"La miglior compagnia aerea Sempre una garanzia"

Punti positivi: "Il personale estremamente attento e gentile. Non è facile lavorare con le maschere e occhiali per tutta la durata del volo. Trovo che hanno fatto di tutto per rendere il nostro viaggio sicuro dal puto di vista della battaglia contro il virus."
Punti negativi: "Da viaggiatore assiduo Emirates, posso dire che in passato il cibo era meglio e più "speciale". Capisco che in questi tempi pochi euro di risparmio sono un grande aiuto. As the food service is going on, there were several people who wanted to move up and down the aisle disrupting the service several times. When the flight was taxiing after landing, people had already got up from their seats and were trying to take their bags. Despite many announcements, pax did not care. Hats off to the crew who patiently handled it."

At the gate I was connecting for Islamabad, there was not a single seating arrangement. When I complained about it to emirates desk, the staff was extremely rude. Such arrogance and an attitude that you instantly abhor. In my opinion, these Emirates people are most racist people in the world. The way they treat passengers from developing countries is vile. Even onboard, they treat 'white' passengers much differently than they would for a brown skin. I would never fly Emirates again. I plan to write against them in some leading newspaper for being racist. If people like us stay quiet and injustice and humiliating attitude they have against us, we will continue to suffer. I can pay a higher price for any other airline but I decline to ever fly with Emirates at the expense of my dignity."

That lefte us about 30 mins before the gate closed From where we were dropped off we walked for about 15 minutes but were nowhere near our gate. We asked Emirates employees to give us a ride in the golf cars. But they all refused, until one had pity on us and gave us a ride. We reached the gate a couple of minutes before the gate closed. When we arrive in Kolkata we were told that out luggage hadn't arrived. They reached our luggage to our Kolkata home a 11:30 pm. What a nightmare. Never again on Emirates."

"The company did not know how to handle COVID bureaucracy efficiently or even correctly. We were asked to fill in four forms when only one is needed or even checked at all. I had to come in early to the airport, take a COVID test and then wait in the airport departure lobby for almost 1h to check in while waiting for the test results. Given that I spent a substantial amount to get a business ticket, I expected my time to be respected and to have business facilities made available. Once reached, the lounge now has an ordering system instead of self-service. The food was honestly disgusting, cold boiled rice without any salt and some "Spanish chorizo chicken" that had no chorizo and tasted like boiled chicken dropped in reheated tomato sauce. The plane departed one hour late. The business class seat was small, but comfortable. The company sent a boiler plate email apologizing which is something you appreciate the first time and it becomes grating when you get more than one per week."

Punti positivi: "Good service ...very convenient... reliability..... but please pleaes start using new aircraft’s I have been flying Ba 118 to London for 12 years ..... I need to update your aircraft’s .... when I do Lhr - NYE the aircraft’s are much better.... all my business friends have now shifted to Emirates because of the service and aircraft’s..... I keep flying BA because of the convenience of the direct flight and loyalty I have for the airline..... but we deserve better aircraft’s....."

Punti positivi: "Very comfortable aircraft (I got a seat in the middle of two other people in economy class, but the seat was so comftorable I could sleep easily througout the whole flight) and very good service. Good wine selection. Not many movies, but good ones."
Punti negativi: "Food quality can be improved, although I had worse. I had to pay 70€ for 5 kg excess weight of my lagguage, usually other companies do not make me pay anything. Some delay in the boarding process."
