Punti positivi: The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The service was simply excellent throughout. The hotel is spotlessly clean and tastefully designed with lots of very nice touches, our waitress told us the Vista Allegre plates at dinner were designed especially for the hotel. The building is very grand and comfortable. The food at breakfast and in the restaurant at dinner was excellent and even the room service was of a high standard. Drinks on the terrace from the bar were very well prepared. I had a massage and it was excellent, I’m still very relaxed 24 hrs after it :) The spa is beautiful, as is the outside area. We will definitely return and would recommend to anyone.

Punti positivi: Difficilmente dimenticherò il profumo presente in ogni angolo di questo hotel. Letteralmente a due passi dalla Torre di Belem e a pochi passi da supermercati, fast food, bar. Lo staff impeccabile: professionale, gentile e gioviale. La stanza era ampia, profumata, pulita e curata nei minimi dettagli con il letto e i cuscini comodissimi. La piscina sotterranea e i servizi annessi (carrabean storm, turkish bath e steam bath) erano uno dei principali motivi per i quali abbiamo scelto questa struttura ed hanno soddisfatto appieno le nostre aspettative. Al momento del check-in ci hanno offerto una bottiglia di vino gratuita, motivo per il quale abbiamo deciso di cenare nel ristorante. Colazione abbondante e con prodotti di ottima qualità.

Punti positivi: The hotel's interior design (respect for the old with modern elements), very clean and sincerely friendly staff. Great breakfast and excellent spa (large pool and sauna/ Turkish steam bath free to use). This makes makes this hotel a cosy place where you feel right at home. The location is outside the busy Lisbon centre but has very good public transport connections (right in front of the hotel). It was heartwarming to see that the hotel integrates a young, deaf and mute cook in the kitchen staff as a full team member, with great support from her colleagues.(This is unique)

Punti negativi: Un servizio pessimo, niete a che vedere con un 5 stelle. La camera "una club" sompra alla reception, un disastro. Alle 05:00 del mattino sono stato svegliato, dal rumere assordante di un gruppo di americani intenti a fare check in. Nonostante abbia chiamato due volte per lamentarmi, niente da fare. Sono dovuto scendere di persona! Non parliamo della piscina esterna, completamente abbondata a se stessa! Bicchieri lascoti sui tavoli e nessun cameriere in zona. Idem per la "SPA" il deserto deo tartari. Sconsiglio vivamente questo "Hotel 5 Stelle".

Punti negativi: Pulizia da migliorare per un 5 stelle. Tappeto in camera inguardabile, pieno di macchie e capelli. Per tutti e tre i giorni ho riscontrato un problema persistente alle tubature con costante presenza di aria nelle stesse che mi costringeva a tenere l'acqua aperta per circa 15 min prima di poterla utilizzare. La SPA sarebbe anche carina se tutte le facilities funzionassero. Doccia Vichy chiusa, sauna fuori servizio…. Anche la palestra in termini di qualità e varietà attrezzature potrebbe migliorare per un 5 stelle.

Punti negativi: Lavori in corso di fianco alla camera molto rumore dalle 8 del mattino alle 18 di sicuro dovevano proporre camere sul lato silenzioso ma alla richiesta di orario inizio lavori hanno detto non prima delle 9.30 quindi non abbiamo cambiato stanza! Non sono stati corretti non vale 5 stelle!

Punti positivi: La posizione, il personale e le strutture erano eccezionali. Consiglio vivamente di fare colazione; la caffetteria era stupenda e la colazione a buffet era grande, varia e deliziosa. Approfittate delle strutture per l'acqua termale (gratuite per gli ospiti dell'hotel) dato che erano incredibili.

Location perfetta per chi ama stare vicino al mare, la torre di Belém è a due passi. Soggiornare qui è stata un’esperienza magnifica.

Punti negativi: I was initially a little bit deceived with the room. I was actually believing the room would be in the front, looking towards the yachting harbour, and the belem tower (like the pictures on the site). Our room was in the back, with a nice view as well and a small terrace (the rooms in the front have no terrace, but probably a more scenic view). I had booked a room with a terrace, so no really other choices. But all the rest was so good... Really a nice hotel ! Be just careful with the type of room you book :-)

Punti negativi: L’aver cambiato 3 stanze per avere avuto comunque il rumore del treno accanto dalle 6:00 alle 24:00 ogni 15 min. Un servizio approssimativo, un pessimo caffè così importante la mattina, una colazione con porzioni nouvelle cuisine, salumi industriali che vanno bene per hotels 3*** ma che non corrisponde affatto al prezzo pagato. Un management molto gentile ma inesperto, assolutamente non adatto a un hotel 5*****per il prezzo richiesto.

Punti negativi: It's the smallest, most uncomfortable room that I've ever seen! I felt like Harry Potter living under the stairs. There was even no window, just some kind of a hatch, that was on the ceiling. The only thing it was good for is that i used it as a fridge, cause as it turns out, the fridge didn't work, and the reason for that was that the whole building was being renovated, that's why I was living in a dusty house, with the smell of paint all around me. The main thing was also that the room was so tiny, even though the booking said it was 12 m2, in reality it was more like 5 m2. When I asked the hostess to give me a bigger room, she said sure, if you pay extra you can switch to a bigger room (that was actually 12 m2) and she also said: "if you don't like something, contact booking, cause it's neither my fault nor my problem. BOOKING screwed up, not me!" All in all, absolutely terrible experience, awful house and a passive aggressive hostess, that smiles at you, while essentially saying to fu** off.
Soggiornando presso Famous Crows Lisbon Suites, ti troverai in una posizione centralissima di Lisbona: ad appena 1 minuti di auto c'è Mosteiro dos Jeronimos e a 11 minuti c'è Torre de Belem. La reception è aperta in orario limitato. Il un parcheggio con posti limitati è disponibile in loco.

The location it's amazing, you are near Pasteis of Belem pastry (about 10 meters), cross the road to the bus/tram station (10 meters), near a bunch of local restaurants, McDonald's, Starbucks, a police station and the Jeronimo Monastery (50 meters on same street). The neighbour of Belem it's quite, paceful, very safe and friendly 2. The room - Alfama, was exactly as in the pictures, not any hide "suprises", very clean (towels change each 3 days, sheets each week), 2 twin beds make 1 king size double, a chair, a wardrobe, a table and 2 small cabinets. The bathroom has refilling machine shower gel and handfoam soap, everything was as in the pictures and very very clean. It has an air conditioning machine which was great on making warm in our room (January need some warming source) so nothing to complain about. Very good isolation could be the cause (but hey, that's a plus for noise isolation) 3. The security of the room was great, because you have a PIN code as the entrance, then a PIN code to each door of each floor you pass through, and a PIN to the room door (so no need to carry a key or a card and worry you could lost it) 4. Staff was great, communication with it, time of response, good English, kind and always happy to help. We arrive very late in the night when the reception it's closed (after 20:00) and we have resolve everything on Whatsapp in the arrival morning (when we were in our country, so everithing to be fine when we will arrive) 5. The payment - even if we selected payment at the host cash, the fact that the reception was closed during our arrival needed to be paying in advance. The hotel withdrawn our money in the morning of the arrival day (which was with our agree due the fact that the reception was closed on our arrival) and that was great because after payment was confirmed they already gave us the access PIN codes from the doors, so big point on communication and staff response. 6.

Punti positivi: Mi è piaciuto perché è sul palazzo della pasticceria più antica e famosa che fa i pastelitos tipici di Lisbona. Tutte le mattine abbiamo potuto fare colazione lì. Fortunati perché l'afflusso dei turisti era immensa. Accanto al monastero di S. Jeronimo e vicino alla torre di Belem.

Awesome view from the balcony allows you to feel the vibrating and splendid specific of this touristic area. Sparkling clean with a well equipped kitchinette. very comfy sofa&beds. Overall, a warm atmosphere with kind and helpfull hosts.

We didn't have flip flops (toiletries included so we assumed could be there) but it wasn't sometjing tragic (so other guests should be aware of this and bring their own) 2. We didn't have an Iron (maybe we should request it from reception, I don't know, but would be a plus if they will add it in the room) 3. The most annoying thing (and judging by that you could understand that the hotel is great, we are only complaining about the small details that would it make it perfect) : in the room they don't have any glasses/cups etc. (for drinking water, wine, or something like that), and we ask at the reception for 2 of them but unfortunately they didn't had it (the guy from the reception was extremely polite, kind, and respectful with us, and apologised that he could'n please our request, but even him did not have a glass for himself, and that was very funny) 4. If you go in the cold period (we were there in January with aprox 8-10 degrees in the night ), you should consider that in the bathroom it is not any kind of warm generator but the watter it's extremely hot, and in the first 2 minutes of shower, the bathroom it's very hot because of the steam. 5. In the area you cannot find any kind of shop (mini market or anything like that, to buy water, toiletries or snacks) so do not count on that. *The wifi signal in Room Alfama(2nd floor) it's a little bit weak (2,5 ghz and 5ghz also) and connection unstable even if they have difderent Access Points for each floor.

Punti positivi: Mi è piaciuto perché è sul palazzo della pasticceria più antica e famosa che fa i pastelitos tipici di Lisbona. Tutte le mattine abbiamo potuto fare colazione lì. Fortunati perché l'afflusso dei turisti era immensa. Accanto al monastero di S. Jeronimo e vicino alla torre di Belem.
Punti negativi: Per noi che avevamo la macchina è andata bene perché Belén è lontano dal centro. Tutto sommato i collegamenti con i mezzi di trasporto è buona.

Punti negativi: Devono assolutamente risolvere la questione del bagno essere esterno alla stanza/ studio, anche se c'e la descrizione sul sito e come me, che guardo solo i punti descriviti e non la descrizione in testo. Con i bambini, non è assolutamente comodo dovere uscire della camera per andare in bagno, oltre ad essere una zona di passaggio (entrata e uscita di altri clienti). Per il resto, fantastico.

Punti positivi: An outstanding, romantic location, very close to Jeronimos Monastery and Pasteis de Belem. Situated close to the tram and bus stations. Awesome view from the balcony allows you to feel the vibrating and splendid specific of this touristic area. Sparkling clean with a well equipped kitchinette. very comfy sofa&beds. Overall, a warm atmosphere with kind and helpfull hosts.

Punti positivi: Well-situated pension-style accommodation in the Belem area. Very convenient to buses, trams etc that take you to the more central Lisbon (and easy to get there from the airport by public transport). Also can take bus to Estacio Apolonia - about 30 minutes. Its not that noisy given location on main street. There were good places to eat nearby, and its very close to Pastéis de Belém for those who enjoy delicious sweets and history. It is also close the Monasterio St Jeronimos and the Tower of Belem. The Congress Centre is a 20 minute easy walk. The room was spacious, clean and the bed very comfortable and excellent hot water and wifi.

Portone d'ingresso sempre aperto con il rischio di trovarsi chiunque davanti alla porta della camera. Gli interruttori sono sopra la spalliera a 160cm. Assenza di frigobar. In bagno assenza di ripiano,attaccapanni e prodotti di cortesia. Insomma 110€ al giorno a fine settembre sono proprio troppo per quanto offerto. Peccato ....per la posizione in cui è collocato sarebbe potuto essere invidiabile. È un palazzo storico, sembra che il Benfica Calcio sia stato fandato lì. URGE RESTAILING

Punti positivi: This must be the cleanest hostel I have been staying at. We stayed in the quiet season and there were not many guests. As not unusual in warm countries in simple accommodations there is no heating, but the beds were warm and cozy. The breakfast was simple, but good. Do not expect any luxury, but overall good value for the little money we paid. Quiet location, but close to bus, tram, train and some museums.

Punti negativi: Where to start?! Beds are extremely noisy and mattresses too uncomfortable - springy and soft - providing unwanted "Thai massages" throughout the night. Breakfast was quite poor compared to previous reviews - e.g. no eggs nor sausages - which hints they are lowering their standards. Shared bathroom door very difficult to close due to lack of proper moist ventilation and shower door almost broken and hard to use. Bath towels are charged €1.5 a piece. Furniture is cheap and breaking apart in rooms which have no heating; got a portable incandescent heater from reception that filled the room with bright light and had to choose between being cold or not sleeping well. Too many things need to be fixed or improved ain the end it doesn't feel like home at all. Would not return as is.

Punti negativi: There were no cloth hooks in the room. In the shower the cloth hooks are far from the shower cabin, there is no privacy while dressing if someone happens to open the door to the common bathroom. The bunk bed was rather new, but of the good old kind that squeaks and rocks if the other one moves.
