"There was not enough time between connecting flights to be able to make them comfortably. I had to RUN to each connection. For a 74-year old that was very distressing. The food on the United Air from Frankfort to San Francisco was deplorable for a 1st/business class ticket. This really needs HELP!"

At the checking counter in Atatürk Airport I got the last shock of being Lufthansa didn’t issue a ticket for the flight and the time was running fast and l had no contact neither with my family nor anybody else at the airport therefore i had to purchase a ticket to SFO via Frankfurt. In another word it was very bad experience."

We were traveling with our three and six year old and started with a weather delay and then eventually a cancellation. We stood at the Barcelona airport from 7pm until 2:30am with our children. Nobody offered us food vouchers, taxi or hotel. We had to ask and only got a hotel which was an hour away and taxi on us costing us over $100 euro! Everything closed and our children ate cookies from a vending machine for dinner. Finally we got to our hotel after 3am and slept until 6:30am to catch another taxi on us back to the airport just to find out it’s delayed and we would miss our connection in Madrid back to Miami. We arrived the airport again at 9am and at 3pm we’re finally given food vouchers for our hungry children to eat something. American Airlines has a direct flight from Barcelona to Miami but they insisted they couldn’t do that for us and we’d again stay another night in Barcelona at a hotel. This would all be fine if we weren’t traveling with small children, they didn’t have school and we didn’t have to work and had extra money to pay for all the inconveniences. This was by far the worst experience we’ve had and will never choose Tap again for our travels!"

The flight from BCN to LIS was delayed 2 hours at the gate, but we were told we could somehow still catch our flight from LIS to PDL. We trusted that was true. We arrived at LIS without a single garment of clothing (we checked all 3 bags through to PDL), and then realized we missed the flight to PDL. We stood in line for 3 HOURS at the TAP help desk, only to wait behind a group of very angry people who monopolized the staff. Once we told the agent our situation, he told us there were no more seats on any flight to PDL the next morning. Not only that, but he could not provide a hotel for us to spend the night. This is 2:30am, 3:30am BCN time. He told us to find our own hotel, but we do not have international phone plans, so we could not make the reservation ourselves. He had nowhere for us to sleep. Then he had us wait for his SATA associate to help us, and he put us on a flight to PDL the next day, but it was not direct! We had plans for the following day, a hotel reservation in Ponta Delgada that is NOT refundable, and now the final portion of our honeymoon is ruined. No one ever offered to give us vouchers for ANY costs or for the anxiety and total of 14 hours lost on the most important trip of our lives. Shameful."

Punti negativi: "First of all, I would like to start by saying that I flight with TAP very often. I guess you can check on your system. I had good experiences in the past and actually recommeded to friends/family. I hope this flight was an exception. A few things were not that good this time. 1) First of all, the online check-in wasn't working until a few hours before the flight, and I didn't even give me the option to choose my seat. Once in the plane, I noticed plenty of empty seats in several areas of the plane. I could have had a much better seat. Also, the fact that the price of the luggage in the ticket is not included is insane! They let you know right at the boarding area. Another 100 plus dollars in addition to the 1,6000 that I paid for the ticket. Incredible!! And they only gave us 15 dollars voucher!! 2) There was a 2 hours delay due to a storm in the south of the USA. Although I am fully understandable with the fact that this situation is out of hands for the TAP company, is it in their hands the care and wellbeing of their passengers. As previoulsy stated, I received a 15 dollars voucher to use becasue of the delay. At any airport, for any decent meal, you will pay a minimum of 25-30 dollars. All items are more expensive. While waiting in the gate to board, we were not offered with snacks, water, etc.. additionally, no announements or updates at all. 3) I had a very uncofortable situation with one of the filght attenders. Male, very tall, dark hair and dark skin. When distributing dinner, I found the way he approached me very disrespectul, ironic and dismissive. ZERO customer services and he is actually the face of TAP in these planes. Unaceptable. I have to look all the way up to him, he wouldn't make an effort to band a bit (of course, not completely) to at least try to hear what I was saying. He was requesting me to speak loud but he would not make a minimum effort to get close to me. His demeanor and attitude made me feel very upsted... abuse of power... to the pooint that I ended up not taking the meal. No manners at all. He should understand that after hours of waiting (check-in usual time plus the 2 hours delay) we were all very tired. Particularly at that timeof the day. Some of us where up for since earlyi in the moring and you could tell that most of the passengers were exhausted. The second we got into our seat, we all used our blankets and try to sleep. He was not empathetic or councious about that. I felt very uncomfortable. Both of the girls that were also in the back area of the plane, were also lacking manners and customer services. I don't know.. other times was much better."

Siamo arrivati alle 2 de mattino a casa. Viaggio STRAZIANTE PER COLPA DELLA TAP."

Punti negativi: "I don't think I have ever rated any service negatively, but here's my first. TAP completely ruined my birthday trip that I have saved up for a long time for. DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THEM! I had a valid Schengen tourist visa issued by the Consulate of Portugal. At the time of visa issuance, the printer of the Consulate was not functioning, so part of the visa information was hand-written, but it was properly signed and stamped. The Consulate told me it's valid and said they have been doing so for ten years. The Consulate also said that they, not the airlines, have the sole authority to determine the validity of the visa. When I went to the airport to check in with TAP, TAP staff denied me boarding because they did not believe my visa was valid. I only learned later that this action was inconsistent with TAP's own internal policies. The staff at the kiosk told me that I could either ask for a refund or rebooking of the ticket. But when I called TAP the next day, I was told I could not get a refund even though they should not have denied me boarding. I called TAP many times and got a different answer each time. They simply refuse to compensate me for their own mistake. It's the most horrible travel experience I've ever had!"

Sem contar que, para um vôo de 3h, deveria ser disponibilizado algum entretenimento, mesmo que através do wifi (como já fazem as cias. brasileiras - se no Brasil já fazem, qualquer país do mundo é capaz de fazer!)"

"I was in flights from sap paulo <-> Madrid, the last one 11/15/21, That takes around 10:30 hour. Can you imagine that is served only a POOR meal after one hour of flight and nothing more??? We don’t have any service (besides in the morning a payed kart) or crew working in anything more than masks control. You need to pay for water / coffee is reasonable ? Even if you consider as low cost flights that you payed around U$ 700, courtesy and education should be showed by crew, things that Air Europe should learn to their employees on the airplane, a very rude people!!! It was not with me, but a complain for a lot people around. I have never been treated Like this before. Air Europa your journey will be short walking in this road. I, a constant traveler, will never more flight with you. I don’t need this kind of services!"

Punti negativi: "First, this airlines charges up to $150 for the first checked bag. They don’t even inform you of this at any moment while purchasing you ticket. You find this out when you get to the airport. Second, they charge you for everything in this flight. They say the entertainment is complementary, but you have to pay for headphones. On the shorter flights, they even charge you for water!"

Punti positivi: "Air Europa's fare was cheap, but not as cheap as Latam but I was traveling with a friend who had already bought his ticket. The 5 hr flight from Tel Aviv to Madrid was in a super aircraft. Extremely comfortable flight."
Punti negativi: "The flight to São Paulo was in an older aircraft, more cramped and no personal entertainment consuls. All in all the flight was fine being an overnight flight, but I would have expected the better aircraft on the long haul flight and the less comfortable aircraft on the short haul. Still good value for money and I'm would definitely fly Air Europa again!"

Upon arrival to airport my status was ignored and I was refused when asked to speak with a manager. I ended up having to pay 60 euros in baggage fees and then was not allowed to board as sky priority despite showing the airline my status."

Punti negativi: "The crew was awesome! The flight attendants were attentive to our needs; even reassuring us to not worry about the turbulence (which was A LOT). The captains explained the turbulence BEFORE it happened. Hence, making us feel safe. The flights were on time. The MOVIES selection were excellent. Do BRING YOUR OWN EAR BUDS. The only negatives are: the Madrid airport food was HORRIBLE; WOULD LIKE MORE ROOM in between the following row."

Punti negativi: "The flight coming in was delayed so we were too late to make our connection - although we were told repeatedly that we would make it and that our connection to NY would be held for us. We ran for catch our flight only to find out that it had already taken off. No one we spoke to in Madrid was helpful (in fact, they were rather dismissive) until we finally spoke to a rep at customer service who provided us with our new flight (the next day with another airline) and our hotel arrangements"

Punti positivi: "The plane was a newer 787 Dreamliner. The interior was clean, the flight crew friendly and professional. The meals were a notch above average for airplane food. That means a lot when it is a nine and one half hour flight. A free glass of wine served with the meal was a nice bonus. Boarding and disembarking was as it is with all airlines, but the staff were very helpful. Each seat had it's own entertainment screen with games, music, movies and TV shows in many languages."

Punti positivi: "They leave me in Santo Domingo with no reason and no phone to call and solve the problem. That cause problems with my job. They don't have customer service to help people in this case."

Punti negativi: "The flight was delayed more than 2hours. Our flight was supposed to depart at 01:15am and until 2am pilots didn't show up. The flight finally took off around 3am....such a bad experience in the mid night"

Punti positivi: "11 hours flight with no movies. Flight attendants very rude. Bad food. Seats doesn't stay where you want them to stay. They move by itself. Very disorganized embarkation, landing and takeout procedures. I had 3 delayed flights. Very bad experience. I don't recommend at all. Dirty cabin. I found someone else's hair when I opened the pillow."

Punti negativi: "The flight was 1 1/2 hours late. Large person in the seat in front of me and when she reclined I couldn't cross my legs. And I am only 5'2", I can't imagine a tall person coping. Not very clean aircraft (fork and wrappers from earlier flight lay at my feet). Cheap fair, but you get what you pay for. We did not receive the upgraded seats on any flight we booked. Poor customer service."
