Punti negativi: Lufhtansa is slipping. They are acting like a budget airline when the expectation is for a full service airline. The online check-in would not let us add bags even though we tried for 3 hours. Not impressed with this.

Punti negativi: Unconfortable sears. The seats cannot be moved back. The table is too high. I have traveled a lot but never seen tables at this height (above the chest). No entertainment, no wifi, and no food, but that's ok. After all, it's a low cost floght although many other low cost companies have wifi and entertaonments via mobile devices.

Punti positivi: Because kayak did not alerted me my flight had to be moved to Miami since is the only city that provides passports the same day. This extra expense costed me over 400$ in hotels gas and extra parking costs.
Punti negativi: Kayak services were terrible and I do not plan to use them again. The website should have alerted me that I needed a passport valid for longer than 3 months to my flight for Spain.

Punti negativi: Baggage fees are ridiculous! I paid double the cost of the actual flight for my checked bag. Have never had this happen in 25 years of travel. Is Air Malta becoming Ryan Air?? Staff couldn’t seem to get food service down. Constant running up and down aisle trying to sort out and sandwiches. Trying to nap on aisle seat with constant shouting was impossible. Seatbelt sign also sounds alarm constantly.

Punti negativi: The passport control at Heathrow airport (for this airline) was beyond horrible. There were queues leading to even longer queues and we were two hours waiting to reach the passport control desk. It did take the edge off flying into this particular terminal in Heathrow.

Punti negativi: My wife was not allowed to board the flight. because her passport expires in april, we was told by ryanair in a phone call that this would not be a problem,then when she tried to board she was refused. thanks ryanair you cost us a lot of money and caused a lot of stress. you just lost another customer. why not make it clear that a person needs 90 days on their passport if you are going to enforce these purile rules.

Punti negativi: Boarding at gate 43 at Berlin was very bad. Encouraged to go to gate very early. The gate area wasn’t pleasant. Once checked in through the gate we had to stand in a cramped fenced off area for more than 30 mins Seating on aeroplane cramped Everything else was good.
