Punti positivi: Great location, walking distance to many attractions, like Saint George castle, water front, lift tower.... But that is not the best in this hotel, the best is the staffs, helpful, professional, they really level the bar up for any hotel, the management should cherish them. The hotel is very clean, sanitizers everywhere. And the material used in the rooms and common area is high end and very good quality. It’s obvious how much the hotel invested in the design and quality. Shower, marble, even the hairdryer and the bin are very good quality. We got room 203, city view. It’s large enough for 2, very good quality material. All are like new and clean. Flawless. Amenities provided: shower gel, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, all are of a very good well known brand. Slippers and toothbrush, hair cap, shoe sponge are provided too. Mini bar complimentary: beer, coke, juice, water and chocolate. They provide you with a complimentary mobile phone. You can keep it with you during your stay, and call for 30 mnts anywhere in the world, and use the data for google maps to get around the city. Add ons: tv led, built in Bluetooth speaker for music, automatic curtains shutter. Plugs on both sides of the bed for your chargers. Soundproof windows. A desk if you want to work. Lobby is nice, comfortable small but very nice and clean with an electric fire place simulation.

Punti positivi: Soggiorno dal 6 al 9 feb 2020 Ci è piaciuto tutto! La camera confort era molto comoda, l'hotel ha soddisfatto la richiesta del balcone e quindi vista sulla strada e in centro. La struttura ci ha accolti con dolci e spumante in camera e ci ha salutati allo stesso modo. Il frigo bar era completo di tutto e già compreso nel prezzo, senza alcun pagamento supplementare. Ogni richiesta fatta alla reception è stata soddisfatta in tempi record. Colazione superlativa! Ho avuto modo di soggiornare in molti hotel 5 stelle e a malincuore devo dire che non mi hanno soddisfatto come questo che di stelle ne ha 4, ma le vale tutte. Marilena e Pasquale

Punti positivi: Staff was very helpful and location was great for walking around the old town central areas. We had city view over main pedestrian street but windows were very good at blocking out the sound for sleeping. Welcome port was a surprise and nice touch.

Punti positivi: Il Browns era un piccolo hotel boutique nel centro di Lisbona. Si trova in una posizione molto semplice da esplorare e il personale alla reception e al bar era incredibilmente disponibile e sempre allegro. La camera, anche se piccola (con vista sulla strada) era perfetta. Tutti i piccoli dettagli e gli extra compensavano la mancanza di spazio. Consiglio questo hotel al 100% a chiunque visiti Lisbona.

Punti positivi: Struttura stupenda, con camere molto comode, accoglientissime, raffinate, molto curate...la parola giusta è “di fascino”. I letti sono comodissimi e le stanze perfettamente insonorizzate sia tra loro, che con l’estero. I servizi che offre la struttura sono tutti di ottima qualità, con personale molto disponibile e molto piacevole. La prima colazione, viene servita in una sala molto accogliente ed è composta da un buffet molto ricco, sia nel salato , che bel dolce. La struttura è nel centro di Lisbona, letteralmente immersa, tra ristoranti, locali e negozi. La mancanza di un loro parcheggio, lo hanno risolto , accordandosi, con un vicino parcheggio. Ottimo il rapporto prezzo qualità. Posso dire , che è un albergo, che per quanto se ne possa provare tanti e si gira molto per il mondo, di questo resterà sicuramente un buon ricordo e non si renderà a dimenticarlo, un albergo di personalità .

Punti positivi: Vi consiglio questo albergo che senza dubbio è il più bello ma soprattutto il più centrale di Lisbona!!! Si trova a Praça Do Comércio. Da qui potrete prendere taxi (che costano poco) e tuk tuk (indubbiamente più cari) per visitare tutta la città passando per le stradine tipiche di Lisbona. C’è tantissimo da vedere e tanto da camminare !!!! I ristoranti che abbiamo scelto consigliati da amici sono stati ottimi !!! Abbiamo anche trovato un tassista bravissimo che parlava italiano che ci ha portato a fare delle gite fuori porta a prezzi giusti ! L’albergo pazzesco ! Letti comodossimi,stanze pulitissime,personale gentilissimo !!!!

Punti positivi: The room was lovely with a street view over to the train station. The rooftop is really nice to have breakfast on, and the rooftop bar is great to enjoy a sunset in the evening. The staff at reception were absolutely great, and were all trying their best with the Covid-19 pandmeic affecting everything already the time we were there in early march.

Letto comodo, Staff molto gentile e disponibile. E' una struttura abbastanza cara a volerla comparare con le altre possibilità trovate in rete. E' però dotata di tutti i comfort,(ascensore incluso), si trova nel centro storico in una posizione strategica e offre i servizi di un 4 stelle pur essendo un 3 stelle. Ciò che paghi è ciò che hai per cui siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.

Punti positivi: I traveled by myself to Lisbon and wanted to see as much of the city as possible in the 2 days/1 night I was staying there. This hotel is the PERFECT location for that! Steps away from the Elevador, walking distance to the Castelo de Sao Jorge and also to the Time Out Market/Commerce Square. It's central to everything and in an overall fantastic part of the city. The staff is incredibly friendly. I love hotels that offer a nice hot breakfast. Hotel Lis Baixa did indeed have a great breakfast. The bacon and eggs were so good and they had a variety of breads, pastries, yogurts, cereal and fruit as well. Not to mention unlimited delicious coffee, which for a coffee snob like myself is key. Even their orange juice was phenomenally better than the OJ I've had in other hotels. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. They were small, as the other reviews have stated, but I was hardly in my room so that wasn't a big deal to me at all. I even had a little balcony overlooking the street from my room - which was a nice added touch. I loved that the bathroom had a bathtub, which is very uncommon for most European hotels. I took a long bubble bath after a crazy day of touring. Pro-tip: The hotel is quite close to the airport (only about 15-20 minutes depending on traffic) so I would recommend simply getting a taxi from the airport, instead of the hotel pick up, which is much cheaper. (my taxi from airport to hotel cost me 15 Euros plus what I gave him for a tip). I loved staying at this quaint, beautiful hotel and would totally stay there again next time I visit Lisbon.

Punti positivi: Most comfortable bed of all four hotels I stayed whilst travelling in Portugal: good bed with three different pillows to choose from available in the room. Staff were very attentive. The view from the room is nice and really gives the feeling of being in the centre, still, the doors/windows are sound-proof enough to keep enough of the city noise out. Excellent breakfast. Building looked liked it had been renovated into a modern establishment while keeping the authentic details (windows, French balconies); this definitely added to the experience.
