Punti positivi: The hotel absolutely meets the standard of a 5star hotel. What we particularly liked: extremely big and comfy bed, freshly cut flowers in the lobby and at the restaurant, amazing breakfast (including the service of the entire team especially Fernando who was very attentive).

Punti negativi: It's really only a tiny little part but a trash can in the room would be nice. There is only a small one in the toilette.

Punti positivi: Our stay at EPIC SANA was really amazing. They upgraded our room when we checked-in and we were very impressed with the room. Service at breakfast and reception were very very good. Room service was very quick as well. Location of hotel is very close to the main shopping street of Lisbon. Staff was very helpful and polite. I would definitely stay at this hotel if I happen to be in Lisbon in future.

Punti negativi: To be honest, I did not find anything which I can say I did not like at EPIC Sana. Everything was perfect and it exceeded our expectations.

Punti positivi: The staff were very friendly. The hotel lobby smelled very nice and the rooms were modern and spacious.

Punti negativi: The beds were slightly hard but that is being very critical. The soundproofing between floors is not very good. We could hear the people in the room on the floor above.

Punti positivi: Great location for exploring the city, close to train station, ubers are really cheap. Hotel itself is really nice, beautiful entrance, especially at night, wonderful bar with great staff, clean/spacious rooms - junior suite was well equipped. Overall a fantastic experience and would not hesitate to visit again.

Punti negativi: A minor point on maybe adding some block out curtains to the rooms, noticed it did get quite bright in the mornings, but not uncomfortably so, otherwise a perfect hotel.

Punti negativi: The general hotel infrastructure is awkward to say the least. Rooms are very small. Mine had no window. The staff doesn’t pay attention to detail. They charge you for everything!! Even water, which is supposed to be complementary.

Punti negativi: La stanza superior ha la doccia aperta e in vista ed anche il bagno è aperto e si sente qualsiasi rumore... quindi zero privacy, va bene solo per una coppia affiatata, ma se siete due amici meglio evitare!! La piscina esterna è carina ma troppo piccola

Punti negativi: Mi sarebbe piaciuto che la finestra della camera si potesse aprire per il ricambio dell'aria. Anche l'hotel Royal Passing de Gracia di Barcellona ha la camera che non consente l'apertura della finestra. Questo aspetto lo considero un difetto forse l'unico per i 2 hotel considerati.

Punti positivi: La colazione era molto varia e abbondante. Buonissimi i pastell de nata e tutta la pasticceria offerta a buffet, freschissima la frutta. La camera era decisamente pulita e silenziosa.

Punti negativi: Non ci hanno spiegato chiaramente che era necessario prenotare l'accesso alla spa, quindi il pomeriggio che avevamo deciso di utilizzare questo servizio, non ci è stato possibile. Il servizio a colazione era lento e poco preciso.

Punti positivi: What stood out most was the amazing welcome at the door every time we arrived back to our hotel - it’s as if they all knew us! Every evening there was a different surprise waiting for us in our room - port, champagne, red wine, pastries etc! We even got a free upgrade to a triple room so our daughter didn’t have to sleep on a pull out. The breakfast has great variety and great quality with staff as helpful as ever.

Punti negativi: The upstairs bar for our pre dinner drink was a little quiet - but perhaps that is because we were there mid week. Maybe some music would help the atmosphere!

Punti negativi: I ended up at the Altis after a very long day of travel and a disastrous Airbnb experience left me and my friends without a place to stay. Desperate, we found the Altis on Kayak with a 5-star rating and were willing to put a little extra money in given how nice the place looked in the app. Unfortunately, this ended up being a terrible experience. The staff was extremely slow and unhelpful, making us wait a very long time to get to our rooms after a very long day. Moreover, the rooms bore absolutely no resemblance to the photos we saw on the app - they were outdated, dingy, and dirty. There were hairs in our showers, and the floors were stained. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The wifi didn't work, coming in and out every few minutes. In fact, we ended our stay early given how bad the conditions were - though it took ages to do so at reception. There is no way this hotel is 5 stars and it should not be advertised as such. Personally, I would like for the hotel to compensate me in some way for such a misleading and poor experience.

Punti positivi: In generale tutto, un Hotel centralissimo, vicino a Plaza do Commercio, ottimo per sportarsi ovunque. Un ex convento pieno di storia, antico, marmo e pietra a vista nella hall, personale estremamente gentile, disponibile, un'ottima accoglienza.

Punti positivi: The location is absolutely fantastic as everything was within walking distance. The staff are friendly and give you plenty of tips on how to see the best sites etc. The staff also speak English well.

Punti negativi: The room was fine but nothing special. It wasn't the cleanest. It wasn't massively 'dirty', but you could see marks here and there and the hairdryer was covered in dust etc. Breakfast wasn't free, but that's to be expected.
