"Not much to expect from Alitalia these days. They should not be part of the Skyteam. They are way below the standard. Service is very poor and you do not feel welcome on board. Space is smaller, only water, no garbage college in between or before landing, dirty bathrooms and entertainment is so so."

At 5 ft, 2 " if I found it difficult, I cannot even imagine how a taller person felt. I wore a coat, sweater, and scart , and warm socks, and I was still freezing the entire trip. It took me 20 minutes to thaw out after arriving. It was quite uncomfortable."

Punti negativi: "The security process in the Prague airport is so ridiculous. There are security agents who screen you in the baggage drop off line that makes the line take a very long time. Once you finally get your sticker from them it’s a quick trip through customs. Then the pain really begins with a security scan st each individual gate to enter a boarding area for the plane. Then I was pulled for extra security where a male agent touched my but with some sort of swab with no warning. He then claimed to not speak English (with zero accent when I asked him a question). It was a humiliating and very long process all run by delta!"

The request was clearly spelled out on my boarding pass along with my personal oxygen equipment information. I kept asking different staff and they would call for me then say somebody would be there. I waited for an entire hour and only when I started to cry did somebody do something. It was terribly stressful."

The flight attendant assigned to my section literally disappeared, was not very helpful or generous, while his counterpart the female attendant picked up his slack. She was thoughtful and accommodating to the passengers with whom she interacted."

I changed my plans accordingly and when I arrived at check-in was told I had just made the cut, and had only ten minutes to get to the gate. I explained the timing and was confused. They told me the flight was on time and that the email about the delay was just "a glitch". Not a harmless glitch. There was no communication before boarding to explain the mistake."

Punti negativi: "In flight 1, from São Paulo to Mexico City, my husband and I were separated. It was suggested by the stewardess for him to move to another seat 20 rows away due to his size. Instead of separating two people, why not ask the single person if she would rather have more room. But the steward said only one of us could move, me or my husband. The reason he was moved was that there were two empty seats, so he could sit comfortably; however, no one told the woman sitting in the three seat aisle that he would be sitting there. So she basically took over her seat and the neighbouring one. The crew should have been the one to inform her the reason for his move there. It was a horrible and unnecessary experience. Because of my husband's size, I am needed to help him with his tray and I had his medication."

And a flight attendant kept complaining in a bad mood about the line in the bathroom. All these factors made my trip not to be the perfect experience I always have with Aeromexico."

"The company did not know how to handle COVID bureaucracy efficiently or even correctly. We were asked to fill in four forms when only one is needed or even checked at all. I had to come in early to the airport, take a COVID test and then wait in the airport departure lobby for almost 1h to check in while waiting for the test results. Given that I spent a substantial amount to get a business ticket, I expected my time to be respected and to have business facilities made available. Once reached, the lounge now has an ordering system instead of self-service. The food was honestly disgusting, cold boiled rice without any salt and some "Spanish chorizo chicken" that had no chorizo and tasted like boiled chicken dropped in reheated tomato sauce. The plane departed one hour late. The business class seat was small, but comfortable. The company sent a boiler plate email apologizing which is something you appreciate the first time and it becomes grating when you get more than one per week."

In this day and age, for an overseas flight that is 10 hours long, to be this old old without updated features and without plugins, this is unacceptable. Flat out ridiculous. This plane was SO OLD and dingy. Just awful."
