Punti positivi: Tutto in questo ostello è eccellente. I prezzi sono giusti. La posizione è fantastica, vicino a tutto, il personale è fantastico, cordiale e disponibile. Le camere sono grandi, spaziose e molto pulite, i bagni sono sempre puliti e dispongono di molti servizi igienici. Il cibo è ottimo, Provate la cena del mama, È UN MUST! In poche parole vorrei descrivere questo ostello come: Miglior OSTELLO in cui HO SOGGIORNATO!

Punti positivi: tutto perfetto vacanza indimenticabile, l'ospitalità dello staff eccezionale sembra di stare a casa propria, Clara si è dimostrata un'ottima guida ci ha consigliato ogni movimento da fare per chi come me era alla sua prima volta. Struttura pulitissima, letti comodi e posizione eccezionale proprio nel centro di Lisbona. Mama si è dimostrata un'ottima cuoca e ci ha sfamato la notte di Natale in una grandissima tavolata di 30 persone, davvero una bellissima sperienza. Ci ritornerò sicuramente, non vedo l'ora!

Punti positivi: Staff cordiale, bagni e camere pulite, belli i letti con le tendine. Nel bagno hanno il phon per i capelli.

Punti negativi: La camerata puzzava di stantio, pensavo fosse solo per quel momento, ma nei giorni a seguire la cosa è peggiorata. La porta della camerata faceva rumore ogni volta che la porta del corridoio veniva aperta. Diciamo che tra cattivo odore e questi rumori continui non è andata benissimo.

Punti negativi: i bagni per 15 stanze sono insufficienti e dovrebbero essere sempre puliti e disinfettati molte volte al giorno per il numero di persone alloggiate

Punti positivi: Tutto veramente molto bello. Gli spazi sono accoglienti e ben arredati. Lo staff super: gentile e affettuoso: hanno creato un clima cordiale, perfetto per chi viaggia. Il giusto mix di relax, allegria, accoglienza e privacy. Perfetto.

Punti negativi: Purtroppo quando sono stata ospite i bagni del IV piano erano fuori uso e quindi si doveva scendere al piano di sotto. Non è stato comodissimo. Ma il personale li puliva continuamente e li ho trovati sempre in ottimo stato.

Punti negativi: The room was a bit dirty for a room costing 300 Euros a night. For some reasons, I couldn't close the lid of the bathtub, so I was forced to take a shower instead. All and all, the room was good, but not for an expensive room with 300 euros price tag.

Punti positivi: It was the second time at Evolution for us, right in the last days before and when the Corona lockdowns began. Despite the highly difficult circumstances the hotel staff did everything they could in the most perfect way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Highly recommended!

Punti positivi: The staff was very helpful, especially Ines, who even answered my message sent one day before my arrival informing the hotel about my late arrival due to a flight schedule change. Following the recommendation of Ines, I booked breakfast for the next morning, and it turned out that it was cheaper than on spot. Breakfast was abundant and there was a huge selection of traditional Portuguese sweets. However, continental breakfast was also very tasty. I liked the room control function operating through TV screen and remote control. There were several lighting modes in the room: work, read, night, nighthly. The concept of shower and toilette was interesting. The bed was comfortable, pillows were of good quality, The airport shuttle bus station is located almost in front of the hotel.

Punti negativi: Air conditioning could not be set for temperature values higher than 24 C. The average temperaure in the room was 21.7 C. For me, it was a little bit cold. Except for orange and apple juices, all other drinks at breakfast seemed to be not for free.

Punti positivi: What stood out most was the amazing welcome at the door every time we arrived back to our hotel - it’s as if they all knew us! Every evening there was a different surprise waiting for us in our room - port, champagne, red wine, pastries etc! We even got a free upgrade to a triple room so our daughter didn’t have to sleep on a pull out. The breakfast has great variety and great quality with staff as helpful as ever.

Punti negativi: The upstairs bar for our pre dinner drink was a little quiet - but perhaps that is because we were there mid week. Maybe some music would help the atmosphere!

Punti negativi: I ended up at the Altis after a very long day of travel and a disastrous Airbnb experience left me and my friends without a place to stay. Desperate, we found the Altis on Kayak with a 5-star rating and were willing to put a little extra money in given how nice the place looked in the app. Unfortunately, this ended up being a terrible experience. The staff was extremely slow and unhelpful, making us wait a very long time to get to our rooms after a very long day. Moreover, the rooms bore absolutely no resemblance to the photos we saw on the app - they were outdated, dingy, and dirty. There were hairs in our showers, and the floors were stained. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The wifi didn't work, coming in and out every few minutes. In fact, we ended our stay early given how bad the conditions were - though it took ages to do so at reception. There is no way this hotel is 5 stars and it should not be advertised as such. Personally, I would like for the hotel to compensate me in some way for such a misleading and poor experience.

Punti positivi: Grande letto king size al piano superiore (13th), quindi non ho avuto problemi di rumore che altri ospiti hanno scritto. Camera e bagno ben arredati (pressione dell'acqua eccellente). Il personale della reception, la hostess e il personale del ristorante erano efficienti e molto cordiali. La colazione inclusa era una bella aggiunta; c'era un'ampia scelta per soddisfare la maggior parte dei gusti.

Punti positivi: Eccellente struttura nel complesso. Camera dotata di tutti i comfort, paragonabile ad una suite junion in altri Hotel. Staff estremamente professionale e gentile. L'Hotel è posizionato strategicamente a pochi passi dalle fermate metro e bus e a poca distanza dal centro città di Lisbona qualora si decidesse di visitarlo effettuando una passeggiata. Complessivamente l'Hotel è andato al di là delle mie più ottimistiche aspettative.

Punti negativi: La facciata laterale dell'Hotel che potrebbe esser resa più decorosa, in linea con l'eccellenza della struttura, con un semplice intervento di imbiancatura.

Punti positivi: La camera accogliente, pulitissima e molto silenziosa. Letti molto comodi. Il personale disponibile e gentile. Il cibo eccellente, vario e costantemente rifornito, piacevoli gli ambienti perchè luminosi e spaziosi.

Punti positivi: Very special place, interior is amazing. It is old fashioned - rustic, but not too classic. The place has a soul and you can feel it straight away. The location is also very, very good. If you want to feel Lisbon even better - this is a place to stay! The price was also good.

Punti positivi: The hotel was really great, as we anticipated it. The personnel was really really kind to us. They make efforts to speak clearly in different language. The breakfast was really nice and we also ask for a prepared breakfast as we had to leave early and it was really great.

Punti negativi: Only one thing we regret is that we didn't had time to enjoy the spa, because too many people had booked it, but made next time :)

Punti negativi: - only one towel for two people - no soap - no room service available - I asked the romantic decoration with white wine and some amenities and I didn’t get any of them - no phone to call the reception, with my back problem it wasn’t good for me to go up to down all the time - I didn’t get the room I wanted

Punti negativi: The soundproofing. To be fair the website is totally upfront about this and I understood it but it’s a shame other guests didn’t get it and so the noise - even when it’s muffled - is amplified and disruptive especially if it’s very early in the morning.

Punti positivi: La colazione, anche se poco varia, era molto buona e abbondante. Le persone del servizio a colazione erano molto gentili e disponibili. Se ci si reca presto non ci sono grossi problemi per avere un tavolo se invece ci si reca tardi incomincia ad esserci qualche difficoltà nel reperimento del tavolo.

Punti negativi: La camera dava su una strada dove fino alle 4.30 del mattino c'era gente che urlava e gridava disturbando continuamente il sonno.
