Punti negativi: "Upon arriving to Frankfurt airport (gate Z) from Boston, i had an hour to make it to gate A including passport control. Once I got to to gates A50-69 I was told that i had to turn back and go through a different passport control as the one close to gates A50-69 was too busy/full. So I turned back although i had no specific gate number where the passport control was. Once I got there, after 10 mins walking (around gate Z20) around and asking lufthansa staff I came across a rather long queue. At that point I only had 30 mins until my flight to Budapest was boarding. I knew I would not get through that queue on time and there was no assistance. So I decided to turn nack and go back to gates A50-69 assport cobtrol where luckily there was no queue at all. I do not understand why i was turned away by staff the very first time I got to that passport control and why there was no assistance by airport staff. Not happy at all about that."

KLM blamed the fog at Manchester but to be honest most other flights seemed unaffected. Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."

Peruvian gentleman on the plane just prior to landing was telling me how dangerous it is in Peru in the area surrounding the airport. I was given four hours of wifi coupons and coupons to a breakfast and lunch at a restaurant by our gate, where i was waited on poorly. Next time i may look for a layover in Florida."

Upon finding the flights with less lay over time we changed our flights and were hammered with $400 change fees. Seemed a bit deceptive that all the flights were not listed when we originally booked. Will use a travel agent next time to make sure we do not run into this situation again."

Punti negativi: "Normally, international-domestic transfers are pretty difficult to coordinate. This particular one (Bogota>Miami, Miami>San Francisco) seemed particularly so. On top of being just enough time to wait for our bags, drop them off with the next airline, walk across the airport, enter security (which went exceedingly slowly), we had just enough time to get to the gate before boarding. This is why I gave a lower rating."

I have traveled with LATAM before and I had good experiences, with no complains. But the flight from Bogota to Miami on may 29th was mediocre and it seems longer than it was. That plane should be used for shorter flights and not a 4 hour international flight. I am not expecting first class seats and 5 course meals. But for the same price I could have used other airlines."

Punti negativi: "The flight at first had a 3 HOUR delay do to a "mechanical breakdown". We were told that they were going to bring another airplane from Rio de Janeiro. After the 3 hours passed they were only announcing in Portuguese to board the original plane. They never changed planes or provided a clear explanation to the passengers. Many of us refused to board. This was one of the worse experiences I have ever had. The staff was disrespectful and would not help us. We ended up taking another flight until the following night!!"

My only other complaint was that while this was booked as an Iberia flight, the flights were all serviced by American Airlines. Check-in, seat selection were all handled by American. We got in so late to Madrid that our hotel room that we reserved months earlier was given away. After being awake for over 24 hours we had to walk around Madrid at 11:00 pm at night, looking for someplace to lay our weary heads."

Punti negativi: "Check-in machines in Barcelona Airport did not work (since the Vueling shares the code with Iberia, but they did not share the booking codes!). The result is 40 min queue while only one "manual" registration desk opened. The person behind the desk seemed to be very stressed, no shadow of any kindness - it's understandable: the managers had left her alone with a lot of people unable to use their "cool" innovation (registration through machines). If one adds here the unacceptable burden with boarding (30 mins of waiting time before the bus arrived and all that on the stairs of the "sleeve") the flight started fairly "well". The seat assigned was in the last raw (seems for any other type of seat one has to pay like 13 euro more) and with my 2m of height I felt at "maximum of comfort". Thank you, Vueling, for that exceptional "lowcost safari" experience, will try to avoid you in the future."

Originally when I booked this flight, expected departing time was at 14:30 and I booked an earlier flight in accordance with Iberia. We had a connecting flight from Lisbon to Barcelona with Vueling (coshare of Iberia) which was expected to arrive at 12:00. However, it was an hour late. In addition, Vueling insisted we volunteer to check in our carry on bags due to lack of overhead compartment space. Yet when we got on the flight, there was evidently enough space. Thus, while waiting for our baggage, our flight to Oakland was already on last call. We explained our situation to Iberia and their customer service would not help us. They refused to cover the cost of our flight and stated we needed to purchase another flight out of pocket, which was quoted to be $1100+/person! Save your time and money and book with another airline."
