when i protested the customer service agent mocked me for not realizing it was a 'weather related incident'. I spent the night on the floor on YYC. Needless to say, Ill never fly Air Canada again."

Not sure what can be done about it, but it made a long trip really uncomfortable. Service and food was also much better on the South African airlines portion of the trip."

Arrivati trafelati al gate abbiamo scoperto che il volo era partito mezz'ora prima e si erano dimenticati di aggiornare lo stato del volo sui monitor......................... Dopo un'ora di attesa al banco dell'assistenza ci hanno mandati in hotel e dato il biglietto per il volo del giorno successivo. Parte dei pasti li abbiamo pagati di tasca nostra visti i pochi dollari di buono per mangiare (7$ per la colazione, 10$ per pranzo e 15$ per la cena, spendibili esclusivamente all'Holiday Inn dove la sola colazione a buffet costava 17$ + tasse..."
