Un bel quartiere relativamente tranquillo un po' fuori dalle zone turistiche, facilmente raggiungibili con la metropolitana o l'autobus. A pochi minuti dall'aeroporto. La camera era spaziosa e luminosa. Il bagno è grande e lussuoso. La colazione era deliziosa. Tutto il personale era molto cordiale e disponibile.

Tengono i bagagli gratis dopo il check out, prezzi minibar abbordabili, in zona supermercato tipo coop (con tabaccchi all interno) diversi locali, ristoranti, ecc.. ah, all arrivo ci hanno offerto la superior gratis!

Punti positivi: This is the second time I have stayed at The Olissipo as we enjoyed it so much last time we visited Lisbon. Ideally located for all restaurants, adjacent to Metro and lovely clean accommodation, really comfortable. Christina went out of her way to accommodate our request and wishes. Every facility is available and would not hesitate to book again when we visit Lisbon.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella suite con bagno privato e la camera è spaziosa e pulita. Le colazioni sono state ottime e abbondanti, sia dolci che salate. Lo Staff è stato impeccabile, davvero gentili e sempre disponibili a scambiare due parole per aiutarti a programmare al meglio il soggiorno, non possiamo fare altro che consigliare vivamente questa struttura. In grazie di cuore a Alexandra, Ruth e Manuel, grazie anche per il regalo che non ho potuto portare con me, ma il pensiero è quello che conta.

Punti positivi: The Bed and Breakfast is one floor of a block of flats. There are multiple private bedrooms and a shared living space, kitchen and 3 bathrooms. The decor is beautiful and clean, and very cosy. Breakfast included bread, ham, cheese, croissants, fruit, coffee, juice, teas and cereal. The location is great if you buy a metro ticket for around £6 every day, you can access most parts of Lisboa. The location is safe and near to shops. This accommodation is fantastic value for money.

Punti positivi: Il b&b si trova al quarto piano di un palazzo che affaccia direttamente su Campo Pequeno, la posizione è comoda perché si trova vicino alla stazione metro Campo Pequeno e alla fermata di 7 linee di bus (di cui una che porta direttamente a Belém) e vicino alla stazione di Entrecampos (dove è possibile prendere il treno per Sintra). Lo staff è molto cordiale, gentile e disponibile, ottimo avere un host che ti consegna una mappa della città e ti da utili informazioni su cosa visitare e come muoversi. L’ambiente è moderno, ben arredato e funzionale. Interessante che abbiano arredato l’ambiente con opere di artisti locali, piacevole stare in un b&b dove l’architettura, l’arredo e la vista rilassino e ti facciano sentire a casa. La sala comune possiede un microonde, frigorifero ed bollitore, inoltre avrete possibilità di passare del tempo tra cataloghi d’arte da sfogliare e giochi di società. Io ho alloggiato nella suite con bagno privato e balcone con tavolino.

Punti positivi: The staff was very helpful, especially Ines, who even answered my message sent one day before my arrival informing the hotel about my late arrival due to a flight schedule change. Following the recommendation of Ines, I booked breakfast for the next morning, and it turned out that it was cheaper than on spot. Breakfast was abundant and there was a huge selection of traditional Portuguese sweets. However, continental breakfast was also very tasty. I liked the room control function operating through TV screen and remote control. There were several lighting modes in the room: work, read, night, nighthly. The concept of shower and toilette was interesting. The bed was comfortable, pillows were of good quality, The airport shuttle bus station is located almost in front of the hotel.

Punti negativi: Air conditioning could not be set for temperature values higher than 24 C. The average temperaure in the room was 21.7 C. For me, it was a little bit cold. Except for orange and apple juices, all other drinks at breakfast seemed to be not for free.

Punti negativi: I felt like a widget being processed in a factory. They did everything they should but without any noticeable enthusiasm. The advertised double bed turned out to be two adjacent singles; not just the mattress but all the bedding as well. The TV had a too-clever-by-half interface with a terrible and meagre selection of channels. If my stay in Lisbon had been more than one night I would have changed hotels.

E la zona del water e della doccia sono separate ognuna con la porta a vetri oscurata! C'era bottiglia d'acqua in omaggio, che fa sempre piacere! In più avevamo a disposizione la SPA, aperta sino alle 21.45, e nel caso in cui non si ha dietro il costume te lo vendono intorno ai 16 euro! Abbiamo cenato al ristorante dell'hotel ed era era tutto molto buono e non eccessivamente caro: 2 secondi con contorni, 2 birre e una coca 44 euro!

Punti negativi: La colazione non è stata il massimo! Il personale non è stato molto accogliente, un po' scocciato nel rispondere ad alcune domande riguardanti gli orari dello shuttle! Ti dicono che a piedi ci metti 4 minuti ma non che da dove arriverai dovrai prendere il bus per andare al terminal 2, quando loro fanno il servizio navetta direttamente per il T2! Forse perchè è un servizio gratuito o forse abbiamo trovato semplicemente il ragazzo che non era in forma!

Il bagno era molto bello, ma la doccia era pronta a far parte del pavimento del bagno e a bagnarsi. Il mio animale domestico peeve: Nessun senso lasciare i vostri dispositivi che caricano quando siete fuori della stanza. La scheda della porta spegne tutta la stanza quando si chiude la porta della stanza e la si porta con sé. So che è una cosa verde ma lasciare una spina USB per caricare un telefono farebbe una tale differenza? Davvero?

I booked into their sister hotel at Oriente which is closed and my reservation was moved to this hotel near Avenida Metro. It is situated on a beautiful, wide leafy Av. da Liberdade. It is compulsory to wear a mask on hotel premises. There is disinfectant widely available throughout the hotel, at the entrance, at Reception, by the lifts, at the entrance to the Restaurant. The rooms are luxuriously fitted out. Superb bed with lovely crisp linen, amazing walk-in shower with very powerful water-pressure. Very nice toiletries. A Nespresso-type coffee maker is provided with capsules. Great coffee. Breakfast was excellent. You sit at your table and the waiter brings everything to you.

I taxi erano sempre disponibili e il personale, che parlava un ottimo inglese, ci ha aiutato ad assicurarsi che gli autisti sapessero dove volevamo andare. E quando ha piovuto il personale ci ha fornito degli ombrelloni.

Punti positivi: L'hotel era di prima classe in termini di comfort e servizi. Le stanze da bagno era veramente lussuosa. Il letto era grande e duro. C'è una fermata della metropolitana a circa 150 metri di distanza, quindi l'accesso alle zone turistiche è stato più semplice del previsto.

Punti positivi: Personalmente ho trovato il letto comodo, e siamo stati molto contenti del servizio gratuito di accompagnamento all'aeroporto. Gradevole la presenza in camera del bollitore, con possibilità di fare te e caffè, e anche di biscotti e limonata alla reception.

Punti negativi: La pulizia della stanza ha lasciato a desiderare. Il letto era giusto rincalzato, a volte ci hanno lasciato bicchieri e tazze sporche, non sempre rinnovato gli asciugamani. Il bagno l'ultimo giorno non è stato pulito se non con una rapida passata. I nostri amici, una coppia, hanno dovuto dormire in due in un letto a una piazza e mezzo, anziché in un matrimoniale, come sarebbe stato meglio.

Punti negativi: Understanding that the coronavirus has created havoc everywhere, we had paid for the buffet breakfast and of course understand why it wasn't available, and did receive the room service breakfast, so felt that it would have been fair to receive the difference in cost. The breakfast we did receive was excellent!

Punti negativi: Camera singola veramente il minimo del vivibile. Bagno privato ok, ma davvero striminzito con problemi di spifferi e umidità dalle finestre. Anche i muri con tracce di infiltrazioni. Set coperte e lenzuola mediocre. Letto a molle avrei preferito in assi di legno, come ormai si trova dappertutto. Problema di riscaldamento con il condizionatore che non andava. Insonorizzazione inesistente, e allla camera si accedeva direttamente dal soggiorno cucina in comune... Nel complesso bene, ma non ci farei più di una notte/due...

And if you don't have a phone to call on arrival, you will be stuck on the sidewalk for a while as the place is not identified in a large bulding. Just press on every door bell and you might get the door to open!

Punti negativi: We arrived the guesthouse at 1 pm from the airport with our heavy luggage , it was a big building which you can not enter. Reception was at 2nd floor but no one available. On the main door there was a telephone number from the guesthouse, we called and a lady told us we can check-in at 4 pm. Actually we just wanted to store our luggage and start immediately with sight seeing. I was very angry and at last the lady on the phone organised someone to open the door. Very unfriendly cleaning lady opened the door and we could leave our belongings. However the room was for this price OK, in front of the door there is a metro station you can reach easily to city center. Guesthouse is OK for one night....

Ma per chi desidera stare in zona turistica, sconsiglio. Avevo chiesto a booking bagno privato, ma non lo era. E tra l'altro nel medesimo mancavano asciugacapelli, shampoo e bagnoschiuma. La struttura esteticamente appena carina, al secondo piano di un palazzone.

Punti positivi: Contatto con la struttura top, risposta immediata sia al telefono che whatsapp. Avevamo prenotato anche il transfer, impeccabile il servizio! La camera bella grande e comoda, il bagno, pur essendo in comune, pulito. Ottimo il "servizio onestà" in cucina: delle bibite e snack self service con la cassettina per lasciare i soldi.

Punti negativi: Altri ospiti molto rumorosi, un via vai dalle camere verso la cucina fino a tardi e si sentiva assolutamente tutto. D'altronde loro ci avranno sentiti la mattina dopo :)

Punti positivi: La posizione è abbastanza vicina all'aeroporto, 1 KM E MEZZO che puoi fare anche a piedi, letto comodo, riscaldamento, pulizia, e 2 bagni per 4 camere. Il metrò per il centro si trova a circa 1 km.

Punti negativi: Quando siamo arrivati non c'era nessuno e la porta chiusa. Abbiamo telefonato ed è arrivata una signora dopo un quarto d'ora ad aprirci.

Punti negativi: Once at the entrance of the building, it was not clear what to do or press. Eventually I did find the 4 u Lisbon sign and pressed the button. Signage is not bold/clear enough late at night. The inner walls are paper thin, need I say more. My room was right next to the kitchen and this made it worse. Perhaps the other rooms are better. The lift is very small and old... better to walk take the stairs.

Punti positivi: La camera era ben arredata, pulita e accogliente. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è l'ideale per chi deve passare la notte vicino all'aeroporto. Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile. L'aeroporto si può raggiungere in 20 minuti a piedi.

Punti negativi: Purtroppo è fin troppo l'ideale per la posizione vicino all'albergo e alle quattro del mattino siamo stati svegliati da altri ospiti che avevano un aereo presto. Forse si potrebbero migliorare le serrature delle porte perché si incastrino di meno, siano più facili da aprire e più silenziose.

E' un appartamento condiviso con altre 3 stanze e purtroppo le maniglie delle porte sono scomode e era impossibile fare piano per aprire e chiudere....non tutti hanno l'accortezza di girare bene la maniglia e spesso c'era troppo rumore. Abbiamo trovato una lametta utilizzata nell'armadio...quindi direi non ottima la pulizia.

Punti negativi: We choose this hotel due to the distance to the airport but 20 minutes before check in message on whatsup came that because of some problems we are moved to another guest house which was 3,5km away so it was impossible to get to the airport with the luggage by walking as we planed to (and why we choose the hotel) and instead we had to pay the shuttle. The hotel we stayed instead was on bussy crossroad and it was really hot inside so we could choose if we want to sleep in very hot room or listen to the traffic on the road
