Moreover, the seat commands are operated by "light touch" placed just below the wrist and hand, so the seat keeps moving all the time."

It’s funny they use the old fit our A380 but such a long flight."

Punti positivi: "We paid extra $200 round-trip so that my 6’4” tall husband and 6’2” son could have extra legroom. There was at least an extra foot of space between the end of their knees and the reclined seats in front of them. Wow. It was worth it! We had the aisle behind business class, and with only 3 middle seats vs 4, even our aisles were comfortably wide. The seat comfort has improved greatly from past flights on Lufthansa. The small pillows at each seat were comfy. We liked that the silverware was actually metal instead of plastic - nice! Loved loved loved the free good quality alcohol! Air temperature felt comfortable to us doing the entire flight – normally these flights are freezing cold."

When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

When we checked in - they asked us to both check in our carry on luggage. The reason why is because they said they don’t think they have enough space for our carry ons. I told the crew member checking us in that other people that was checking in with the same hand carry size luggage with us had no problems taking it with them. For being about to be on a 17 HOUR FLIGHT we should be ALLOWED to have our carry ons with us! We take carry ons for that reason! I had to argue and prove my case to the crew member to atleast keep 1 carry on with us. I thought that was an UNACCEPTABLE reason for us to check in a carry on luggage when we had a 17 hour travel time ahead of us. Not a happy costumer here."
