We were supposed to use our mobile device to access in-flight entertainment via the United app. There were serious buffering issues and only a minute or two of movie would play at once. Also, there was no in-flight charging facility. For a 10.5 hour flight where passengers are expected to use their own personal devices for entrainment, they should at least provide charging facilities. The seats were super uncomfortable. Minimum cushion and recline. Although I requested vegetarian meal while booking the flight (way ahead of my trip) I was told that they were out of any vegetarian options."

When we finally made it to the plane, the doors did not open for what felt like an eternity (another 5-7 min), then the drive announced "the plane is not ready and we are going back to the airport." I thought he was joking.. The bus took off again and after 10 min or so ended up pulling up to the plane. Once on board, the pilot was apologetic. But I almost missed my connecting flight."

My friends booked with Expedia the exact itinerary and were able to reach a human and we're told that SAS always reimburses for cancellations. I finally emailed vayamas/kayak to cancel and 5 days later received a reply that there was no cancellation refund. Apparently Kayak provides a no communication/no refund policy. My travel companion had the opposite experience with Expedia."

No one was available around the self service kiosks and the line to drop bags or get any service didn't move for 40 minutes. We finally went to the gate. In Copenhagen we had a delay and no one would even talk to us except to say " you are booked in tourist class so I can't help You". They do an excellent job of avoiding any contact with their customers. I fly almost every week for business and have never had this bad of service."

The first time I told the airline attendant and she brought a large plastic bag and some paper towels. The girl but her used airsick bag inside the large plastic bag. I tied the top and put in next to me near the aisle because I expected the attendant to come pick it up. The attendant told me I had to take it to the lavatory and dispose of it in there. It was very hard to get the large plastic bag into the small trash receptacle because it had fill with air. I asked the attendant for another airsick bag but she never brought it. The girl got sick again and she used my airsick bag. While walking the bag up to the lavatory, I asked a different attendant for another airsick bag. They just told me I had to dispose of it in the lavatory and never brought another airsick bag. I had to ask someone for their airsick bag because the girl got sick a third time. I can not believe the horrible service on this flight! The poor girl was crying because she felt so sick and there wasn't anyone to help her. I did what I could but I felt something could have been done by the crew. I will think twice before I reserve another flight on SAS."

The boarding sign was on two places simultaneously, with vision obscured by the in-building wall pillar. Most passengers were sitting in the waiting area expecting the boarding call to be announced on that obvious gate, while they started boarding on another gate around the corner. And it was not Croatia Airlines staff, but some airport personnel. Before landing, flight attendants let some passenger have luggage on the floor in front of the seat in the exit row, which does nit comply with the safety standards. Likewise, some passengers were already using cellular signal before landing, which is another lack of precaution. It us true that flight attendants cannot see whether each and every passenger obeys safety measures, but they should better pass through the aisle and check it rather than grabbing their own seat so early, eapecially when the flight was only half-booked."

In Frankfurt, three agents were helping people when we arrived in the line. Twenty minutes later they were still with the same customers . Finally two additional agents appeared. We got our boarding passes, but were told we needed to hurry because they were already boarding. We made it because we ran as much as we could and arrived breathless and sweaty. Poor customer service!"

The crew was inconsiderate towards passengers who bought economy seats and was focusing only on passengers who paid extra for seats and snacks. If that's the case then they should stop serving other customers anyway and tell us beforehand so that we can arrange our own food/drinks from the airport lounge"

He then became belligerent when I questioned him even threatening removing me from the flight. WTF?!"
