Punti positivi: Because when you reserved my tickets you guys didn’t use my middle name on the booking so they wanted us to pay the tickets again. Luckly I took a photo of the screen when I booked and my name had the middle name on it. After 45 minuets of arguing they let me get on the plane without paying again. Don’t know if they give me the same problem when I return.
Punti negativi: My brother and I were in transit in Rome. Blue Panorama doesn’t warn you that check in (boarding pass) printing at the gate is impossible. They also can’t do online check in Rome. We only had carry on bags so the ONLY thing we needed were boarding passes. The gate agent showed up to the gate with 50min to go. After calling her supervisor, She told us to return to the check-in desk at the entrance of the airport to check in. Meanwhile the check in desk closed with 40 min to go. So we’re looking at a 0-5min window to run out, passport check, find check in desk, and check in. Called Blue Panorama in Rome and Tirana and no one picked up. What kind of trash system is this? We had to book an alternative flight with Alitalia to make it to our destination in Tirana.
Punti negativi: Worst experience of my life. Delayed flight left us stranded in Rome. Blue panarama does nothing about it. Only online checkin is so terrible. Will not recommend. Will not fly again.
Punti positivi: Customer service bad. One employee for checking-in in the airport . Can’t pay my baggage online. I was pay €80 for two bagged in the airport Tha fligh was to late (2 hours of layover)... incredible
Punti negativi: first: they charged an extra 50 euro because my middle name was not on the ticket and there was no way to do that when I booked. There were at least 30 other passengers who were also charged the extra amount, and we had to wait 1 hour 30 minutes in line to pay that and change name on ticket. Flight was hour delayed and no one told us. Had to take a bus without AC to the plane which was very hot and uncomfortable. I will not fly this airline again.
