When I called to get it fixed I waited on hold for 30 minutes before I got through. Once we got on original flight they gave away seats we paid extra for and gave us no refund."

Not good if this becomes your reputation. The crew was not very attentive during good service. It was more of a routine / rush job rather than making sure that everybody was served and got what they needed ( had to ask for my dinner as my row was skipped and was never offered coffee before landing). The crew seemed rather young and inexperienced. The food was below average!!!! Especially the chicken patty before landing - seriously!!!!! Why not include a little bit of Finnish / Scandinavian cuisine to emphasize the Finnair brand!!! Entertainment was also below average. There needs to be more variety - especially for the TV selection, which had only 2 options!!! No music and no games?? Also, it would be nice to have access to a flight map. Too few accessible WCs"

Once on the airplane, the international flight had TVs in the ceiling in the row playing one in-flight movie (what is this 1995?). American is such a terrible airline. The old US airways, Lufthansa, and British Airways, are way better international flights every time I've flown with them. Personal entertainment at your seat for each flight (i thought this was standard on all international flights in the past like 10 years) and more food and drinks throughout the flight."

The premium food options make coach anywhere else seem grand and there are no amenities like a pillow etc. I knew most of this when booking and I don't really drink or eat much but really this product is sub par. Still I have a seat which becomes a bed and for long haul flights that's what I want. So there is that. Also no on line checkin and never try to call the customer service.......it's very 1990's. Finally Norw Air had to sub contract out the equipment and crew on this Rome to NYC flight. I understand the sub contractors seat are better than NA's First Class seats. Stay Tuned.....this was my first R/T.......I may give it one more try and report back."

Lastly, (probably more Newark's fault) we waited another hour and ten minutes for our luggage at claim."
