Also, on our connecting flight to athens, Aegean airlines was very professional and really wish I would have used their service instead of air serbia."

Once we arrived in Belgrade, we had to wait 9+ hours for our connecting flight to athens when we were only supposed to have 2 hrs layover. Once we boarded the plane to athens, the workers at the airport had no clue were our luggage was and a lot of things were miscommunicated between them. They were very unprofessional and some of them were very rude. They had plenty of time to move our luggage to the next airplane, but too careless to do that. So now we have to wait a couple of days to get the rest of our luggages. We also missed our train ride in greece because of air serbia and had to pay for another train ticket and did not receive a refund"

My dad and aunt got there luggage after 1-2days after ther flight but its a big inconvenience i have no update on my luggage yet hopeing it will be here tomorrow."

Once on board, when the meal was served, the breakfast meal had the scrambled eggs soaked with water, so didn't get the amazing food that others have talked about., Before landing, we were served a long sandwich that was very amateurish. Boarding was chaotic - as typical in many places in Europe, there is no boarding order - just people forming a line and getting on the plane."

The checking was another story, with lots of confusion and missed opportunities to make a difference. Mixed bag, overall."

Punti negativi: "This is a rating for our entire experience which was awful. In our area you were unable to check in online or use a kiosk. That meant every person on the flight had to check in at the airport. There were no lines, no directions, just a mob at the desk. Once onboard the intercom went out during taxi. We had to turn around. No information was given as we sat on the taxiway. We finally took off late and again no information was given about connections. When we asked we were told "don't worry the Belgrade airport is small". luckily the flight from Belgrade to Athens was also late so we made the connection. Departing Athens was difficult as well. Online Air Serbia was showing our flight was cancelled due to a possible air traffic controller stike which did not happen. We called Air Serbia and were informed the flight was not cancelled. "Just show up at the airport" we were told. We showed up more than 2 hours early and waited in line to be told we were not in their system along with 2 other couples by a very curt airport employee. We waited an hour, despite all of us having proof of paid tickets. Again, no information was given. They finally confirmed the first leg, Athens to Belgrade but not the 2nd, Belgrade to Stuttgart. We waited again and finally were given boarding passes. We were not apologized to, offered an up grade or really afforded any customer service. One of the other couples discovered on their own, that due to the possible strike, Air Sebia had indeed cancelled everyone's bookings and "forgot" to re-enter some. Leaving Athens we were also late on take off. Again not given any information and barely made our connection to Stuttgart. At this time given our experience we could not recommend Air Serbia."

Punti negativi: "All good but crew wasn't very attentive - for example i had had to put my suitcase quite a few rows back because of lack of space at the end of the flight i had to wait for most of the plane to empty out in order to be able to retrieve it - the crew member who had originally indicated i put my suitcase further back and who was standing right by the cabin where the suitcase was stored saw all of this but didn't move to help in the slightest even though he knew i was waiting for a chance to get to my suitcase - in my experience of customer service i would have gotten it for the passenger and brought it to them to reduce the wait time"

Punti negativi: "Manca in assoluto la cordialità e simpatia al counter, le signorine sono stressate e scorbutiche, ci domandiamo se forse le condizioni di lavoro siano peggiorate per loro, non troviamo un'altra spiegazione. A bordo dell'aereo tutto quello che riguarda l'intrattenimento, video film, air show , musica assolutamente scadente, parlo della tratta Roma Sao Paulo, vecchi aerei datati con le apparecchiature e schermi vecchissimi e addirittura mal funzionanti. Il cibo un altra pecca, con tutto rispetto ,ma forse si mangia meglio alla mensa della Caritas. Nota dolente, finito il pranzo manco il caffe ci hanno offerto nonostante il sacchettino con il cucchiaino e zucchero fosse presente. Come detto prima la maggior parte della crew sono altezzosi e depressi. Il comandante parlò al decollo e non si è più sentito dopo un viaggio durato 12 ore, tratta fatta di giorno quindi una parolina la poteva sprecare durante la traversia, che ne so il tempo, il volo, turbolenze ecc."

Son riusciti a servire le file da 1 a 10, spiegando ai passeggeri quanto era corto o lungo un certo tipo di caffè latte, quanto era salato o dolce un tipo di snack, come erano i succhi, birre e vini. I due terzi dei passeggeri dalla fila 11 in poi sono rimasti a digiuno perché bisognava prepararsi all'atterraggio. Ridicoli. Inadeguati."

Although we were put up in a hotel and got a flight next day, missed another connecting flight, which was with another flight company and had to pay again to get another flight. No apology from the airline for the inconvenience this caused. The travel to South Africa was for an emergency and ended up getting there two days later."

Ryanair, non si smentisce mai."

Le nuove regole sui bagagli hanno fatto sì che pagassi extra anche per bagaglio, i cibi non offerti ma a pagamento, sono stati con pochissima scelta praticamente non ho potuto avere thè o caffè acqua a 3,50euro.. Da dimenticare"
