Punti positivi: Our stay at EPIC SANA was really amazing. They upgraded our room when we checked-in and we were very impressed with the room. Service at breakfast and reception were very very good. Room service was very quick as well. Location of hotel is very close to the main shopping street of Lisbon. Staff was very helpful and polite. I would definitely stay at this hotel if I happen to be in Lisbon in future.

Punti negativi: The room was a bit dirty for a room costing 300 Euros a night. For some reasons, I couldn't close the lid of the bathtub, so I was forced to take a shower instead. All and all, the room was good, but not for an expensive room with 300 euros price tag.

L'hotel era bellissimo e il personale, dalla reception al portiere, al servizio in camera e al centro benessere, era eccezionale.

La colazione e' ottima ed inoltre e' sempre disponibile per tutta la giornata un buffet con stuzzichini vari e bevande (fino alle ore 23.00). Chiaro non sostituisce ne' un pranzo ne' una cena ma per rilassarsi leggendo un giornale godendosi la bellissima vista ne vale davvero la pena. Ottimo per godersi un the pomeridiano, un aperitivo prima di cena o una tisana prima di andare a letto. Usufruito questo luogo al massimo. Lo staff e' sempre molto carino e gentile. Pronti sempre ad aiutarti. Peccato non ho potuto usufruire della piscina ma il centro benessere e' ottimo. Insomma lo consiglio vivamente.

Punti negativi: La temperatura della stanza era estremamente calda e il termostato non funzionava. Quando ho informato la reception mi hanno detto che i termostati non funzionano correttamente durante l'inverno.
Il nostro piano aveva un forte odore di sigarette stantine durante tutto il nostro soggiorno.
Le pareti non erano ben isolate e siamo stati svegliati dagli altri ospiti nel bel mezzo della notte.

Punti negativi: At 07:30 am the cleaning staff talking and screaming from room to room, vacuum cleaners and doors hitting. When I try to say something, before 08:00 am, the biggest screams came from the cleaning chief, not good at all. Problems with the payment, they charge/block the amount of the stay more 100€ of bail, and on the checkout they charge again the value of the stay, saying that the first payment will be replaced in days, and on my point of view and hotel like this should not work this way. Now, 6 days after checkout... I'm still waiting, but it will arrive

Punti negativi: Piccolo appunto sulla posizione: a pochi passi (1 minuto a piedi) si trova la metropolitana che collega direttamente al centro. ad esempio per raggiungere piazza del commercio impiega ca. 15 minuti. Se non si ha fretta lo trovo molto utile. In linea generale ci spostavamo sempre in taxi per comodita'. Non sono cari con ca. 7 euro arrivavamo in centro. Attenzione: taxi all'aeroporto. Non fate come me che ho pagato 30 euro per arrivare in Hotel (un furto). Al ritorno ne ho spesi solo 10. Quindi contrattate o cercate su uber

Hotel itself is really nice, beautiful entrance, especially at night, wonderful bar with great staff, clean/spacious rooms - junior suite was well equipped. Punti negativi: Mi sarebbe piaciuto che la finestra della camera si potesse aprire per il ricambio dell'aria. Anche l'hotel Royal Passing de Gracia di Barcellona ha la camera che non consente l'apertura della finestra. Questo aspetto lo considero un difetto forse l'unico per i 2 hotel considerati.

Punti positivi: La colazione era molto varia e abbondante. Buonissimi i pastell de nata e tutta la pasticceria offerta a buffet, freschissima la frutta. La camera era decisamente pulita e silenziosa.
Punti negativi: Non ci hanno spiegato chiaramente che era necessario prenotare l'accesso alla spa, quindi il pomeriggio che avevamo deciso di utilizzare questo servizio, non ci è stato possibile. Il servizio a colazione era lento e poco preciso.

Punti positivi: What stood out most was the amazing welcome at the door every time we arrived back to our hotel - it’s as if they all knew us! Every evening there was a different surprise waiting for us in our room - port, champagne, red wine, pastries etc! We even got a free upgrade to a triple room so our daughter didn’t have to sleep on a pull out. The breakfast has great variety and great quality with staff as helpful as ever.

Punti negativi: I ended up at the Altis after a very long day of travel and a disastrous Airbnb experience left me and my friends without a place to stay. Desperate, we found the Altis on Kayak with a 5-star rating and were willing to put a little extra money in given how nice the place looked in the app. Unfortunately, this ended up being a terrible experience. The staff was extremely slow and unhelpful, making us wait a very long time to get to our rooms after a very long day. Moreover, the rooms bore absolutely no resemblance to the photos we saw on the app - they were outdated, dingy, and dirty. There were hairs in our showers, and the floors were stained. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The wifi didn't work, coming in and out every few minutes. In fact, we ended our stay early given how bad the conditions were - though it took ages to do so at reception. There is no way this hotel is 5 stars and it should not be advertised as such. Personally, I would like for the hotel to compensate me in some way for such a misleading and poor experience.

L'Hotel è posizionato strategicamente a pochi passi dalle fermate metro e bus e a poca distanza dal centro città di Lisbona qualora si decidesse di visitarlo effettuando una passeggiata. Complessivamente l'Hotel è andato al di là delle mie più ottimistiche aspettative.

Punti negativi: Ascensori pochi solo due per tanti piani e per tanti ospiti per questo si aspettava molto per scendere o salire. Poi le chiavi elettroniche per utilizzare ascensori non sempre funzionavano bene e bisognava insistere molte volte. Un giorno si sono rotti entrambi e siamo dovuti salire e scendere tre piani a piedi per diverse ore.

Punti negativi: I booked this hotel specifically so that my partner whose Birthday it was could have a full massage experience and when we had checked in and had our room the reception told us the massage and spa were closed . We should have been advised of this before we arrived so I could have changed the booking. I will in future book with TripAdvisor as they are very good at sending updates.

Punti negativi: I didn't like that shortly after I left the hotel, and dispite having leaving the room impeccable, received an email accusing me of damaging the desk, with some photos of a random damaged desk (by fire maybe, but it's hard to say) and charging me with some random number for the damage. No other explanation, just a blunt accusation with no proof. Shameful.

Punti negativi: Not enough plug-ins for gadgets. They need to upgrade on this feature. Although the building is huge, it was difficult to find when driving following the GPS. It’s close to a roundabout exit, but the turn is not clearly marked. If you are not quick and unfamiliar with roundabouts you will surely miss it-even Uber drivers do. In my opinion, hotels that identify as parking-friendly would do a great service to guests with cars by providing helpful information on their FAQs regarding parking access and guidance.

Punti negativi: L'unica nota negativa trovata in un weekend e comunque la scrivo perché è una di quelle cose non gravi, facilmente risolvibili, ma che a me per esempio danno un po' fastidio; a mio parere infatti devono integrare la macchinetta del caffè con un servizio bar, perché - magari sono stato sfortunato io - il cappuccino era imbevibile. La sala della colazione è troppo piccola e buia; non so se sia anche ristorante, ma non ci sono finestre ed è al -1. Io la sposterei al 1° piano. Il buffet sufficientemente ricco (ma non c'erano i pasteis).

Punti negativi: The whole hotel is stuck in the 90's, very dated, worn carpets, the first welcome on reception was poor, staff were between indifferent and unfriendly, becoming impatient if i asked them to repeat something, I had the option on booking of 1 large bed or two singles, I chose the one bed and they checked me into two singles, they asked me to wait in the room and moved me to an other room. The lift numbers have been rubbed off on the buttons so you cant see which floor you are going to, smells of smoke on the floors and corridors. I would not recommend staying here and I would not come back again, I only came as other friends were staying at the same hotel.

Con facile accesso al centro della città e vicino all'aeroporto. La colazione era il Novotel più bello che abbia mai fatto. Fatto per ordinare omelette e una varietà di buon cibo. Le camere erano pulite e il prezzo era buono per quando eravamo lì.

Punti negativi: La vista non è bella, e la zona della città è proprio così proprio intorno all'hotel. Ma quando siete in una grande città non potete aspettarvi troppo di più.

Punti negativi: Air-conditioning did not work well so the room was very hot and was kept awake by the sound of doors closing and other hotel rooms. Hotel would be wise to invest in some little rubber bumpers to keep the doors from slamming closed

Punti positivi: We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and the room was modern and very clean. The Italian restaurant in the hotel is also excellent. The hotel is very close to the Metro - we arrived at Lisbon airport and were able to take the Metro from there to the hotel, so it's very convenient and no need to pay for a taxi. We were there in March, so the hotel probably gets busier in the summer months, but it was very quiet and we didn't hear any noise from neighbouring rooms at all.

Punti negativi: My family of 4 were booked in two rooms with me & my wife in one and two boys in another. After a couple of days my youngest son aged 20 joined us and I wanted to accommodate him in the same room with my other two sons with an extra bed. However, the hotel staff did not allow that saying extra bed were provided only to smaller children. So, I had to hire another room for 2 daysStay.

Punti negativi: On checking in we found the staff unwelcoming and stand offish . There was problem with the safe and despite repeated requests it was never delt with which meant we were unable to use the facilities. Also the air con didn't work (by this point we had given up asking reception for anything.) There wasnt enough sockets in the room and none by the mirror which meant I struggled to straighten my hair .it would have nice to have some milk to go with the tea and coffee.

Punti negativi: The overall condition of the hotel was poor, quite dirty and the rooms (we asked for a change) were quite "beaten up". The carpets were stained, dust everywhere and the bathrooms need a good cleaning with new caulking in around the shower.The staff we found to have "low moral" which may be a direct result from poor management. Which is quite disappointing as some were quite nice. It just seems like the owners of the hotel (who ever they may be) have given up in terms of the basics. Not a 5 star by all means; this hotel needs a big wake up!
