When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

KLM blamed the fog at Manchester but to be honest most other flights seemed unaffected. Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."

"The flights were supposed to be with SAS only, but I was mailed by United, requiring documentations for international travel. Before contacting the customer service, I thought this may have been spam/scam... However it was impossible to do an online check in from all SAS, United and Kayak websites. I was therefore forced to check in at the airport with United (again, I wouldn't have known if I had not contacted CS). What really managed to piss me off is that at the time of the check in, not only United was not able to check me in with SAS, but the first flight was also arriving in Chicago at the terminal 1,with the second departing from terminal 5! These terminals are at the opposite poles of the airport (need a shuttle, because it's impossible to walk) and I had to check in and pass through the security again, with a 1:30 hour layover on a transatlantic flight!! Furthermore, Kayak HID THESE DETAILS UNTIL I FOUND OUT AT THE CHECK IN AT THE TIME OF DEPARTURE. I was lucky enough to catch that flight, but only because there was no line at the security. In my case I wasn't traveling for tourism, but I was on my way back to my home country, on the grace period of my US visa. I think it's easy to figure out how many issues losing that flight could have caused to me... I also think this is a deeply irregular way of selling tickets and that kayak should have accounted liable for the issues I may have ran into."

They kept on turning the lights to a different color which was uncomfortable for the eyes. Pilot did a really great job on letting us know if there is any turbulence and when to expect during the flight. Flight attendants had no social skills, they acted like robots only there to serve for people who ordered. They should really change the way they perform because they are catering to the whole customers on the flight as opposed to only those who ordered their meals."

Punti negativi: "However, they need to fix their boarding process. My partner and I were flying from CDG to Boston and had 3 hours for a layover. We figured that we'd check in, get a sandwich and use the restroom, but that didn't happen. We stood on line for over an hour to check our bags! The rest of the airport was also busy, so we spent the rest of our time in passport control and security. I had a similar experience when I was leaving the states, where I spent an hour checking in my luggage. Please, Norwegian, there are solutions to this check in problem and I think you need to find them."

Punti negativi: "I booked a business class seat several months ago and wa downgraded because my seat was broken. I spent 8 1/2 hrs squashed in economy from Newark to Rome. I was promised 1st class service even though I was downgraded but I had to argue with the flight attendants to get the premium meals. The gate agent claims that this is std and happens daily. She promised that the crew is notified about this stuff and I would be taken care of. What a load of bull. They also claim that I’ll receive a 75% refund on my ticket. I’m not going to hold my breath waiting. My wife and I travel business class all over the world and this is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had."

Punti negativi: "We asked a worker at the self checkin kiosk if the seats my wife and I were assigned were next to each other, and the worker told us they were. They actually weren't, so I had to ask another passenger if she would switch seats with me. This was especially annoying since I supposedly paid an extra $30 to get seats together. Boarding process was the only other negative. The line was not organized or supervised in any way. Group A was called and then very shortly after, while people in A were still lining up, group B was also called. People from group B just piled in toward the front of the line and many group B passengers boarded before group A. In the end, boarding groups didn't matter at all because you all just crammed into a bus together and the last people on the bus were the first to get off and board the plane anyway."

Imagine this sound and vibration 109 plus times on an 11 hour flight. Fresh food and several kinds of liquor sold out in first 90 minutes of takeoff what was left was chips, candy an instant soup. Bottom line: I’ll buy a more expensive ticket on a traditional carrier from now on"
