Also the boarding process was a mess we actually were taken by bus to the aircraft that was at the freight depot and had to climb stairs to get on the 747. I’m not sure how they handle the passengers with mobility issues. First time flying with a European airline and I was told the service was better not on this flight."

I then missed my next flight in Istanbul and had to purchase another ticket. I cannot believe that air passengers are treated in this way!!! I will follow this up with KLM when I go home from my holiday."

It's unnecessary to describe what I felt until the plane took off. They apologize constantly, but do nothing practical. a bae company. no me nor my freinds/family will go with KLM"

"The company did not know how to handle COVID bureaucracy efficiently or even correctly. We were asked to fill in four forms when only one is needed or even checked at all. I had to come in early to the airport, take a COVID test and then wait in the airport departure lobby for almost 1h to check in while waiting for the test results. Given that I spent a substantial amount to get a business ticket, I expected my time to be respected and to have business facilities made available. Once reached, the lounge now has an ordering system instead of self-service. The food was honestly disgusting, cold boiled rice without any salt and some "Spanish chorizo chicken" that had no chorizo and tasted like boiled chicken dropped in reheated tomato sauce. The plane departed one hour late. The business class seat was small, but comfortable. The company sent a boiler plate email apologizing which is something you appreciate the first time and it becomes grating when you get more than one per week."

Punti negativi: "Flight was delayed almost 3 hours total. The first 45 minutes we were in the airport and they said they were delayed because of an engineering issue which was fine. They then stated that they resolved it and had us board the plane.... ten minutes later the pilot states that the same engineering issue is still being worked on and it'll be about another ten minutes. Well... TWO HOURS after being trapped on the plane and told repeatedly "it'll be another 10-15 minutes" ,we finally took off. The food was subpar, most of the airline staff was polite save for one gentleman at the gate who made a sarcastic comment to me about them trying to board quickly when I couldn't find my passport (after making us wait 45 minutes... then another 2 hours... yeah board quickly for what?). And the flight attendant Nicola was incredibly rude and appeared to condescend to some passengers in various ways. That 3 hour delay ended up costing me my connecting flight and I was booked on an overcrowded flight leaving 4 hours later and that was also delayed almost another hour (surprise!). My first day of vacation, I basically lost my whole first day as I arrived 8 hours after I was meant to because of delays by B.A."

This is straight up cruel, unjust and completely unacceptable considering we paid more than 2000 dollars for these flights"

Punti negativi: "Plane was honestly very dirty. There was a ton of crumbs and gross stuff in th seat back pocket. Which I did not even use because I didn't want any of my things to touch. The overhead lights were covered in dust. So make sure you have some some type of cleaning wipes with you!! I do understand that I was flying economy, but that doesn't mean nothing should be cleaned."

Punti positivi: "The flight was very pleasant, with great service. The in-flight entertainment selection was good, food was tasty. The day we flew, this flight was maybe half-full in coach, which may not be great for BA, but fantastic for leg room! The attendants were lovely, and I particularly enjoyed the continuous water service through the flight, which kept me nicely hydrated. The ice-cream mid-way through movietime was a welcome treat!"

Punti positivi: "Very comfortable aircraft (I got a seat in the middle of two other people in economy class, but the seat was so comftorable I could sleep easily througout the whole flight) and very good service. Good wine selection. Not many movies, but good ones."
Punti negativi: "Food quality can be improved, although I had worse. I had to pay 70€ for 5 kg excess weight of my lagguage, usually other companies do not make me pay anything. Some delay in the boarding process."
