"My flight from Lima to La has been delay for 2 hours l has to run because l had a conecction from La to Phoenix of course the airport was a mess because it was under construcción. My coneccion was delay again for 45 minutes! Well l made it l guess! The landing was horrible!!"

So we lost our flight to Cusco and ruined our entire first day of touring in Cusco..... your system or multiple check in/ cashier/customer service counters is a disaster and it makes zero sense. I will NOT fly latam again."

You should not do that to people. There should be a $300 change fee and that's it. At most. The entertainment would be good if I could hear it - but I couldn't. The sound was terrible. Uncomfortable seats. Barely slept. Overal terrible experience. Also turn on the damn entertainment while we are waiting on the tarmac - why wait until we are in the air? Almost every other airline - all the good ones - Emirates, Lufthansa, and other quality airlines - will let you access the in flight entertainment as soon as you sit. But the change cost of the ticket was the most offensive thing. I feel robbed, in a time of tragedy."

Due to the late hour and lack of customer service agents by the time I was able to get to the front of the line (phone calls didn't go through to anyone) the time had passed for me to even check in. According to Latam, Virgin changed my flight and forgot to rebook my return home. I ended up sleeping at the Lima airport, paying out of pocket almost $2000 and having to fly through Miami. No one took responsibility for the fact my ticket was changed and I wasn't informed - unacceptable."

There was a seat for one of us (we overheard same conversation at counter next to our - 2 passengers, one available seat)... Explanation was they had technical problems with original plane and they had to replace it with smaller one and everybody else used online checkin in last 48 hours...Everybody else used online checkin?! Is that the rule? Last 48 h of my trip in Peru i did not have internet access, but if it's the only way to get your seat, you paid for months in advance, then I would find some solution. At the end, staying persistent in our request,we were on the scheduled flight (some "miracle" happened and we got 2 seats, next to each other, as same as couple from counter next to us)"

I understand these matters are out of attendant's control, but the changes were not communicated in English and everyone was extremely slow to get us situated. Our flight was officially canceled at 5:30 pm, and it took five more hours for the attendants to get us to a hotel. In the morning, the transportation was not communicated well that I missed the bus. During all this, they never tried to re-book anyone either. I would pass on flying LATAM in the future."

Just take a peek at their social media accounts. They don't allow reviews anymore but there is a community of people who have been stranded in South America by LATAM and the link is easily found. They seem to have a ploy to try and get people to buy extra tickets. Seriously a scam. Stay away!"

When I attempted to go through security they informed me this wasn't a boarding pass and was missing information. They said I would have to go back downstairs to the desk again. have a visible disability that affects the way I walk, and typically I do not require a wheelchair. I give myself enough time to get to my destination, but thanks to Brunella I was running incredibly late. I finally arrived though my flight was then rerouted to Orlando due to weather conditions at Miami and never arrived in Miami. The pilot of this flight LA2514 decided he was done and wouldn't fly there at all. The passengers were informed they would take buses to Miami."

They didn't apologized and asked traveler to clean the table instead. Miss connection with the flight from Miami to New York and no help from LATAM personnel at all. This is an airline that at one point it was the best and now is the worst. It is important to clarify with passenger about passing inmigration and aduana and the distance from international to national departures!!"

Punti positivi: "Despite having a high "Sapphire" status with this One World Partner and being promised "preferente" seats by the airline when I reserved seats months ago, I was unable to view the seats or check in online. Both their App and their online system were down and unavailable. We were never able to view our actual seats online. The "preferred seats" my group on 5 could not have been worse!! We were seated consistently in row 11 or the very last row of the aircraft immediately in front of the lavatory, where the seats do not recline at all and where you hear and smell the bathroom for the entire flight.. There was NO space to breathe in our seats. I have traveled on dozens of airlines and this experience and these seats were the WORST! After this happened once, I specifically asked to insure that it would not happen again and was told that seats on my next flights were good but they were the same horrible seats. Part of our itinerary was on LAN and part was on TAM, who have now combined into 1 airline, but still operate on separate systems. So LAN customer service could not see the seats for TAM flights and vice versa. Their online system reflected a changed time for our return flight from 145pm to 250pm from Rio. We verified it 3 times (even though we could not check in or view our seats because of "technical difficulties" we could see the new departure tie, and the change was confirmed by our Sheraton concierge, but when we arrived to the airport they informed us that we had arrived to late for our 145pm flight! We showed them the app that showed our flight was changed to 250pm and they could not explain the problem. We were delayed 4 hours and arrived too late for dinner in Santiago. The final 4 hour flight at 4am flight from Santiago to Lima was torture. The seat in front was literally 6 inches in front of my face when they reclined and I could not recline. It was absolute TORTURE! Avoid this airline! To add the agony, they have lost my bag and do not know where it is!"

I was traveling alone with my 5 & 7 year old and we had to run non-stop from our 1st domestic flight to the international one, changing terminals, passing passport control (huge lines), and another security. No help from Iberia at all in terms of providing any assistance like a shuttle bus, quick passage thru passport or security. And they were nonchalant in terms of “if you miss your connecting flight, it’s your problem...”. Come on, we paid $4,500 for 3 tickets, and deserve better customer service than this, specially when you changed the flight schedule for your operational reasons!"

Punti positivi: "First time flying El Al. Hopefully my last. They delayed the flight to give three people - two of whom were ladies iver the age of fifty - intensive security screens. I was given one as well. They took my laptop, one of my pbones, my tanlet, and my headphones. This would havr neen bearable if El Al invested in its cabins, but that doesnt seem the case. The headphones provided were similar to models from the 90s (and worked just as well), there was no individual screen for entertainment, and the seats were exceedingly cramped. At least the Wi-Fi was free."

Punti negativi: "Check-in machines in Barcelona Airport did not work (since the Vueling shares the code with Iberia, but they did not share the booking codes!). The result is 40 min queue while only one "manual" registration desk opened. The person behind the desk seemed to be very stressed, no shadow of any kindness - it's understandable: the managers had left her alone with a lot of people unable to use their "cool" innovation (registration through machines). If one adds here the unacceptable burden with boarding (30 mins of waiting time before the bus arrived and all that on the stairs of the "sleeve") the flight started fairly "well". The seat assigned was in the last raw (seems for any other type of seat one has to pay like 13 euro more) and with my 2m of height I felt at "maximum of comfort". Thank you, Vueling, for that exceptional "lowcost safari" experience, will try to avoid you in the future."

Punti negativi: "My carry-on of clearly leagal size was tested to see if it passed. Happy to say IT PASSED they could not charge me. No in flight entertainment as there is no place to put a headphone into. They tell you to use your smart phone. The flight attendants disappear and really are not there for any reason I could see except to find ways to charge you for something. When they do show up they basically try to ignore you."

Not even simple announcement welcoming or informing the customers of why its flight was delayed. They were busy greeting their own VIP's heading in and out of the business class. When asked what's going on, the AE personnel simply stated 'just wait'"
Punti negativi: "At the security, i was turned away because TSA will not take Air Europa's electronic boarding pass. When I went back to the check in counter, I asked why, no answer from three people at the check in standing around. Again, indifferent attitude. Shouldn't AE inform customers of this time wasting problem? No self check in kiosks."

It appeared that crew attitudes reflect unacceptable monitoring and control by Air Auropa management of crew performance and equipment maintenance..The unworkable entertainment system failed ti entertain. No major delay. Able to meet connections."
Punti negativi: "MVD to MAD leg. At meal times crew did not request passenger to sit their seats upright. Crew sleeping in the 2 seats in front of us had seats back total time of trip. It was very difficult to eat meats with the seat back in front of us. Hit in the face by crew member forcing seat back rapidly on change of crew rest period. Curtains of crew rest area encroached into my seat area. It was annoying, colostrophobic and unacceptable . One male member of the crew, when serving drinks at meal time mumbled Ïdiotö¨. I assumed he was referring to me. At breakfast time we were ignored when drinks were served. The entertainment system was unusable. It was apparent that the system was mal functioning and needs replacing. . I spoke to the head attendant and relayed our concerns. I was refused a visit from the captain in order to express pour concerns."

Punti negativi: "The flight was supposed to leave at 10:05pm. It was inexplicably delayed to 10:35- not a big deal BUT we didn't take off until a little before midnight. We sat on the Tarmac with the bright lights on in the cabin for over an hour (I asked if they could dim or turn off the lights and was given a surrly look by the flight attendant). Boarding was a mess with little method but they did allow families with children on early. Exhausted, with toddler in tow, I was excited for the plane to get going to turn the lights off but no, first there was dinner service. Really? At 1am? Finally, lights out at 1:45 and we could sleep only to be awoken 2 hours before landing with breakfast service. And they weren't even quiet about it. There were no individual tvs in coach and the wifi doesn't allow any streaming (plus it's $50 for the flight) Can't wait for the 6 hour flight back"

Punti negativi: "The principal negative experience which made the overall flight experience very disappointing was the lack of leg room. I am 6 feet and about 4 inches tall, therefore flights are never very comfortable. However, out of many airlines I have used Air Europa provides the least amount of leg room. The flight was very uncomfortable. It lasted nearly 12 hours, but I never came close to being able to take even a short nap. This was the worst flight experience I have had. There should be an advisory to warn tall individuals like myself."

Punti negativi: "Very old plain for a 13 hour trip... It was a very painfull trip. The entertainment was poor and from my seat I couldn't see a thing! The crew elas not very strick considering rules: I was forced to warn a passenger to turn off his Phone when we had already took off. He was in a call for almost 15 minuts since we turn on our seat belts!"

Do the cattle transportation driver make anouncemrnts to the cows?. Air Europa coul save to make it because nobody listen to your clims or questions related to it. Where is the compensation?."
