I should have captured the economy classes crews names, but it was 414 from Munich to Dulles on 25 May--they were truly outstanding."

"Piss poor experience with Iberia planes and staff, serviced by British Airways, booked through Kayak. I cannot express my disappointment enough. Connecting Flight from Sevilla to Madrid (IB3947) was DELAYED because Iberia’s lack of staff checking people in (we were in line for TWO HOURS in Seville). That plane was DELAYED taking off and landed in Madrid at boarding time (11:00am) for Chicago flight (IB6275). We went through passport control and arrived at the gate at 11:30 (flight scheduled for 11:40). That plane was also DELAYED and still at the gate but agents would not let SEVEN PASSENGERS ALL IN THE SAME SITUATION board. There were other passengers who missed other flights. It is unconscionable they would not wait when the delay was 100% Iberia’s fault AND the plane was in delayed status. Also, no one was manning TWO customer support desks to help us change, finding a THIRD after exhaustive search. Iberia created an UNEEDED travel mess for these passengers. Subsequent flights getting home were also a nightmare and I don't care to go into it anymore. All I will say is that Iberia coded that the flight landed on time (it did not) and British Airways couldn't help, nor Kayak. I don't plan on using Kayak again OR purchasing a flight marketed/serviced by another airline because it adds too much complexity when things go wrong."

Using hand signals to communicate, as it was an international flight with passengers speaking several languages. The crew stood at the entrances to the plane, watching."

Punti positivi: "When I got off a previous flight, I had missed my connection. I was greeted with someone who had already booked my next flight. Also, the seat was fairly comfortable for a 2 hour flight."

Punti negativi: "Check-in machines in Barcelona Airport did not work (since the Vueling shares the code with Iberia, but they did not share the booking codes!). The result is 40 min queue while only one "manual" registration desk opened. The person behind the desk seemed to be very stressed, no shadow of any kindness - it's understandable: the managers had left her alone with a lot of people unable to use their "cool" innovation (registration through machines). If one adds here the unacceptable burden with boarding (30 mins of waiting time before the bus arrived and all that on the stairs of the "sleeve") the flight started fairly "well". The seat assigned was in the last raw (seems for any other type of seat one has to pay like 13 euro more) and with my 2m of height I felt at "maximum of comfort". Thank you, Vueling, for that exceptional "lowcost safari" experience, will try to avoid you in the future."

When I went to check-in, I had a window, not aisle and was positioned at the very back of the plane. I requested a refund on the phone and that wasn't allowed so I tweeted (as they adverstise) and now filled a claim. Still no response."

When I had to pay for a second bag at the airport (IAD) on the outbound flight, it took 15 minutes. When I came (BRU), they told me to wait in 3 different lines, wasting 30 minutes, before I got to the correct line. Then board the flight to return was a 45 minute delay. It's like these guys were totally new to the airline business."

I am 5ft 1in and the seats are too high off the floor and too deep for my legs to be comfortable and not have too much pressure in the wrong place. They need foot rests to allow legs to be raised and pressure eased."

Al passaggio del rullo della polizia hanno insistito con mio marito che togliesse gli occhiali da sole, sono caduti nel rullo e si sono rotti. Quando abbiamo protestato con una manager ha detto senza scusarsi che non era obbligato a toglierli. Il volo Fr1332 ha fatto un ritardo di due ore. Tutto il personale in aeroporto era estremamente arrogante."

Mi pare che non possono sempre rivalersi sui passeggeri, togliendo via via qualche possibilita o opzione: spesso le tariffe sono super convenienti ma bisogna valutare anche altre cose. Parte del personale era un pò sopra le righe... Mentre la novità del bagaglio che non si può portare a bordo non è stata particolarmente fastidiosa. Grazie."
