"One of my bags didnt arrived. It was a priority bag. And the flight was a really bad experience. There were two kids (2-3 years old) from two families in business class that cried during literally 10 hours! Was a really long flight"

SWISS needs to realize that this type of problem is serious. I can't imagine every flying SWISS again."

If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."

Mi ha lasciato perplesso la scelta di passare un pasto alle ore 16 ( relativamente alla localita' di partenza) dopo aver fatto l'imbarco alle 13 e con un pacchetto di cracker nell'intervallo. Non c'e' stata cena."
