Punti negativi: "Ho trovato un po' squallido il terminal 2G da cui e' partito il volo. Negozi distanti dal terminal e mediocri. Al terminal vero e proprio non so nemmeno se c'erano le toilettes."

Punti positivi: "Ottimo sia il tempo di imbarco che la puntualita' in partenza ed in arrivo. I sedili della economy sono sempre piuttosto piccoli e con poco spazio per le gambe, specie se sei piu' alto di 1.80 m."
Punti negativi: "La selezione di film e' abbastanza ridotta, soprattutto quelli in lingua italiana. Mi ha lasciato perplesso la scelta di passare un pasto alle ore 16 ( relativamente alla localita' di partenza) dopo aver fatto l'imbarco alle 13 e con un pacchetto di cracker nell'intervallo. Non c'e' stata cena."

Punti negativi: "Plane seemed a little worn, which surprised me since it was an A380. Not that old. I had purchased an upgrade to a seat with more legroom, only to find out there was no USB plug for charging my phone. All standard seats have them. Would have been nice to be warned about that."

Punti positivi: "We were a little delayed, so I read my book. Not for long though as I was really tired after my flight from Los Angeles. I fell asleep right after take-off and didn't wake until we landed. Best way to fly :-)"
Punti negativi: "Very little legroom for a 6'1" guy. Would have liked a bit more space, but I guess I was too tired to let it bug me."

Punti positivi: "Really liked the new touch screens (with very good responsiveness). Also liked the food selection (the champagne was nice, so was the menu we were given)."

Punti negativi: "My first flight was cancelled my return flight was delayed by 5 hours They made me check my carry on even though it was with in the size limit which cost 85 euros and when trying to ask why the staff was extremely rude and not helpful worst flight experience I’ve ever had"

Punti negativi: "It was loud, cold, the food was just okay at least my vegan meal was the bomb but it would have been better had when we booked the flight it allowed me to also choose this option for my husband. Since he is vegan as well."

Punti positivi: "We flew with our special needs child without requesting any particular accommodations except for gluten free meals. The gate staff and flight crew identified him and allowed us special bordering that facilitated the process. That act of kindness is a rare experience on our part. Thank you Air France staff!"

Punti negativi: "Per imbarcare un passeggino un'Odissea al Charles de Gaulle 2, con personale di terra scortese ed inaffidabile e un giro dell'aeroporto per trovare dove imbarcarlo. Davvero pietoso. Personale di volo affabile e cortese, atterraggio non morbidissimo. Panini al formaggio di capra e lamponi incommentabili."

Punti negativi: "We were transported to the plane which was quite some distance to the plane via bus after climbing down steep stairs from the departure gate area. Then we had to climb steep steps in extremely hot weather. We were then delayed for a hour in the plane in very hot conditions as the plane had its air conditioning off and the ground air conditioning was not put on. We were swearing in the heat for an hour!! We arrived at our destination and hour and half late!!"

Punti negativi: "We paid for Business Class from JFK to TLV. The flight to Tel Aviv was in a small plane with 3 across seats that hardly reclined. We are most unhappy and will complain to American Express Platinum Card."

Punti negativi: "I didn't like the check in, the personnel there were not so friendly and had discrepancies. We were a group of 6, and 2 of us were able to drop the bag in the check in. But the others were told that needed to wait 30 mins."

Punti positivi: "Crew was professional and friendly. Plane was clean. And food was served quickly without the hassle of ordering from a menu and paying. And it was delicious. Best airline food I’ve had in a long time. The chocolate dessert was incredible. And a coffee to go with it. Made a three hour flight very pleasant."
