The food was very good, and the best overall we have experienced in economy. The individual video screens provided a nice selection of movies, tv, games, etc. Finally, transferring in Zurich is MUCH better than the zoo that his Heathrow!"

Flight attendants are extremely rude, not helpful, the food is terrible, the planes are all old Boeing 777-300 likely purchased second hand and seem to be falling apart on the inside. I saw flight attendants kicking, punching, and body slamming carts and other items to get them to fit in their racks in the kitchen areas, I hate to think what that means for safety of critical items. Just stay away for your safety and sanity"

I liked the way the captain came over the audio system and gave us information about what part of Europe we were flying over, it was interesting for me. The take off and landings on both Turkish airlines flights that day were very smooth and on time."

In azienda siamo passati dal preferire Lufthansa all'optare per KLM su questa tratta. Il personale è più gentile ed efficiente. Il trattamemto in cabina è piu curato viene comunque garantito un oiccolo sanvich e qualcosa da bere.

Piaciuto: La cortesia del personale Non mi è piaciuto: Pochi film in italiano ed il sistema di intrattenimento ha iniziato a funzionare da metà volo, WiFi compresa

L'atterraggio è stato un po' brusco

For a twelve hour flight, the food was only Okay, could have been better and with a better selection. Meal timing was poor."
