Swiss Air required me to check my carry-on size bag and then lost it. They provided zero assistance locating it, deferring to the local airport (Florence), which has been helpful but Swiss Air has yet to get the bag to Florence despite ample time and additional incoming flights. Extremely poor service on the part of Swiss Air.

Swiss shouldn't operate another second until they have their customer service figured out. You can't reach anyone at the company. 0 accommodations for you in case you need to make changes.

To go from Naples to Munich and then turn around and go to Zurich before the 10 hour trip to Tampa made no sense. Lousy routing and customer service. Eidelswiss apparently is a lower-end branch of Swiss Air. My airfare was as much as and more than my other friends who flew Delta, for instance. Flights on other airlines did not take 10 hours from Zurich to Tampa. I lost the ticket receipts and could not claim anything for the items I bought to try get through the two full days without luggage, even though the airlines has a record of the claim. Outrageous!!"

(I turned it on while they were still serving drinks) (also forgot I needed water to take some medicine that required to drink a full glass) She came up to me and my fellow passenger, yelled at BOTH us while she was waving her hands our face. I mentioned to her "it's not polite to treat people this way" she moved her hands closer to my face thrusting her whole body over my fellow passengers face, and continued yelling at me about turbulence (while she's completely avoiding the rule herself.) He and I were both seated and buckled and not bothering anyone. She could've just taken her own lecture and kept ignoring the signal. I wrote about this in customer support letter that the 'NICE' and 'Helpful' attendant Gave to me that sincerely apologized for the previous attendants behavior."

Flight was cancelled and rebooked multiple times. I appreciate that Lufthansa organized a hotel stay for our cancelled flight. But now I am flying home on a budget airline. Everything has been very stressful and tiring and not our I anticipated ending my honeymoon

Airplane food is always bad...who cares. But being trapped in uncomfortable seats with no room to shift your position for a six plus hour flight is inhumane! My son is 6'2" and his knees were literally against the back of the chair in front of him, luckily my daughter was in that seat so she didn't recline it on his knees. My back was killing me in the first hour (I'm only 5'2") my 13 year old daughter complained that her back was killing her by the end of the flight. I've never flown Lufthansa before and will never again!"

Their customer service either wouldn't answer or would tell us to call London Heathrow lost and found, who wouldn't answer. Eventually, Delta found our bags and had to work with Lufthansa and their own boots on the ground at LHR to find the bags and get them back to us."

Their system had booked me into a middle seat near the front of the aircraft even though there were empty rows a little further back. Why not fill aisle and window seats first? So I had to change my seat during check-in. The original aircraft was apparently due for some sort of inspection which was unscheduled and they had to change our aircraft (either a really poor job by aircraft operations, or code that something bigger was wrong). This delayed the flight. But it wasn't until after we had all boarded the busses going to the out gate that they realized this was going to be an issue. Get off the bus, back inside the gate area, and wait for more information. The plane we were on seemed very old and in need of much attention as there were large spots of missing paying along the wing (just outside my window)."

We boarded by group, but then were asked to wait on a shuttle as the plane was actually not ready for boarding and even though the plane was just 50m away. During this time, other groups boarded so the group boarding was just pointless and we could have simply walked to the stairs. Would have been better to simply wait in the terminal On arrival, it took more than 1h for the luggage to be delivered, even though we were in business class so should have been 'priority'. Very poor organisation

Una storia… - Postazione 26F molto ristretto con poco spazio per i ginocchi, bracce, sotto la sedia davanti. sono nella media per altezza (182cm) ma mi sentivo scomodo.

The company did not know how to handle COVID bureaucracy efficiently or even correctly. We were asked to fill in four forms when only one is needed or even checked at all. I had to come in early to the airport, take a COVID test and then wait in the airport departure lobby for almost 1h to check in while waiting for the test results. Given that I spent a substantial amount to get a business ticket, I expected my time to be respected and to have business facilities made available. Once reached, the lounge now has an ordering system instead of self-service. The food was honestly disgusting, cold boiled rice without any salt and some "Spanish chorizo chicken" that had no chorizo and tasted like boiled chicken dropped in reheated tomato sauce. The plane departed one hour late. The business class seat was small, but comfortable. The company sent a boiler plate email apologizing which is something you appreciate the first time and it becomes grating when you get more than one per week.

wow those shitty services… I would be ashamed to work for blue air. here are 11 reasons why blue air is a mockery: 1. They sent me six emails (SIX. 6) from the moment I bought the tickets until the departure day, announcing flight departure modification times. let that sink in; 6 messages announcing new hours. 2. this morning‘s flight from Chania lasted 20 minutes more than previously announced and than the Bucharest to Chania flight one week ago. 3. my entire row was not asked whether we needed anything from the shopping cart. as a result, I approached a steward later on and he said I should go by myself (?!?!!!😂🤦🏼‍♀️) to pick up what I wanted from the back of the plane, but that I should hurry because we would be landing in 55 minutes😂😂. we obviously didn’t🤦🏼‍♀️ and apparently he was also very sure I would not be able to finish my water in that amount of time🥹. The plane wasn’t full and the cabin crew consisted of four persons. I am absolutely positive that had they been working for a different airline on a higher pay, they wouldn’t have made me do their job myself lol. 4. another interesting fact is the pointlessness of turning on the AC before landing. it’s obviously not a question of airing the closed space of the plane, since people are still in it, obviously. then why on earth would one take the conscious m decision of making all those people freeze because you want to have the AC on 16° while landing, why?!?! 5. is anybody else going mad because there are no pockets on the back of the chairs on these old sorry-ass blue air planes?😳😳😳 there are just some very rigid ones able to fit just their catalog, paper bag and safety instructions. if you have a book or a cup you will simply hold it in your hand until forever lol. 6. funnily enough, a friend had told me prior that she flew with them eight times. Three were canceled and five had delays of more than six hours😳😳😳😳😳. 7. it took blue air two years to refund her the money for her canceled flights. 8. Other fun fact, it turns out, is that they have the world’s fourth oldest aircraft. 9. and another one: their oldest plane is about 17 years old. 10. what’s also funny (as in stupid) is that they charge you €100 for two bags and you’re not able to pay for them using three different cards that work on other websites and using two different browsers and also a phone. beat this!! 11. and the final points being that they send you annoying emails up to the very last minute before flying urging you to add services that you already bought😅. in my case, when I tried to do the check-in, I received the clear message that online check-in is not available for that flight on both my laptop and phone. However at almost the same time I kept receiving emails urging me to pay for online check-in for the very same flight of course🤣🤣🤣. 🤯🤯🤯and wow. it’s really hard to top blue air when it comes to being shitty.
