Punti negativi: "Every staff person we had contact with made us feel as though we were not a priority in any way. We were constantly given misinformation. Our flight was two hours out when it was returned to our departure city due to a passenger health issue. It was not properly explained to us and we were in no way compensated for the inconvenience. Once back at our departure city (Miami) we sat there for an hour or more. They chose to feed us during that delay. Due to this we missed our connecting flight in Istanbul to Rome. This also caused us to miss our transportation from Rome to Compania, Italy. We were told by airline staff on the plane that we would be put up in a hotel over night. When we arrived at the terminal we had no idea where we should go or who we should see. Every representative we spoke to told us to go somewhere else. Truth is it felt like no one we spoke to knew what to tell us or really cared at all. One representative told us we were not entitled to overnight accommodations. We insisted we were told we were and it literally took hours on the ground to straighten the problem out and get to a hotel. By then it was so late that we only got a couple hours of sleep and had to be back at the airport for our next flight. The second flight from Istanbul to Naples, Italy was better. I do not think I would use this airline again. My entire party got an overall sense that people were untrained and lacking in any form of customer service. Not the flight attendants but all the people we had to deal with on the ground. My age plus health issues and walking problems made everything more difficult. We were sent al over the massive airlines terminal with all our carry on luggage only to find when we got to where we were going we had been sent to the wrong place. On top of all this each of us had to pay a VISA fee to get out of the terminal and to the hotel. Just a total nightmare. Prior to taking this flight I contacted Turkish Airlines and spoke to a customer service person and explained that I needed to take with me a small portable oxygen concentrator that I would need to use while in Italy. I needed to know the procedure for bringing that equipment on the airline. I was told that although he could not answer that question He would pass it on to his supervisors and I would receive an answer via email prior to my flight. I never received a response and as a result did not have my needed oxygen while abroad."

I have yet to hear an explanation from anyone about what happened or a simple sorry for your trouble. This is operational incompetence at full display. Never Again!"

The airline promised overnight stay and transportation. When we got into Istanbul airport after 11:00pm as scheduled, there was no support from the airline. Different airline staff provided different answers. Very confusing. The on-site transfer desk support was unfriendly and not helpful. 2. Tight seat configurations for international flights. For our 13-hour flights, the seats were not comfortable."

To enter the gate, we were completely rescreened, although we had been screened to go from Bucharest to Belgrade. We waited on the bus for 15 minutes. Only a few seats on the bus so it is a standup experience. Finally the bus started driving to the parked planes, but turned away and drove to a where you would exit the bus after arriving. They told everyone to go upstairs where they explained that there was a "technical problem" on then plane and it would be delayed an hour. They sent everyone to gate A4a, where everyone was prescreened again. We waited in a hot gate for an hour, then boarded the bus and to make a long story short, we arrived in Zagreb 1 and a quarter hours late."

This is how they worked it...They try to board multiple flights off the same counters. You stand in line for 1 hour and no movement happens- literally!?Then, since the next flight is about to be delayed - they announce for you to stampede forward, to make your flight. Then the process actually begins and 20min later and some bureaucracy on extra luggage you get your pass. Then you run through passport control and security, exhausted and frustrated (as was everyone else). Etihad should instruct Serbian Airlines in which they invested, how a plane (s) are to be boarded. After all it's over 100 years since the first commercial flight took place, its not that much of a mystery any more:)"

A little bit less noise, but still need your plugs. On our return trip the luggage took a long time to reach baggage claim, but 40 minutes. The flight was only 15 minutes long."

I am OUTRAGED by AirBerin and the manager. I will NEVER fly AirBerlin again in my life."

Punti negativi: "As an international traveler, I'm not aware of international flight times and rules when traveling. Thus, before my flight on the day, I tried to check-in online which was not available. I then checked check in times cut offs and on the website it clearly says in black and white that check in closes 45mins prior to departure. I made it to the Pegasus check in desk 55mins prior to departure, but it was already closed. In a complete frenzy, I ran to the one and only Pegasus agent and she absolutely refused to help me, saying "everyone knows it's one hour before check in". Uhm, no, everyone doesn't;t know, which is why they go and check it out on the website. That caused me not only to miss a flight and lose €120, but I then had to buy another flight for €370!!!!!!!! I now have to fight my way to the top to dispute this case."

Punti negativi: "I took 4 flights with this airline. Each was at least an hour late in take offs and landings. Very unfriendly staff whether at the check-in or flight attendants. Incredibly uncomfortable seats (compared with same level seats with other airlines). They reminded me with outdoor vegetable and fruit markets where farmers and gypsies yell to sell their products; they charge for everything, offering nothing on a 4 hrs flight, not even water. Not sure if it is a language barrier, but they are very rude and impolite in English. I really wish there was a single good thing to say. Even the pilots are the worst i've seen. Very rough landing every single time"

Punti negativi: "The none sense of explaining why I cant go on the plane ... according to there website I should have 2 stamps from the lebaniese authority on my passport one for going in and one for going out which I gladly provide them with... the responsoable for the check in at Frankfurt Airport and according to him was communicating with "pegasus Airline" in Istanbul by WhatsApp and just kept saying "those can't fly today" the funny thing he was writing in german and refuse to give me there number so I can explain the situation now the main reason why i couldn't go on the plane because I wasn't once in my life in Turkei which makes none sense according to there website I contacted them with Emails and they answered me that I should have the 2 stamps if i want to fly from Instanboul to Beirut which I already have but the haven't notice that i didnt even got ob the plane at the 1st place .... the huge amount of nobe sense, stupidity, the lying that there is no Pegasus airline office ath the airport and the 0 responsibility for there actions can provide you guys with a picture of how they behave with the customers"

Punti positivi: "Firstly, Overbuggage limits were put into practice with a mindset of just to f* the customers and consequently almost every single passenger has to end up paying at such overated fees that were equal to a level of a business ticket of any well known first class airline company.I , myself, had to pay 450£ in total for the ticket , just because of 34 kg of a luggage weight though 20 kg of this amount was included in the ticket. Sirs, if you really will only take this complaint as just to watch and say that this was a company policy then i will definetly never choose your services either again.Also, from the bottom of my heart, i will never feel tired to share and spead around this nasty experience of mine on each and every social media occasion , when i will have a word to say. Within only one flight on that day ,the total buggage revenue of the company was equal to a sum of 23,000 £ in total, despite the plane was ridiculously abit bigger than a small box. Sirs, Pls rethink over what i said. This is far beyond to accept and fit into any int'l trade rules.17£ fee for 1 kg !?? Best Regards"

Punti negativi: "120 Euros for 10 kilos over in checked baggage. I have never in my life been charged such a fee with any other airline. With that kind of money, I could have flown a much better airline, with working AC, complimentary WATER, and a plane that at least doesn't smell like stale, sweaty nastiness. Pegasus is a joke and will never see a penny from me again. Not to mention that you have to take a bus to the airports from the plane!!! All in all, you will get treated like a very low class citizen on this airline."

In both of my flights between Istanbul and Amsterdam, the airplane was not cleaned off of the previous flight's trash. When I was seated in my first flight to Amsterdam, my tray had a lot of stains of food and drinks. Not a pleasant sight! In my flight back to Istanbul, I had to travel looking at a former passenger's waste, such as a used napkin tissue, stuck to the handle of the seat, and a chocolate package. I also have to say that the sinks of the bathrooms do not drain properly, so you, actually, cannot leave the place clean for the next person. All in all, this company definitely needs to work on the cleanliness of their aircraft. Thank you!"

Punti positivi: "I am glad that the Pegasus team changed my flight to Bishkek (after I missed the flight to Almaty because of Pegasus delays from Lviv) but I wish Pegasus had given me the difference in price of flights back on my card."
Punti negativi: "The first leg of my trip (Lviv to Istanbul) was delayed without warning. It made me miss my flight to Almaty and the next flight wasn't for two days. None of the Pegasus crew (on the flight from Lviv) seemed to care that I had a flight very soon after landing, even though I was a female passenger alone. They wouldn't call the gate or look up if my flight to Almaty was delayed once we arrived."

Punti negativi: "Crew lacks professionalism and courtesy. Distance, between rows, is small, a few cms (5-7) more, will bring great benefit. The transfer, at Instanbul, was crowded, inefficient and noisy; it took too long. The bathrooms were filthy and stinky."
