"No service. People don’t speak English … the seats are so close from each orthers : no place for my legs and I 1.75m…"

"The boarding process from Barcelona was a very long and arduous process as they have to check that everyone has a covid test. There were no explanations about what was happening. They didn't really even announce boarding. The flight itself wasn't bad. I got the cheapest ticket so there wasn't food included. So, I brought food onto the plane."

"Well many things could have been better. I bought business class ticket. There was no lounge at airport. At least they could have provided us vouchers for a good restaurant to rest, eat, charge our phones etc... The seats were so uncomfortable. They dont recline and i booked business especially for comfort due to back pain. There was no entertainment at all. In our time this is really poor. I liked the food. Crew was super nice."

My only other complaint was that while this was booked as an Iberia flight, the flights were all serviced by American Airlines. Check-in, seat selection were all handled by American. Punti negativi: "Check-in machines in Barcelona Airport did not work (since the Vueling shares the code with Iberia, but they did not share the booking codes!). The result is 40 min queue while only one "manual" registration desk opened. The person behind the desk seemed to be very stressed, no shadow of any kindness - it's understandable: the managers had left her alone with a lot of people unable to use their "cool" innovation (registration through machines). If one adds here the unacceptable burden with boarding (30 mins of waiting time before the bus arrived and all that on the stairs of the "sleeve") the flight started fairly "well". The seat assigned was in the last raw (seems for any other type of seat one has to pay like 13 euro more) and with my 2m of height I felt at "maximum of comfort". Thank you, Vueling, for that exceptional "lowcost safari" experience, will try to avoid you in the future."

Other thoughts: the plane was old, my seat had a lump in it, zero entertainment, food was over priced. (3 Euro for a tiny water). This may seem petty but ultimately the appearance and function of the plane represents their company as a whole. From my first impressions, I’m thinking as a passenger is: I just hope the age and appearance of the plane isn’t reflective of their repairs and maintenance work as well."

It's understandable that flights get cancelled due to weather, but the handling of re-accomodations should be much faster. Iberia did not have enough people to handle it and made no effort to bring in more help. Instead, workers were continually leaving. By the end, there were only two people helping the line of dozens of stranded travelers. I was very disappointed."

This trip turned out to be a disaster."

Siamo arrivati alle 2 de mattino a casa. Viaggio STRAZIANTE PER COLPA DELLA TAP."

You should post something at the gate assigned about a gate change or delay. A lot of passengers were confused and uninformed."

"Check in at Barcelona is chaotic. Poor directional sign for check in patrons to locate appropriate lines to form. We presumed from our booking that priory boarding meant priority check in ….. clearly not the case. As a result we were in the wrong line for 45 minutes before a curt checkin clerk sent us to another line with over 400 people waiting. We barely made our flight. No other airline does this and it is clearly unsatisfactory service. Check in is disorganized hundreds of passengers forced into last call lines to make their flights. Announcements were in Spanish only so an non Spanish speaking customer is clearly disadvantaged and likely to miss their flight. This will be the last time we fly veuling and will never book with you again. PS if a customer books priority boarding this should include check in after all one pays a premium for priority that should include check in as is the case with all major reputable carriers."
