I was able to move back to my original seat once in the air, but there was no forewarning of this even with advanced purchased tickets. Just a hassle since this flight was long and all I wanted to do was get some rest."

They helped us with everything onward- getting new boarding passses, hotel and meal vouchers, but all of this should not have been needed if such short connections were not sold."

They provide 2 meals and a third snack (usually a pizza) and keep additional snacks and drinks fully stocked in the back of the plane. None of that existed on this flight. The crew was very uninterested. Seemed very absent and not into assisting patrons. Overall, not what I have experienced on prior Qatar Airways flights. To add insult to injury, I was sitting next to an EXTREMELY smelly person, which didn't make the experience any easier :( Not the airlines responsibility to ensure patrons exercise proper hygiene, but that didn't help the situation with my hungry growling stomach."

Lebanon is known for its superb services in its hotels and restaurants, however, this is not reflected on its airlines services which is below average. Here are some of what the MEA need to do: 1. Allow ticketed travelers to evaluate MEA’s staff performance during their checking in process and on-board services, 2. Facilitate fast track lane at passport control rather than making business travelers wait sometimes 50 minutes to leave or come through passport control 3. Work with passport control management to improve the communication skill of passport control staff who mostly behave as if they are doing the travelers a favor for processing their passport immigration services. If tourism is important to Lebanon the above points need to be addressed. Hope these notes will help."

The launch menu was to choose between chicken and fish , we chose chicken but were surprised that no more chicken is available .. because we were sitting nearly on the last seats .. so they were out of chicken , being allergic to sea food we missed our launch.."

Their check in counter service was very poorl. No clear signs were available to passangers to indicate where to go and chech in. Even if my scheduled flight from boston wasn't canceled (I have no idea) they were incredibly unhelpful about the fact that I physically could not get to logan in time for my flight. (Mass DOT was asking everyone to stay off ALL roads). THEN on the way home, they would NOT let me fly back to Montreal where my car was!! WAY TOO RIGID RULES. Screw the customer!"

The crew was courteous but the hostesses could try smiling a bit more. Their courtesy was appreciated but it felt very methodical, more of an obligation and not spontaneous. The pilot did a great introduction and gave information about the trip. Also the plane toilets were clean compared to other companies. I expected to see a wider selection of more recent and award winning movies. Will definitely fly Turkish Airlines again."

Punti negativi: "It is just crazy the extra cost that a person needs to pay for each extra Kg he/she needs to have onboard along with their "free baggage." I had to pay 23 extra US Dollars for every Kg, summing up to $160 for 7 Kgs!! Those additional belongings were crucial and important to carry, it very well understood that a certain capacity is only allowed onboard, yet being considerate and understanding in terms of customers' needs and priorities is as equally critical and important. I think the way the airline approaches the "Extra Weight" issue needs to be revisited, keeping in mind both sides' interests and concerns."
