The flight was half an hour late arriving than its departure time, then we waited a further 1.5 hours before taking off arriving in London at quarter to 2. Barely any announcements were made meaning many felt confused and frustrated. Understandably the weather meant we couldn't take off but that wasn't explained until it was too late. Upon arriving in London we then waited a further 15 mins to disimbark as they only had one person who could open the doors at Stanstead. This felt like adding insult to injury.

The plane was so empty, we were allowed to change seats so I sat by a window seat and had the whole row to myself! Also, the plane was warmer than usual, which was kinda nice.

It was delayed by 40 minutes.

we were delayed by some half an hour because of what was said to be over-booking but the pilots however did well to make up the time meaning that we landed right at the scheduled time. Brilliant. We thought this over-booking business was a thing of the past.

Checkin with speedy boarding very annoying. No clear markings for speedy boarding. Unclear where to stand in line, especially if you come later after speedy boarding started already. In flight the crew started relatively late with bistro service - loads of waiting time. Reserved seat in first row but could store luggage only far back, so the advantage of first row and first out completely disappeared

Nice seats! Flight tracker. Our flight in the way home was cancelled due to bad weather and although we had to queue for some time all the information we needed about what to do about food, hotels, travel, etc was given to us along with a new flight the next day with seats together. First time I've had a flight cancelled and was impressed with the service I received (now got to try and claim our expenses back so fingers crossed that goes ok).

The curtain that cuts off premium economy getting swooshed across in front of us.

flight OK. Palermo airport dreadful

BA told us we could manage alone as a disabled traveller. Then when we tried to go through control they sent us somewhere different and said we couldn't go through as not reiustered disabled!! We had to register and be accompanied. Admittedly the red cross lady was excellent but we then got nothing to eat and felt like criminals. They said this was Italian law. It isn't We've been to Italy dozens of times with no problems. It needs fixing!!!!

1. Plane engine set fire while taking off... leaking fuel. 2. My bag fee was waived, but the next day after being grounded and put in a cheap hotel for the night, I was RECHARGED $100. 3. They knew my flight left at 9pm, still gave me ONLY 1 hotel voucher so I was kicked out of the hotel at 12pm with NOWHERE to go for NINE HOURS with 125lbs of luggage. 4. They provided a good voucher, but the cheap hotel they put me in didn't have a kitchen, USELESS. 5. The flight was LATE getting to London the next day and I missed my BRITISH Airway connecting flight to Thailand. Had to wait another 7 HOURS to get a flight out. 6. Terrible service, over priced and rude agents. The agent told me " I don't know who waived your fee yesterday, but I'm not." Cold, considering the plane I was on the day before was shooting fire about to explode. 7. I was rebooked no choice of seating or consideration.

Se proprio mi sforzo devo dire che in tutto questo , per le condizioni meteo c'è da fare un complimento ai piloti, per il resto tutto molto negativo.

tempi di imbarco lunghissimi, sala di attesa imbarco sporca e con pochi posti a sedere , ritardo sistematico del volo ( mi sono confrontato con altre persone che solitamente utilizzano quel volo ) aeroporto di Treviso a dir poco scarso, male organizzato e non al passo con gli altri Aeroporti . Se vogliamo analizzare il viaggio in aereo in particolare , ho trovato le sedute molto scomode ed il personale è addestrato più per effettuare vendita di prodotti che per dare comfort e tranquillità a chi era in volo. Sembrava di stare ad un mercatino , tra poco inizierete a vendere anche delle batterie di pentole !! Inoltre l'imbarco è durato circa 20 minuti .... non credo volerò ancora con RYANAYR

My luggage was taken from me and put in inside of the plane. Your staff told me that I can collect it in Rome coming out of the plane. Instead I had to go outside and collect it despite I had connecting flight which I've missed because of this!!!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Flight to of only a few minutes late, considering the appalling weather back in the UK, I expected more of a delay.

Rear door wasn't accessible, so all passengers were loaded through the front. A bit more organisation of getting rear seated passengers on first would have facilitated a faster/safer boarding for all.

Inconsistencies with baggage check-in. Over weight flying out but yet under weight returning?! We paid for hold luggage so that we only had to carry small items on board so we could have more space but were told to remove our small items from the overhead storage so the people flying on the cheap with only carry on baggage could use the overhead space. As a result we had to squeeze our small bags under the seat in front of us restricting leg room. Seems Ryanair is still a cheap airline doing it's best to inconvenience paying customers. Had not flown Ryanair for years but thought it had improved.

Late BA flight made sure I had to wait 7 hours to catch and EVA air flight. I want my money back. I paid 1000 to flight British Airways not to be crammed on a flight as a show away. Super uncomfortable seat on EVA and a terrible experience. I fell on the plane.

Alitalia gets a bad rap, but I thought this flight was excellent, and a comfortably way to travel the 13 hour flight from Rome to Los Angeles. Cabins recently refurbished on 777 thanks to Etihad Airways investment. Food, and plenty of it, was excellent. Wide selection of wines. Choice between freshly made American coffee or Espresso (from Lavazza). Lie flat seats are way more comfortable than KLM. Esoteric selection of documentaries and Italian movies. Leather seats and color scheme is elegant. Also, business class lounge (Alitalia House) at Rome Fiumincino serves delicious freshly cut Italian cold cuts, cheeses, pastrries, and has an actual barista vs a machine. You don't get the sense that they are cutting corners, which is probably why the airline keeps losing money, but that is to the benefit of the traveler (for now). Service friendly. For nonstop to this part of Europe, or for connections to Southern Europe, it may be my number one Skyteam choice.

Check in is extremely unorganized and long lines at Sky Priority, but someone finally directed me to the VIP check in in the back, which you can use if you are flying Business Class or have Elite status. This was not indicated anywhere, though, so make sure you ask or look for it if there is a long line at check in. Then, the gate is very, very far. Not sure why they had me check in at Terminal 1 as the gate is in Terminal 3. Make sure to allow for plenty of time, and maybe see if it's possible to check in at Terminal 3, which may well save time. But for a 14-hour flight in total comfort, the trade off was worth it.

Nice seats! Flight tracker. Our flight in the way home was cancelled due to bad weather and although we had to queue for some time all the information we needed about what to do about food, hotels, travel, etc was given to us along with a new flight the next day with seats together. First time I've had a flight cancelled and was impressed with the service I received (now got to try and claim our expenses back so fingers crossed that goes ok).

The curtain that cuts off premium economy getting swooshed across in front of us.

Crew didn't reach middle of plane with Food & Beverage. Lots of fussy/serving of premium passengers but economy not really looked after. Was bashed into 3 times by same member of crew walking up aisle and not once apologised.

1. Plane engine set fire while taking off... leaking fuel. 2. My bag fee was waived, but the next day after being grounded and put in a cheap hotel for the night, I was RECHARGED $100. 3. They knew my flight left at 9pm, still gave me ONLY 1 hotel voucher so I was kicked out of the hotel at 12pm with NOWHERE to go for NINE HOURS with 125lbs of luggage. 4. They provided a good voucher, but the cheap hotel they put me in didn't have a kitchen, USELESS. 5. The flight was LATE getting to London the next day and I missed my BRITISH Airway connecting flight to Thailand. Had to wait another 7 HOURS to get a flight out. 6. Terrible service, over priced and rude agents. The agent told me " I don't know who waived your fee yesterday, but I'm not." Cold, considering the plane I was on the day before was shooting fire about to explode. 7. I was rebooked no choice of seating or consideration.

flight OK. Palermo airport dreadful

BA told us we could manage alone as a disabled traveller. Then when we tried to go through control they sent us somewhere different and said we couldn't go through as not reiustered disabled!! We had to register and be accompanied. Admittedly the red cross lady was excellent but we then got nothing to eat and felt like criminals. They said this was Italian law. It isn't We've been to Italy dozens of times with no problems. It needs fixing!!!!

Began 'boarding' the plane despite the fact people had not got of plane that had arrived from London. We waiting in corridor thing that leads to plane for over 20 minutes

I have been a fan of Easyjet for years but my last four experiences with them have been poor to say the least. A return flight to Naples earlier in the year and now Palermo shows that their attitude to customer care is slipping badly. All four flights were delayed to a greater or lesser degree. That happens and is usually beyond the control of the airline. What is not beyond their control is the way that they communicate during the delay and the way they treat their passengers. We are people not self-loading freight. Easyjet is fast becoming as bad as British Airways and they are by far the worst. A very frustrating and sad thing to see. The beginning of the end for Easyjet?

Abysmal communications. A don't care attitude. Not my problem syndrome. Treating passengers like cattle.

My wife and kids had purses and they considered them a carry on bag. No other airline has done that.

We missed our flight due to a customer service line that had about 20 people there right from the start. Afterwards, the crew didn't do as much as lift a finger to help us find another flight. We had to pay an extra $850 for a one way ticket on top of what we already paid. I understand things happen and people miss flights but the fact they had no intention on dealing with our dilemma especially after their customer service team kept us there 45 min to start with makes me not want to do business with them ever again. Save yourself a hassle and do business elsewhere.

Flight on time

Checkin with speedy boarding very annoying. No clear markings for speedy boarding. Unclear where to stand in line, especially if you come later after speedy boarding started already. In flight the crew started relatively late with bistro service - loads of waiting time. Reserved seat in first row but could store luggage only far back, so the advantage of first row and first out completely disappeared

Allocated seating

Inconsistencies with baggage check-in. Over weight flying out but yet under weight returning?! We paid for hold luggage so that we only had to carry small items on board so we could have more space but were told to remove our small items from the overhead storage so the people flying on the cheap with only carry on baggage could use the overhead space. As a result we had to squeeze our small bags under the seat in front of us restricting leg room. Seems Ryanair is still a cheap airline doing it's best to inconvenience paying customers. Had not flown Ryanair for years but thought it had improved.

The plane was so empty, we were allowed to change seats so I sat by a window seat and had the whole row to myself! Also, the plane was warmer than usual, which was kinda nice.

It was delayed by 40 minutes.

Con Alitalia siamo purtroppo arrivati a economie di scala, con servizi scadenti a livello di low cost , ma con prezzo biglietto più che "high cost"

Nothing about check-in and boarding.

Check-in was a zoo. The agents were more interested in gossiping and were constantly on the phone or running in and out of their stations. It took nearly an hour to get through the 10 people ahead of us. And then we were told that my 1 bag would cost $53 to check-in and that I would have to go to another counter in a far away part of the airport to pay...and we had 20 minutes before boarding. Afger running to the cashier, we were told that she had no time and that we should go back to the agent to pay! We ran back and paid, then went to look for our gate. It was finally listed as Gate 12. We got though security ok and got into the line for Gate 12. It was more like a scrum tan a line. Nobod seemed to be doing anything when all at once we saw people boarding. We went to the gate but were told that our flight was boarding at Gate 10!!! WTF??? Gate 12 listed our flight number and Gate 10 listed another flight, but we did as were told and boarded via Gate 10. None of other passengers knew what the hell was going on but we all made it to Rome along with our baggage. We will NEVER fly Alitalia again.
