Punti positivi: Il personale e il servizio erano fantastici. La posizione è eccellente se volete soggiornare in una zona molto moderna e perfettamente pulita della città. Sono andato per una passeggiata una volta a mezzanotte e mi sono sentito completamente al sicuro. L'hotel si trova all'interno di un isolato dall'oceanarium, a 2 isolati dall'arena e dalla stazione ferroviaria della metropolitana e da un enorme centro commerciale con supermercato. Tutto in questa zona è moderno e pulito. E' inoltre una zona affari, circondata da edifici aziendali, ristoranti e altri negozi.

Punti positivi: I came in to Oriente station and out from the airport for business the following day so the location was perfect. Lots to do locally for an evening; shopping mall and the expo park. I was given a room upgrade and it was great! The staff are lovely and helpful and the hotel is light and modern. Breakfast was very good although some items could have been warmer but the choice was excellent. I would definitely stay here again if travelling to or from the airport and need an overnight stay.

Punti positivi: La posizione dell'Hotel e' fantastica. Vicinissima al Centro Commerciale Vasto de Gama e a 150 metri dalla stazione della metro Oriente che dista solo 3 fermate dall'aeroporto. La camera pulitissima e fornita di tutto, anche accappatoio e ciabattine, macchinetta con cialde per il caffè, frigo bar , phon e cosa non da poco , in bagno c'e' il bidet!!!spesso inesistente all'estero. La colazione.... superlativa!! a buffet..sia salato sia dolce e con dolce intendo torte, croissant, bomboloni , e le famose Pasta de Nata mignon , una delizia...Per quanto riguarda bevande calde, ci sono sia le classiche macchinette ( il cappuccino e' imbevibile) sia grandi termos con latte e caffè Inoltre essendo a Lisbona nel giorno del mio compleanno, la sera rientrata in camera, ho trovato un vassoio con due fette di torta al cioccolato !! apprezzatissima...

Punti negativi: L'area di ingresso si sentiva un po' ostentata e sterile. Era aperto su 2 o 3 piani, bianco e pulito. Mi sentivo un po' appariscente ogni volta che venivo e andai. Sembrava che ci fossero un sacco di incontri d'affari e di eventi che si svolgevano lì in base al traffico di persone d'affari dentro e fuori dall'hotel. La camera era un po' piccola, ma ben arredata, moderna e pulita. Gli ascensori e la colazione a buffet sembravano tassati dalla corsa mattutina, e entrambe le mattine ho alloggiato lì non avevano più di scarti nei vassoi di uova strapazzati.

La camera secondo me , e' poco insonorizzata ( io ero all'ottavo piano) ma forse questo dipende dalla maleducazione dei vicini di camera che ho trovato ( famiglia con due bimbi in età scolare che come divertimento giocavano a rincorrersi in camera urlando alle 11 di sera.!!!) Attenzione : la televisione NON trasmette nemmeno un canale in lingua italiana!!! Inoltre il ristorante non e' a buffet come la colazione ma e' a la carta con prezzi salatissimi! In un hotel a 4 stelle, mi aspettavo almeno un canale televisivo in italiano !

Punti positivi: This hotel is doing an excellent job in difficult circumstances. I booked into their sister hotel at Oriente which is closed and my reservation was moved to this hotel near Avenida Metro. It is situated on a beautiful, wide leafy Av. da Liberdade. It is compulsory to wear a mask on hotel premises. There is disinfectant widely available throughout the hotel, at the entrance, at Reception, by the lifts, at the entrance to the Restaurant. The rooms are luxuriously fitted out. Superb bed with lovely crisp linen, amazing walk-in shower with very powerful water-pressure. Very nice toiletries. A Nespresso-type coffee maker is provided with capsules. Great coffee. Breakfast was excellent. You sit at your table and the waiter brings everything to you.

Punti negativi: Check-in posticipato. Almeno penso che 2pm è in ritardo comunque. La camera era molto bella ma piccola. Il bagno era molto bello, ma la doccia era pronta a far parte del pavimento del bagno e a bagnarsi. Il mio animale domestico peeve: Nessun senso lasciare i vostri dispositivi che caricano quando siete fuori della stanza. La scheda della porta spegne tutta la stanza quando si chiude la porta della stanza e la si porta con sé. So che è una cosa verde ma lasciare una spina USB per caricare un telefono farebbe una tale differenza? Davvero?

Punti positivi: La collocazione è strategica per tutti i mezzi di trasporto essendo un terminale di snodo per treni, bus, metro, bus a lunga percorrenza. Collegato bene anche con l'aeroporto. Il centro commerciale e il supermercato aperti fino a mezzanotte sono un plus di comodità. Per me è stata comoda anche la cassaforte per il laptop.

Punti negativi: AC didn’t work- so Room was hot, which made it really uncomfortable. Also you have to put your door key in the box for the power to stay- we had an issue with ours so it went out a bunch.

Punti positivi: First 2 nights the breakfast was excellent the third day we got a boxed breakfast we ate in our room . This was created by the virus situation. I cannot blame the hotel for that.

Punti negativi: Non avevano la prenotazione effettuata tramite booking. Per fortuna c'era comunque una camera libera che mi hanno dato con la massima cortesia al prezzo stabilito su booking quindi nessun problema, a parte la preoccupazione iniziale. Inoltre, almeno nelle camere lato stazione si sentono abbastanza i rumori dei treni.

Punti negativi: It would have been better if each room had an iron. To iron your clothes you need to send them to their laundry service for a fee. There was no body lotion or hair conditioner in the bathroom.

Punti negativi: My room had two single beds and was at the back of the hotel overlooking the (somewhat noisy) railway. It was very basic and generally in need of refurbishment. The small wall mounted TV only had six channels for most of the week and the shower leaked water onto the floor due to a missing seal on the glass. The buffet breakfast was a bit of a 'free-for-all' with not enough tables for 1-2 persons.

Punti positivi: Next door to the Lisbon Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints that I came to visit. Breakfast was included, friendly staff and clean, hairdryer in the common bathroom. Kitchen with fridge and freezer available. Perfect for a couple of days that I visited!

Punti negativi: This hostel was a great location for one of our activities, but it was far from the city center. The room was a bit chilly, but they provided a space heater. The shower requires constantly pushing in a button to make it work, but I guess that saves water.
