Punti negativi: The room was a bit dirty for a room costing 300 Euros a night. For some reasons, I couldn't close the lid of the bathtub, so I was forced to take a shower instead. All and all, the room was good, but not for an expensive room with 300 euros price tag.

Punti positivi: The staff was very helpful, especially Ines, who even answered my message sent one day before my arrival informing the hotel about my late arrival due to a flight schedule change. Following the recommendation of Ines, I booked breakfast for the next morning, and it turned out that it was cheaper than on spot. Breakfast was abundant and there was a huge selection of traditional Portuguese sweets. However, continental breakfast was also very tasty. I liked the room control function operating through TV screen and remote control. There were several lighting modes in the room: work, read, night, nighthly. The concept of shower and toilette was interesting. The bed was comfortable, pillows were of good quality, The airport shuttle bus station is located almost in front of the hotel.

Punti positivi: Our family of three loved this hotel right from the start. Finding it directly above an exit from Saldhana metro station 20 minutes on a direct line from the airport made arrival (and departure) so easy and there were plenty of food, drink and travel options nearby. The hotel welcome was warm and check-in efficient. It was clean, stylish and calm and our room was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was simple yet varied and plentiful with great understated service and a 7-11 window to enjoy it. We swam in the unheated rooftop pool because it was inviting, we were there on some warm sunny days and it was really the icing on the cake to have the opportunity swim outside in February in the sunshine as part of a stay we thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you very much.

Il bagno era impeccabile, ed erano fresche di lavatrice anche le coperte aggiuntive nell'armadio. Davvero nulla da dire. Check-in e check-out rapidissimi, colazione abbondante e varia. Ottima posizione. Altamente consigliato!

Punti negativi: Quando sono arrivato mi hanno detto che il pavimento della mia camera era danneggiato dall'acqua e che non avevano una stanza per noi. L'Holiday Inn era molto bello, ma era più economico di quello che avevo già pagato in anticipo per questa camera.

Punti negativi: Il personale (molto giovane) è inesperto e assolutamente privo di iniziativa. Avevo chiesto un check in anticipato ma, una volta in struttura, non è stato disponibile. Abbiamo aspettato nel bar della hall più di tre ore, senza che nessuno si preoccupasse di farci avere con un minimo di anticipo la prima stanza disponibile o, almeno, di avvisarci una volta pronta la nostra. Solo dopo l'ora prestabilita, su nostra richiesta, ci è stata data finalmente la stanza. Davvero scarsi la disponibilità e il senso di accoglienza alla reception! Il servizio in camera è da migliorare: manca di cura e di attenzione indispensabili, visti i costi.

Punti negativi: Ascensori pochi solo due per tanti piani e per tanti ospiti per questo si aspettava molto per scendere o salire. Poi le chiavi elettroniche per utilizzare ascensori non sempre funzionavano bene e bisognava insistere molte volte. Un giorno si sono rotti entrambi e siamo dovuti salire e scendere tre piani a piedi per diverse ore.

Punti negativi: I booked this hotel specifically so that my partner whose Birthday it was could have a full massage experience and when we had checked in and had our room the reception told us the massage and spa were closed . We should have been advised of this before we arrived so I could have changed the booking. I will in future book with TripAdvisor as they are very good at sending updates.

Punti negativi: I didn't like that shortly after I left the hotel, and dispite having leaving the room impeccable, received an email accusing me of damaging the desk, with some photos of a random damaged desk (by fire maybe, but it's hard to say) and charging me with some random number for the damage. No other explanation, just a blunt accusation with no proof. Shameful.

Punti negativi: It was difficult to set the temperature in the room. Though the room has air conditioning and a thermostat, I was unable to set a temperature of my liking, so it was always a bit chilly. I set the temperature up to 25 degrees, position heat, but never got even near this.

Punti negativi: Not enough plug-ins for gadgets. They need to upgrade on this feature. Although the building is huge, it was difficult to find when driving following the GPS. It’s close to a roundabout exit, but the turn is not clearly marked. If you are not quick and unfamiliar with roundabouts you will surely miss it-even Uber drivers do. In my opinion, hotels that identify as parking-friendly would do a great service to guests with cars by providing helpful information on their FAQs regarding parking access and guidance.

Posizione ottima; a 2 minuti a piedi c'è la metrò rossa e nei dintorni ci sono ristoranti, farmacie, panettieri e a 5 minuti, sempre a piedi, c'è un centro commerciale.

Punti negativi: L'unica nota negativa trovata in un weekend e comunque la scrivo perché è una di quelle cose non gravi, facilmente risolvibili, ma che a me per esempio danno un po' fastidio; a mio parere infatti devono integrare la macchinetta del caffè con un servizio bar, perché - magari sono stato sfortunato io - il cappuccino era imbevibile. La sala della colazione è troppo piccola e buia; non so se sia anche ristorante, ma non ci sono finestre ed è al -1. Io la sposterei al 1° piano. Il buffet sufficientemente ricco (ma non c'erano i pasteis).

Punti negativi: The whole hotel is stuck in the 90's, very dated, worn carpets, the first welcome on reception was poor, staff were between indifferent and unfriendly, becoming impatient if i asked them to repeat something, I had the option on booking of 1 large bed or two singles, I chose the one bed and they checked me into two singles, they asked me to wait in the room and moved me to an other room. The lift numbers have been rubbed off on the buttons so you cant see which floor you are going to, smells of smoke on the floors and corridors. I would not recommend staying here and I would not come back again, I only came as other friends were staying at the same hotel.

Punti negativi: This hotel has 4 stars but looks much worse than 3 stars hotels we were also accommodated in Lisbon and Porto. The room seems like really time-worn, many stratches on a furniture and in a bathroom. We expected to have a quiet room but the outside noise was really struggling us in the night. Breakfast was the worst from the 3 hotels we've been staying at. The cutlery was also worn as hell.

Punti negativi: The overall condition of the hotel was poor, quite dirty and the rooms (we asked for a change) were quite "beaten up". The carpets were stained, dust everywhere and the bathrooms need a good cleaning with new caulking in around the shower.The staff we found to have "low moral" which may be a direct result from poor management. Which is quite disappointing as some were quite nice. It just seems like the owners of the hotel (who ever they may be) have given up in terms of the basics. Not a 5 star by all means; this hotel needs a big wake up!

Punti negativi: Terrible check in. I arrived early due to my flight but no attempt was made to allow an early check in. They made me wait till 2:00 pm. The rooms have a safe but it's €2 a day to use. The gym is tiny there's a water dispenser but no cups. I reported this everyday but no water cups were added to an empty dispenser. The windows haven't been cleaned in a longtime - you look out of streaked, dirty windows.

Punti negativi: On the second night of this stay, my wife stayed alone as I drove back north to Porto. Late in the evening that night, a man enters the room where my wife was calmly laying in bed, unannounced and uncalled for. This is unacceptable behaviour and has no justification whatsoever that is plausible. The person who entered the room was the man from the reception who was immediatly screamed off by my scared wife.

Punti positivi: I liked the artwork scattered around the first floor. Location was excellent -- right on a bus line, metro, and plenty of places to walk to. Wifi was strong and fast. Rooms were quiet.

Punti positivi: La maggior parte del personale era disponibile e gentile, ma non tutti. Grande hotel standard, circondato da parcheggi e altri edifici alti.

Punti negativi: Vicino alla linea ferroviaria principale, era rumoroso. La camera era soffocante e maleodorante. L'arredamento vecchio. Frigo non si chiudeva. Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani erano vecchi. I tappeti sporchi.

Punti negativi: El personal de recepcion muy poco atento. No nos atendieron adecuadamente. Por otro lado el personal de la limpieza desde las 7 de la mañana dando gritos por el hotel molestando. Y el aparcamiento es de pago aunque seas huesped.

Punti negativi: The Reception staff was arguing with each other in front of other guests. They tried to mask it as conversation but is was easy to notice the tone, plus when you understand Portuguese, they cannot hide it. The hotel is very old, with outdated furniture, stained carpets and drapes, uncomfortable pillows, old towels and a persistent smell of mold and feces. The elevator was not functioning properly: the doors would close automatically even if there was someone getting in and out. They hit my husband and another guest in different occasions.
