At the same time they said if I had booked meal for my child in advance I would have got a child gift . This sounds incorrect. 4- my bag was damaged and I found that only when I reached home after a long trip. Immediately I called Kuwait air ways numbers in india . No answers to my calls , then when finally got some one they gave me another number and kept on calling till some one answerd and simple reply was was Can’t accept your claim . You should have logged the claim at th airport when you arrived not after leaving the airport. I told them that I can on a long flight and I didn’t see that in the airport . My bags were handed by porter and as soon as I saw the bag on arrival home I stared calling. The answer was no you should have made your claim at airport . We can’t take your claim. I tried to explain the face to them but they were not ready to understand.

My wife and I had to spend an extra $400 to checkin our 2 bags to and from our destination. Kayak didn't tell us about this policy and neither did the airline. Several other passengers dealt with this very issue while we were standing on the line. The run this scheme on everyone. * We were not able to select seats ahead of time. The airline told me you can only get seats at the airport. You also can't checkin ahead of time on their website even though the website has the feature. Calling the airline for this and they just said "just checkin at the airport" * The boarding process is mayhem. No order whatsoever (no groups or zones). Everyone just lines up and gets on the plane as if it were a bus. * The customer service people at the airport are not helpful - They know the airline is scamming people out of money with their luggage policy, and customer services is basically just there to convince you that "it is what it is".

Punti negativi: Scheduling! We were 4 hours delayed after I had already had a flight cancelled that day. And this 4-hr delay caused me to miss my connection. Turkish did take good care of me in Istanbul, though it was a very slow process to get a hotel with them. Also, my bags missed the connection somehow.

After I arrived there.all of those was saying nothing provided today. all I can have is leading me to a lough where just seats, tables for passenger to sit there. provided tea, water, Chinese made coke with natural temperature no ice . just sit there for 7 hours to wait for my connection flight to LAX
Punti positivi: 787 Dreamliner layout is efficient, generous legroom and recline is better than American carriers. Crew works as team, fast and courteous. Very helpful and professional, Water offered frequently, trash pick up kept cabin neat, bathrooms always clean. Passenger announcements are clear and crisp is English and Chinese.

Somehow, despite flying Aeroflot all the way from Sofia to St Pete, the tickets sold to us were sold via Bulgaria Air, which meant we had to collect suitcases and re-check them at Moscow, all while we were not checked-in for the second leg!! LastMinute.Com is hands down the WORST travel website in the history of travel websites, as the above was not disclosed at any time. NEVER again will I even entertain booking via them.

Punti negativi: Plane was placed far away in the airfield. Buses were taking people and were waiting to be filled. Doors of busses were open, it was cold outside. Priority and non-priority were waiting in the buses outside. Long ride through the field , letting taking off plane to go first. Bus by bus was bringing new portions of passengers. Plane departed late.
Punti negativi: They list checked our stroller in at the gate but didn’t give it back at our layover in Moscow 6 hour carrying a baby. And when we went to their desk immediately after getting off our plane from Sofia to Moscow they wouldn’t even call the plane to see if it was there.
Punti negativi: Hostesses are worse and worse. Forget everything you say. You repeat 5 times. All announcements are made so loudly and 3 times (Russian, English, Spanish). Everyone must wake up. It roars so loadly you can’t hide even in headphones. Late for 30 minutes, which is norm for the company. Then you for the luggage for more than 30 minutes. Worst in Europe.

Staff not helpful at all - sarcastically said ‘enjoy your meal’ and walked off - horrified by this remark! - freezing cold flight, when asked for a blanket they said they would give it to children first only and an hour later they still refused to give us one. Also it seemed like the louder you shouted the more likely you were to get what you want, terrible service Overall - not comfortable, small leg room, cold flight, no appropriate food options which can all be forgiven but foremost the staff were rude which is plain unacceptable.
