Then, the delivery company (Direct Courier Services) Lufthansa uses was completely inept and unprofessional - every single one of their employees is a complete moron. We didn't end up getting our baggage for two and half days so we were wearing the same clothes that we left Germany with. Then, after being told by Lufthansa customer service to submit receipts for clothes we had to buy, never got reimbursed or even the courtesy of a reply. After flying Lufthansa for over a decade, will never use this airline again. Epic fail."

Absolutely disappointing especially with the head sets not working because of poor ports of connection. The food was absolutely tragic. You should fire your catering company. I expect more from your airline and I was disappointed all the way through. I hope you can provide my wife and I better service and an upgrade when we fly back to Washington DC on Flight AF 0054 from CDG to IAD. I work in the luxury hotel sector, and even the door men and room attendants have more autonomy to wow our guests. Flying AF does not want me to spend any more money with your airline in the future."

"The company did not know how to handle COVID bureaucracy efficiently or even correctly. We were asked to fill in four forms when only one is needed or even checked at all. I had to come in early to the airport, take a COVID test and then wait in the airport departure lobby for almost 1h to check in while waiting for the test results. Given that I spent a substantial amount to get a business ticket, I expected my time to be respected and to have business facilities made available. Once reached, the lounge now has an ordering system instead of self-service. The food was honestly disgusting, cold boiled rice without any salt and some "Spanish chorizo chicken" that had no chorizo and tasted like boiled chicken dropped in reheated tomato sauce. The plane departed one hour late. The business class seat was small, but comfortable. The company sent a boiler plate email apologizing which is something you appreciate the first time and it becomes grating when you get more than one per week."

"There was no flight. Flights got cancelled. Kayak or British never informed us. I had to call so many times and wait hours to get to talk to someone. Made my vacation pretty bad. I still havent heard from anybody. No apologies, nothing. Just horrible!"

In the end, we had to put in a little plastic bag everything valuable we had in the baggage, though on the plane there was plenty of space available in the overhead lockers."

The following customer right after me had KILOS OVER the limit (almost SEVEN) and were not flying business or first class, regular economic class just like me. And they did not had to remove a thing from their extra heavy suitcases. What is the company criteria? Anyway, I bought me another return flight on OTHER airline and simply lost my return flight on BA. I am never flying this horrible company again."

"Piss poor experience with Iberia planes and staff, serviced by British Airways, booked through Kayak. I cannot express my disappointment enough. Connecting Flight from Sevilla to Madrid (IB3947) was DELAYED because Iberia’s lack of staff checking people in (we were in line for TWO HOURS in Seville). That plane was DELAYED taking off and landed in Madrid at boarding time (11:00am) for Chicago flight (IB6275). We went through passport control and arrived at the gate at 11:30 (flight scheduled for 11:40). That plane was also DELAYED and still at the gate but agents would not let SEVEN PASSENGERS ALL IN THE SAME SITUATION board. There were other passengers who missed other flights. It is unconscionable they would not wait when the delay was 100% Iberia’s fault AND the plane was in delayed status. Also, no one was manning TWO customer support desks to help us change, finding a THIRD after exhaustive search. Iberia created an UNEEDED travel mess for these passengers. Subsequent flights getting home were also a nightmare and I don't care to go into it anymore. All I will say is that Iberia coded that the flight landed on time (it did not) and British Airways couldn't help, nor Kayak. I don't plan on using Kayak again OR purchasing a flight marketed/serviced by another airline because it adds too much complexity when things go wrong."

Punti negativi: "Check-in machines in Barcelona Airport did not work (since the Vueling shares the code with Iberia, but they did not share the booking codes!). The result is 40 min queue while only one "manual" registration desk opened. The person behind the desk seemed to be very stressed, no shadow of any kindness - it's understandable: the managers had left her alone with a lot of people unable to use their "cool" innovation (registration through machines). If one adds here the unacceptable burden with boarding (30 mins of waiting time before the bus arrived and all that on the stairs of the "sleeve") the flight started fairly "well". The seat assigned was in the last raw (seems for any other type of seat one has to pay like 13 euro more) and with my 2m of height I felt at "maximum of comfort". Thank you, Vueling, for that exceptional "lowcost safari" experience, will try to avoid you in the future."

The middle seat was cramped and uncomfortable, particularly for 8 hours (after 7 hours of connections and waiting in airports). UGH."

The pilot was able to make up some time in the air, but I still had to go through customs, security, and then run through most of the Toronto airport with only 25 minutes (before my flight left, probably even less because they close the doors before take off). I was off the plane at 7:30. My flight to Charlottetown was on-time, leaving at 7:55. The nicest male flight attendant on the plane moved me to a seat right before first class and put my carry-on in the closet at the front so I could be of the first off the plane! I ran through the airport, customs, security and all. I got to the gate at 7:41. The lady at the gate saw me running from far off and asked if I was Michelle. She was so happy that I had made it and let me catch me breath before I boarded. The delay on the first flight was very unfortunate and stress-inducing, but all the Air Canada people I interacted with along the way were very wonderful."
