Punti positivi: è una location molto carina nella zona del barrio alto...la simpatia e la disponibilità del personale ( Miguel e le altre due signore della reception) nel consigliare anche itinerari diversi dalle solite mete turistiche e come muoversi al meglio a Lisbona...la mattina prima di uscire c'era sempre il caffè pronto...tutti i giorni venie rifatto il letto e pulita la camera...wifi senza problemi... Vicino all'albergo ci sono trattorie e bar per ogni tipo di palato

Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile ad ogni nostra necessità! Hanno saputo anche consigliarci al meglio su come muoverci in città e su cosa vedere. La stanza era piccolina ma perfetta per le nostre esigenze dovendoci stare per 3 notti e tornandoci praticamente solo per una doccia e dormire. Dovessi tornare a Lisbona, Anjo Azul sarebbe sicuramente la mia scelta

Punti negativi: Stanza molto piccola e totalmente priva di un guardaroba, mancanza di un ascensore, il centro e la metropolitana distano un po' più dei 10 minuti dichiarati.

Punti positivi: Casa das Jenelas com Vista is ina great location, from which it is easy to explore the city on foot. Very friendly and helpful staff. A lovely breakfast, buffet style but you can ask for eggs to be cooked. The room was clean and comfortable.

Punti negativi: Only a very small thing, but tea/coffee facilities in the room would be good. There are facilities in the communal area and you can take drinks back to your room, but personally I like the ability to have coffee before going for breakfast. Like I say a small thing.

Punti positivi: Very comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms, showers etc. A highlight is the lobby/common room where we ate breakfast and made a habit of having tea and ginger cookies after a busy day exploring the city.

Punti positivi: Tutto perfetto una struttura molto carina, curata e accogliente nel centro del Barrio Alto, vicina a molti bar e ristoranti, ma in una stradina defilata e silenziosa con una vista incantevole della città e del ponte sul fiume. Colazione ottima e ricca, musica piacevole soprattutto jazz e swing. Personale molto gentile ed attento alle necessità degli ospiti. La doccia molto confortevole ed il letto comodo.

Punti negativi: Ho prenotato quest'albergo perché la descrizione diceva che c'era una navetta per l'aeroporto. Non c'è navetta. Ma copriranno il trasporto dell'aeroporto SE prenotate direttamente sul loro Web site. La descrizione deve essere fissa. Uber per l'aeroporto era inferiore a 8 euro, quindi non è un grosso problema.

Punti positivi: Perfetto sotto ogni punto di vista e Alfonso, l'host, è stato gentilissimo nel farmi lasciare il bagaglio nonostante la mia permanenza nella struttura fosse terminate. Ci ritornerò :)

Punti positivi: Le camere della struttura sono accoglienti e curate in ogni dettaglio. Le caratteristiche degli elementi di arredo sono di elevata qualità così come la biancheria, il materasso e i cuscini. Se non fosse per le dimensioni della stanza leggermente più piccole rispetto agli standard alberghieri, potrebbe tranquillamente essere paragonata ad una di un 4 stelle o più.

Punti negativi: Le dimensioni della stanza. A causa di questo alcune cose non potevano essere al massimo. Ad esempio le dimensioni dell'armadio magari in grado di contenere le valige oltre che un asse da stiro e una cassrtta si sicurezza, ecc. Questo potrebbe rendere problematico il soggiorno per chi viaggia con molto bagaglio. Anche l'assenza di un tavolino, probabilmente per lo stesso motivo.

Punti negativi: Consiglierei più attenzione alla pulizia del bagno. Abbiamo soggiornato per due volte volte in una settimana e ci sono state assegnate due stanze diverse. In nessuna delle due c'era la vista che era stata assicurata sulla descrizione. Più che di vista sarebbe corretto parlare di affaccio esterno.

Punti positivi: The place is beautifully decorated, the staff is extremely kind and the general atmosphere is great. In the evening, the hotel bar was kind enough to treat me with a drink and delicious snacks.

Punti negativi: Accessibility from the nearest metro station is rather challenging: you have to climb a very steep street for quite some time in order to get to the hotel. Also, breakfast conditions for guests are not clearly explained and can become confusing: I had to chat for a while with the breakfast room staff in order to understand what exactly was included in my breakfast given that I was staying at the suites, since conditions for other people were different.

Punti positivi: La posizione è centralissima ed estremamente comoda, nel pieno centro storico di Lisboa...la stanza privata in cui ho alloggiato era pulita e con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno. Rapporto qualità prezzo per una stanza alla fine del tutto più che decente, molto buono. Estremamente silenzioso e massima privacy sono altre due qualità della struttura.

Punti negativi: Lo staff in carica delle pulizie é stato aggressivo e sgarbato. Il check-in è disponibile solo a partire dalle 16, il che è estremamente tardi e limitativo come orario, sebbene si possa lasciare il bagaglio all'interno della struttura incustodito in uno stanzino che non da sicurezza alcuna.

Punti positivi: L’ unica cosa buona è stata la possibilità di lasciare la valigia fino alle 17, anche se mi inquietava lasciarla in questo sgabuzzo incustodito abbandonato senza porta. Non mi aspettavo di arrivare e non trovare nessuno ma proprio nessuno. La struttura è fatiscente, la porta della stanza aveva la chiusura che non si puó definire tale. La stanza rumorosa e soprattutto non è bello arrivare e non poter scambiare un saluto con nessuno.

Punti negativi: Ostello esattamente sopra una discoteca. Confusione già la mattina presto ( personale che mette la musica a palla e parla a voce alta nei corridoi) Bagno rotti al primo piano Impossibile dormire e andare decentemente al bagno

Punti negativi: This was probably my 4th or 5th stay at Happy Reception, and unfortunately I wasn't as happy as other stays, because of the room assigned to me this time - room 12. It was on the side of the main street and it is super noisy until late at night and early morning, with public transports, cars, drunk people passing by. It was also right next to the reception, where there was a lot of noise all day (I work remotely and it disturbed my conference calls), and until late hours (2-3am) one of the nights. Basically people are walking in the corridors, entering their rooms with the PIN codes, banging doors and chatting, totally disrespecting the keep quiet signs that are all over the place. Despite being so close to the reception and the Wifi router, the Internet was failing often during the day.

Punti positivi: Le porte con i codici, le luci con il telecomando e le piccole stanze confortevoli e accoglienti sono molto piaciute a mio figlio. Abbiamo apprezzato entrambi la fantastica posizione.

Punti negativi: Mio figlio ed io concordiamo sul fatto della eccessiva basicità delle camere e il rumore spiacevole alla mattina presto.
