There is no way to get between terminals inside security and the free shuttle is slow and overcrowded. Meanwhile, one is forced to run a gauntlet of taxi and shuttle drivers trying to get you to pay them exorbitant fees to drive you to your terminal. Once you finally arrive you discover that there is no dedicated baggage recheck for an international arrival. Just don't buy a ticket that transfers in CUN."

Travelling with a cranky two year old, made pains to select seats for maximum child comfort and it all flew out the window. Arrived at destination and sat, again, waiting for a gate. Signed up for sky miles previously based on good experiences, but this was one lane thing after another. Advice? Don't act like you're doing me a favor when asking people to check bags cause then it's "free"."

Delta flew into the furthest gate away, didn't communicate with the connecting flights to give it 5 more minutes and didn't have transportation waiting to bring us top our connections. After ruining across the entire length of the MSP concourse I arrived at 9:58 only to be told they already left. Worst communication I've ever seen. Delta should be ashamed."

That was particularly annoying, especially since the optics of the situation were such that I used miles to purchase the flight and got "screwed-over" with respect to my seat selection as if my ticket held less weight than other passengers..."

We were re-booked on connecting flights different then the one we originally booked and weren't even notified. They have a Delta app, but it doesn't even work right. Unless you physically go to the gate to check to see if the flight is on time, that is the only was to find out if you are re-booked onto a different flight or not. I have never flown an airline that re-books you on a different flight when they feel like it. I wouldn't recommend Delta Airlines to my worse enemy!"

An announcement was made that in Atlanta which is Delta hub, there were no flight attendants for the flight so we had to wait for another crew to fly in. That's just unporfessiknal. To make matters worse, the gate agents didn't make announcements even if just to say we know this isn't good and we will update you asap even if just to tell you we are still waiting on word. Total silence and seeing the gate agents laugh and talk amongst each other was pretty bad."

There were approx 20 in line yet only 2 gate agents at 4:30pm. One of the gate agents kept helping the Premium members and bypassing the standard line. The other agent was in a coma as his average person at counter was 10 min. Finally get to counter and they hand me a boarding pass going via Salt Lake in 30 minutes. But has a 3 hrs layover in SL. I then get to US Custom check for US residents re-entering and the line was a good 30 minute wait. You would think the Delta folks would have accounted for that line. I had to ask everyone in front of them if I could skip in front as the plane was now departing in 10 min. I had to then run on a bum knee and was the last to board. The agent at gate was saying we were calling your name but did they think I could have been stuck in customs? On that short of a window they should have walked me through Customs to make sure I got on a flight they wanted me to take versus my scheduled flight."

It was a really cramped flight and although I was polite, it's still very frustrating to pay for a seat, but only get access to 2/3 of it. I am 6'1, so every inch of my seat is typically used. It would be nice if there was a way to ensure this didn't happen. If people need more than 1 seat, they should be required to pay for more than one seat, and not 'steal' my space. Overall bad Delta experience. Sara"

Getting up 0300 already put me in a bad mood. I paid extra for a row assignment because I use the bathroom frequently and the girl that was in my seat obviously didn't speak English and I had to suppress that ICU nurse aggression and work with it because it was a short trip. But!!!! She annoyed the hell out of me when I needed to get up to the bathroom and she refused to get up and expected me to Jimmy my way around her in the sitting position and she somehow was in a deep sleep during my 3 minute bathroom trip. I had to tap her a few times to say let me back in and again she refused to get up and I had to Jimmy my way back in. Again the connection flight was far far away in a warm terminal unlike jkf where I had to go outside and catch a shuttle bus but this time I had time to grab food and use the restroom without running like a maniac to my next connection for Delta."

The man in front of me was able to put his seat back till it hit my knees. I had my service dog on my lap and I couldn't put my seat back as far as his. Also, the window shades were broken so I had blinding morning sunrise in my face the whole time. Also, the flight crew wasn't aware enough about the weather to de-ice te plane, causing lots of commotion with my bags being put on a seperate plane and waited 9 extra hours for it to arrive."

For the first flight, I was given a seat as they were getting ready to close the doors and was never called. I didn't buy tickets or check in late. They were asking for volunteers to give up their seats, but it sure looked like they were getting ready to "volunteer" me. When I buy tickets with a layover too, I'm assuming that I'll get from A to B and not gambling that I'll be stuck in the middle due to airline overselling."

After we disembarked we stood in line for over an hour to rebook for the next days flight home. Before making to the booking desk we were then sent to the KLM customer service desk where we were told we would get a hotel voucher and an airline over night kit and NO access to our luggage. After waiting in this line for another hour and a half we received our voucher and were told to catch a shuttle to our hotel and another hour wait for the standing room only, half our bus ride to a hotel. After five and a half hours we made to the hotel. The experience was awful and seemed like Delta/KLM had never dealt with a flight cancelation before. The entire process needs improvement and so many levels— one can't help feeling that the airlines just don't care about the customer experience."
"There was a lady pilot. She helped an older lady get on and off the plane and she helped me with my crabby children get off the plane. It meant the world to me. One of the flight attendants was berating a family in front of me about the 2 year old child’s inability/willingness to wear a mask. I am all for wearing masks, but a little child who doesn’t understand why it’s important to wear a mask and is melting down - is it really that important. I understand the need to follow policy’s."
"I loved the hospitality of the crew, they were a great crew. What I didn’t like was how the airport I was going to be in for a layover closed down due to it raining in the area. I missed my connecting flight, and got put on a flight that departed 8 hours from the time I arrived to the airport. I also have no news on where my luggage is."

My largest complaint is that I was unable to sleep a wink on the overnight flight due to the excessive heat in the plane. In my experience decent airlines provide their guests with air conditioning so that they can breathe and rest easy. I was absolutely miserable thanks to the heat."

I was already a bit sick with a head cold and the heating element was very dry heat.. it made everyone pretty miserable on the flight. I was a bit disappointed to have to be rescheduled off of Lufthansa."

Punti negativi: "Dear sir or Madam, I’m writing this complaint as I feel so mistreated and so disrespected, I had a ticket# 2208688265549 with a confirmation# WP6DHB travelling from Tulsa , OK, USA to Cairo, Egypt. Everything was great as expected and recommended by my uncle who travels with your respected company at least twice a month till I got to Frankfort airport to take flight# 0582 from Frankfort to Cairo. I was stopped while heading to the plan by the flight manager as he called himself later, and told me that I have to only have one item on the plan, I already had one carry on and my hand bag that has my laptop and the charger, I told him that I was told by Lufthansa customer service the night before traveling to confirm the luggage weight and size that I’m allowed one carry on plus personal item like a hand bag or lap top bag and they have to meet specific dimensions. I even offered to call the customer service number for verification, he replied ‘’I don’t care, I’m the flight manager and you will do what I say’’. His words were really hurting, I showed him the tag on my carry on that I got from the previous flight it said (approved carry on) don’t remember exactly what it said, he reached to my carry on and tare that tag, I didn’t think that was appropriate even if the tag had no value he doesn’t have any right to touch my luggage without my approval, then he tried to grab my ticket from my hand saying I will get you off the flight, I got really upset and told him don’t touch my belongs. There was a moment of silence because I think I raised my voice (my apology to him and to the company for that), I realized that the conversation is not going any where so I decided to file a complaint (not because he wanted to me to only have one item but mostly because of his attitude) so I asked him for his employment ID number he walked away without saying anything, waited till he walked close enough that I can ask him again this time he refused to give me his employment ID number, asked him for his name he said it so softly, I asked him to spell because I didn’t hear it right he said it so softly he refused, then I had to look for his badge and the name on the badge I believe his first name started with P and last name started with T. I waited a few days till I got to talk to my uncle and told him what happened as he is the one who recommended Lufthansa and he has a lot of experience with your services he said that they might need to do that because the flight was complete and they want to offer luggage place for everybody, but what I surprising is there was many empty seats on the plan my seat was 032C and the 2 seats beside me (032A and 032B) were empty also there was a lot of carry-ons room everywhere. So I don’t know why he was this way with me, I’m really disappointed specially that is only my first flight with Lufthansa since 2015, that flight manager made me have an extremely rough experience. one more thing when I told him I’m going to compla"

She kept pushing them and finally they switched with a couple other passengers. VERY RUDE!!!!"

They could have resolved it with an upgrade since there was room in business class but they refused, and did not care to make us have a 30 h trip. Horrible horrible horrible"

After arguing with KLM for many hours, they finally booked her on a flight the following day, but refused to put her up in a hotel for the night, or compensate her for the trouble. Completely irresponsible behaviour from KLM. Will never fly with them again."

On SAS, everything has to be ordered ahead of time. Some of the flight attendants were friendly, some not so friendly. No free alcoholic drinks even with dinner. Limited regular drinks - they are only served with food, aside from that you have to purchase even the non-alcoholic drinks. The food just wasn't very good, even compared to other airline food. Compared to other companies, relatively small selection of entertainment. I had considerably more choice on a domestic flight than on a 9 hr. international SAS flight. Storage pockets at the seat are pretty small."

Then there was no sign for where we should go since upper deck on 747 so we went in "economy" line as indicated on ticket and then was sent to correct line when we got to the front, wasting more time. The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us."

Punti negativi: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."
