This is my second leg of this long flight from BKK to NYC. The first leg to dubai is horrible enough but this one top that by far!!!!"

With all the bad weather, I was already very happy to connect right on time in Paris. However, a long haul A380 flight with such a tight seat configurstion is almost embarrassing for an airline. The in flight entertainment is at a very poor level, not only with the screen being very small and outdated, many of the movies are only available in French and the international selection very limited. The food was not much of a delight, whereas the presentation was nice. However, in all the 7 h between the services, nobody came around with refreshments in a completely booked flight, neither was announced that a trolly would be set for self service in the galley. Lucky the ones who got up and found out about. In terms of amenities, again, the airline is lacking of originality and saves cost. Bottom line: you get from A to B, but there are so many better competitors in the market, which I shall definitely consider on my next travel."

No amenities at all but still very friendly staff. they are only 6% on time for the JFK-Casablanca route but they boarded and pulled away from the gate on time. the tower made them wait on the runway for 2 hours due to traffic, so I suspect that terrible statistic isn't the airline's fault."

In addition to a high level of confusion and duplication around the release of liability forms I had to sign, there were also some unfortunate attempts by a (male) flight attendant to place a blanket between my pelvis and the seatbelt. No doubt these attempts were well intentioned, but it made me very uncomfortable. In the future, asking passengers if they would like a blanket for this purpose would be a much better practice."

When the first flight was late leaving in Madrid, I requested that they re-book us on a Flight from Madrid to JFK via TAP thru Lisbon, British Airways thru London or Aur France thru Paris. They said they could instead book us on an RAM flight that night from Casablanca to JFK. It turned out that that flight was full and the next flight on 8/17 was also full therefore we were booked on a flight that departed Casablanca at 20:30 and arrived at JFK at 1:05 early morning. They said they could not give us a voucher for a hotel near JFK and we would have to take it up with their agent at JFK. We should also be re-imbursed for our transportation from JFK because we lost our ride home from JFK because of their change of schedule."

We took off late with sporadic and drawn out boarding, and while the crew was pleasant when serving food and drink, anytime there was turbalance or delays they could be very brusque and unpleasant, even raising their voices to passengers over misunderstandings following delays. When we finally landed, we taxied for close to an hour with no explanation, and this is the largest incidence of when the crew was unpleasant with passengers. Instead of explaining the situation, they yelled and raised their voices to get passenger compliance."

Punti negativi: "Boarding at CMN was the most disorganized mess I have EVER seen with people just jumping in wherever they felt like it and the gate attendants chatting, giggling and taking their time. The air on the plane was not up enough so it was incredibly HOT the entire flight. In fact, there was a baby across the aisle screaming the entire flight because she was overheating. The crew did nothing to help the situation and were only around to deliver food/drinks and that was about it. There was no entertainment so that made the flight even more unbearable. I have asthma and am allergic to cigarette smoke and someone was CLEARLY smoking on board the plane somewhere but the crew did nothing about that either. The crew was significantly more rude on this leg from CMN to CKY and I am not sure if they feel this is acceptable because of their destination but I can tell you that it is NOT! Everyone on board is a paying customer and deserves the same respect. Also, please do not assume that everyone on board speaks the same 2 languages."
Punti positivi: "The transit service was very nice. The free hotel service was also very nice while in transit. Overall it was great first time experience as I was a bit hesitant to fly with RAM at first, but the flight went smooth."
Punti negativi: "As I got to my destination, I including many others did not receive all their luggages, some didn't get any of their luggages until the next day. One of my luggages arrived on time, the other one came the next day but nothing was stolen. Thank God. That was the only CON"
