The line to check in had 10 people in front of me which then proceeded to take over 1.5 hours to reach the counter. then was the very last person to get on the flight - the plane then didn’t leave for another 30 minutes. Thai Smile managed to make a 1 hour flight to Vientiane turn into a 4-5 hour journey between arriving early, waiting forever in the counter check in line, then being driven to the plane and actually leaving. Bangkok Airways and Air Asia (don meaung) is the better option for this short journey."

Lost my money and had to buy another ecpencieve flight from Malaysia airlines because couldn't stay in transit zone more than 12 hours and couldn't get visa on arrival. Later coldn'd find that stupid transit policy ether on Thai Smile or Kayak. If that policy in place why not publish that BEFORE people spend their money for service not provided? Very unsatisfied"

The flight was an hour and 5 min long and if you don't like to feel turbulence this is not the type of plane you want to take but you don't have a choice since sukhothai airport is only one runway. Having said that, the staff were be mentally polite and tried to be helpful and that they attempted any kind of service on the 40min flight from Bangkok to Siem Reap was laudable. Still better than some experiences I've had on Ryanair or Eurowings in Europe."

The crew seemed rather young and inexperienced. The food was below average!!!! Especially the chicken patty before landing - seriously!!!!! Why not include a little bit of Finnish / Scandinavian cuisine to emphasize the Finnair brand!!! Entertainment was also below average. There needs to be more variety - especially for the TV selection, which had only 2 options!!! No music and no games?? Also, it would be nice to have access to a flight map. Too few accessible WCs"

He said everyone else seemed to get served what was my problem and I pointed out the girl next to me was also skipped to which he turned around and never walked down my aisle again. Also, the lack of wiFi on this leg was a disappointment as it was available on the trip to Barcelona. That goes a long way to making the long trip more enjoyable."

That’s a 2 star for the crew. Food and beverage is pay only, and was real bad, that is the 1 star for food."

So it won’t be comfortable to anyone with size. Which leave leaves you with their HOT SEAT option. Even on international flight everything is al la carte, no free soft drinks. The price of checked lugguage can increase if not purchased at the time of booking. If you can jump though their hoops maybe no issue for you."

The crew will come by and ensure your device is in airplane mode. I even had one member on an extremely empty flight wake me up mid-flight, and ask me to show that I had my seatbelt on (I had a blanket on). About two minutes later, the seatbelt sign was off again. I realize there's no reason to be frustrated with a crew as they're just doing their job, but the airline as a whole is a little archaic and very strict."

If you know going in you will be in a seat that doesn't allow enough leg room for your feet to sit flat on floor and a drink of water has a cost associated you may not be disappointed."

We are on a 3week holiday and taking stuff out of our checked bag to reduce the weight to 15kg was nothing short of a nightmare."

I am 6'4" and am used to having pretty much zero legroom on flights, but this was another level. I had an aisle seat and had to sit with my legs completely spread open into the aisle for the two hour flight. Don't book this airline if you are over 6ft tall and plan on flying standard economy."

I would have paid for bags in advance, but website make this impossible unless you become a "member", which mean giving all sorts of personal information that they don't need. After queuing for 30 minutes to drop my bag, I then had to wait again in a different queue to pay the bag fee."
