When my 1st flight was delayed I asked to be rebooked then and the delta employee insisted that I would make my connection. I didn't make it. This is not all. I could have gotten to a near city several hours after but on the same day, but the mediocrecy of this employes did not allow me to get there until the next day at 7 am. Happy new year to me. This two women (or one of them) on the phone, lied to me. There was an option to get me here and one of them failed to do their job right AND LIED TO MY FACE ON THE PHONE. Just unacceptable. I will sue them, I had an under age waiting for me in Cancun and a pet with me!. With no food or access to do its necessities. AND THERE WAS AN OPTION THAT "they missed" on porpuse."

Any alcohol being served out of meal time either should be charged or put a limit of two max."

Bags were taken off the plane and then put back on...the subsequent flight (the next day) was also delayed, and required half he plane to sprint through Montreal to their connections. It was not worth it. Especially considering I tried to call Air Canada for some of my refund and the number they gave me was a fax line."

Toilet not clean paper empty. Crew on long, raucous break. Finally crew seen taking coffee pots into lavatory. What on earth? There was a distinct lack of engagement from the crew, in general with passengers , not just my husband and myself."

Air Canada attendant at Newark said the flight was always delayed and passengers regularly needed to be rebooked. You should recommend air Canada cancels selling this itinerary or bringing the Newark flight forward to de risk any delays"

The agent couldn't explain what was happening and said I had to wait for the supervisor to explain. The supervisor was rude and pretty much ignored my daughter and me and then finally called our names to be checked in. Still no apology or explanation. I got the feeling I was a bother to them. That was pretty much the icing on the cake! On our way to Bermuda they asked if we would check our carry on bags as the flight was full. We obliged and did not get ours bags for two days after we arrived in Bermuda. Still no explanation nor apology. No one we talked to could even tell us where our bags were. It was a very disappointing experience for my family. I really expected much better customer service from Air Canada"
