The pilot did a great introduction and gave information about the trip. Also the plane toilets were clean compared to other companies. I expected to see a wider selection of more recent and award winning movies. Will definitely fly Turkish Airlines again."

Or if they just breeze into their private airport wings and planes. I doubt they take off shoes, belts, and such, or go through irradiated machines. But going through about 3 extra layers of security while transiting is a bit much. Not to mention the extra hours spent relinquishing and reclaiming laptops etc. Frankly, non of these acts makes anything safer. It is akin to the permanently parked police vehicle on the Brooklyn Bridge in NYC since 9-11. What is that supposed to deter?"

This included a cover for the seat, a blanket and a big pillow. As opposed to United where you have to stick your feet in a little cubby the Turkish plane has just an open bench which opens to provide storage and gives ample foot room. I have never slept so much on a flt. Also he bathrooms are much more spacious than others."

The first confirmed Lufthansa flights No: LH 1305/ LH 488 ISTANBUL to SAN JOSE via FRANKFURT were cancelled. Then my family in USA contacted the airline and agreed about FLIGHT TK 005 / UA 1883: IST-ORD-SJC. At the checking counter in Atatürk Airport I got the last shock of being Lufthansa didn’t issue a ticket for the flight and the time was running fast and l had no contact neither with my family nor anybody else at the airport therefore i had to purchase a ticket to SFO via Frankfurt. In another word it was very bad experience."

Punti negativi: "Leg room - I know in economy you can't expect much but passengers are really cramped on the 787. 9 hours of sitting in a very restricted space with little opportunity to get up and about if you are hemmed in between two fellow passengers - and once the idiot in front of me had reclined his seat it became very uncomfortable. I don't frankly see why seats need to recline at all - it does not make it much more comfortable for those "reclining" and certainly makes it considerably worse for the person sitting behind. I also don't understand LOT's boarding process - it didn't make much difference but if you are assigned a ZONE 3 boarding number and it is never displayed and never called, what"s the point."
