"They canceled the whole flight because of a warning light! Everyone had to spend another night because they did not stock a simple part. Then the staff timed out and had to take a break. Ridiculous"

I don't know what is up, but the USB charger on the two monitors didn't work and neither did the outlet between the seats. And I have two different sets of cables "just in case" and they're the 3-in-1 so I can try to charge multiple devices (Apple, Android and Samsung) but nothing worked."

Hours due to engine issues and they had to get a new plane so the rerouted two flights had To be canceled And I was stuck overnight again in Dallas. No one met me at the gate or had anything to say to me. Not really one ounce of customer service . I could tell it was Hard with the airport closing due to weather but this is an international flight and someone could have done something to help me just navigate the process over the three day period. One woman who I finally talked to in Frankfurt spent an hour with me when i was utterly exhausted and there were No more flights or hotels left She was To be commended. The rest was chaos and exhausting and I still have another flight tomorrow."

I bought an economy fair but was not well informed about fact that charges for baggage would be made. I ended up paying more in fees for baggage and seats than if I had purchased a "regular" coach fare or had flown on another airline. Will do this next time. Also, both my pieces of luggage were damaged and not properly latched following opening by security."

On top of that, the skyline in Dallas was broken down and it caused me to miss my flight completely. I’m a student so I don’t have much money so I had to “sleep” in the airport because I couldn’t get a hotel voucher due to the fact that I missed my flight due to the airport and not the airline itself. My next flight is tomorrow morning but now takes away time from an incredibly busy and tight schedule that I was on. Not happy at all with the Dallas airport."

Flight from London - Chicago was delayed 6 hours. Of course missed connection in Chicago. Spent night in Chicago and arrived home 48 hours after leaving for Venice airport."

Was told I would have choices of other seats that I did not have to pay for but this was not true. Was told at check in 24 hrs before I could get her another seat and not pay. You need a mobile or device with he app already installed. And even so the movies and shows are outdated and not very entertaining at all. On top of that, both legs of my flight my outlet was not working and not charging my device. Air Canada rouge- never again!"

This should be a free service with the amount of fare I paid for the trip. 2. Also on my way to Rome, flying air canada, too, my husband and i fell asleep and missed our meals. When I asked the crew for my meals they said "it's unsafe to give it to me anymore." But that's what refrigerators are for - to store food safely for passengers. I just don't buy their reasoning. It's just an excuse not to serve passengers. Needless to say my husband and I went hungry until they served breakfast. 3. From LA to Toronto & Montreal back to LA, was a 4-6 hr flight where they don't feed you or give you blankets. When I asked why blankets are not available, the crew said, "because that's all what we'll be doing is handing out blanket." The crew should realize that providing comfort for their passengers is a huge part of their service they should provide. This was my first time flying with air canada and I was very disappointed. Air Canada will definitely not be on my top airlines to fly next time."

Tutti quelli che avevano coincidenze strette sull'aereo per ogni parte del mondo erano allibiti da questa mancanza di informazioni, Una volta arrivati a Toronto il personale di terra non sapeva nulla e siamo dovuti correre fino al gate seguendo le indicazioni dei monitor che davano lo stato del volo come "Boarding". Arrivati trafelati al gate abbiamo scoperto che il volo era partito mezz'ora prima e si erano dimenticati di aggiornare lo stato del volo sui monitor......................... Dopo un'ora di attesa al banco dell'assistenza ci hanno mandati in hotel e dato il biglietto per il volo del giorno successivo. Parte dei pasti li abbiamo pagati di tasca nostra visti i pochi dollari di buono per mangiare (7$ per la colazione, 10$ per pranzo e 15$ per la cena, spendibili esclusivamente all'Holiday Inn dove la sola colazione a buffet costava 17$ + tasse..."

Finally, I arrived for my flight from San Luis Obispo an hour and 45 minutes early and stood in line to check my small bag for the first 45 minutes. At which point the desk agent made the announcement she would no longer take bags. Luckily my bag was small enough to be considered a carry on so I just went to security. I don't know what people with large bags behind me did? then it takes another 45 mins to get through security at which point they see my 5 inch knife on X-ray machine. Which I packed 3 days earlier when I planned to check my bag. Lost the knife, fine, my fault, goodbye favorite pocket knife. but now I am randomly selected for explosives LOL by TSA. I get to the gate the gate agent scans a ticket for the person infront of me. I step up and the same gate agent puts her hand over the scanner and says sorry it is late!? There were 6 other people behind me and this is a 22 person plane. So I still not upset walk back out of the security area because TSA closes the area in between flights and call United. They get me on the next flight out and rescheduled my following flight only a 3 hour wait. An hour goes by and the first desk agent, they have been holding the first flight because enough people aren't onboard. SLB is a joke."

Pessima impressione, che ha reso ancora più sgradevole un red-eye flight che già di per sè non è un'esperienza piacevole."

To allow enough time for someone to volunteer, aircraft maintenance was 'required', a scenario I have seen on a few other United flights. Honestly, I will never fly United again and am cancelling my future flights in favor of taking the train instead. It takes eight hours instead of a theoretical 1.5 hours, but at least it is reliable and not much worse than the ACTUAL time it takes to fly United. Worst airline ever. Barf."
