Punti positivi: I came back after 12 years to the same location and i was pleasantly surprised to see the upgrade on the facilities but keeping the same feeling of a palace. Amazing breakfast and facilities and a perfect place where to get to disconnect and recharge!

Punti positivi: Splendida villa ristrutturata in una zona residenziale, immersa nel verde e con saloni incredibilmente belli. Staff sempre disponibile e cordiale dal facchino al maitre. Eccellente colazione e atmosfera veramente elegante e rilassante.

Punti negativi: Abbiamo cenato una sola volta, credo che la cena sia stata pessima per un hotel a 5 stelle, il cibo é di qualità ma la cucina scarsa, molto superficiale e il prezzo esagerato. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, il cibo del buffet era buono. Peccato che una struttura del genere non possa offrire una buona cucina ai clienti.

Punti negativi: The room was a bit dated. The decoration that I had asked was not properly set up and a bit inconsistent. Last minute we decided to stay for Valentine’s Dinner ~ unfortunately the service was really slow, messy and disorganized (it took us more than 1h to receive a dish)

Punti negativi: La posizione dell'hotel non è ideale. Il quartiere dove si trova non offre nulla di speciale, non è raggiunto dalla metro e per raggiungere il centro o i punti di interesse è obbligatorio l'utilizzo di auto, taxi oppure tram (costoso).

Punti positivi: I had stayed here before. I really liked the hotel. This time I found it very strange as the restaurant and bar were closed. You had to have breakfast in your room. I didn’t like the breakfast. Every morning it was a dry roll with ham and cheese. Neither the cheese or ham were nice. You also got a bottle of water, an apple, a little croissants and tea or coffee. I know we’re going through a pandemic but surely they could produce something better than that? The staff were lovely in very difficult times. To be honest I was there because my husband was in hospital. I think had I been on holiday I would have gone home!

Punti negativi: Camere poco curate. Non c’è presa comoda x allacciare caricabatterie etc. Zoccolini rotti e pericolosi, parcheggio sotterraneo e a pagamento. Ho chiesto la wake up call alle 6:30 e la reception, sbagliando, l’ha puntata alle 4:30!
