Then, the flight was delayed by almost 2 hours, and we only received 3 announcements each saying there would be "information" at a later time."

To enter the gate, we were completely rescreened, although we had been screened to go from Bucharest to Belgrade. We waited on the bus for 15 minutes. Only a few seats on the bus so it is a standup experience. Finally the bus started driving to the parked planes, but turned away and drove to a where you would exit the bus after arriving. They told everyone to go upstairs where they explained that there was a "technical problem" on then plane and it would be delayed an hour. They sent everyone to gate A4a, where everyone was prescreened again. We waited in a hot gate for an hour, then boarded the bus and to make a long story short, we arrived in Zagreb 1 and a quarter hours late."

A lot of empty seats and we asked to be moved to a different seat but was not accommodated. I would suggest Providing earplugs to the passengers. On our return trip we were in route to. A little bit less noise, but still need your plugs. On our return trip the luggage took a long time to reach baggage claim, but 40 minutes. The flight was only 15 minutes long."

A bordo dell'aereo tutto quello che riguarda l'intrattenimento, video film, air show , musica assolutamente scadente, parlo della tratta Roma Sao Paulo, vecchi aerei datati con le apparecchiature e schermi vecchissimi e addirittura mal funzionanti. Il cibo un altra pecca, con tutto rispetto ,ma forse si mangia meglio alla mensa della Caritas. Il comandante parlò al decollo e non si è più sentito dopo un viaggio durato 12 ore, tratta fatta di giorno quindi una parolina la poteva sprecare durante la traversia, che ne so il tempo, il volo, turbolenze ecc."

The very first Alitalia person I tried to speak to was the very worst. Though her job was to check people in, she said she couldn't help me and to go to another counter. When I asked if she could please at least make a call to get a wheelchair (my grandfather was at the airport entry and couldn't walk) she made a terrible face, threw the papers on her desk around and said I had to go to another counter. When I went to the counter she pointed at, I was told again I would have to go to another counter. No offense to dog owners, but the animals that were traveling received better assistance."

Uhm, no, everyone doesn't;t know, which is why they go and check it out on the website. That caused me not only to miss a flight and lose €120, but I then had to buy another flight for €370!!!!!!!! I now have to fight my way to the top to dispute this case."
